Definitions

  • the invention relates to a Novalaibungsteil according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the outer and inner part is formed in each case as a plastic hollow profile.
  • the inner portion is formed only from the top of the inner part.
  • the outer part contributes to the formation of the inner portion. Comparable prior art also goes from the EP 0 924 378 A2 , of the EP 1464 787 A1 and the GB 1573 888 A out.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a window reveal part, which is advantageous in terms of manufacturing technology favorable design.
  • the parts consist of a foam plastic, such as EPP or EPS, that the inner portion is multi-part, that a part of the inner portion following the formed in the form of a step-like rib Support portion is formed on the first part, that the inner portion of the upper sides of the parts is formed and that the inclined outer portion increases in the direction of the support portion.
  • One of the parts forms a support section on which the other part - preferably adjustable - rests.
  • the other part is associated with the interior of the window, thus forming a part (or possibly even the entire) of the inner portion as Novalaibungsteil.
  • the inclined surface approximately for a window sheet is predetermined by the increase of the outer portion in the direction of the support section.
  • the parts are displaceable on each other.
  • the displaceability of the two parts is preferably stepless, that is, that the parts can be arranged in any position in the width direction to each other, so that the Novabelibungsteil a window reveal can be optimally adapted.
  • the parts can be arranged, for example, only in a certain number of predefined positions to each other. This can be done for example by means of a latching of the two parts with each other. Thus, a predefined position is fixed and the parts are thereby further aligned with each other parallel to each other. It is also possible to use a kind of toothed surfaces for the locking of the two parts.
  • the toothing can be formed, for example, in a covering area of the two parts.
  • the two parts can only be arranged partially overlapping one another. Due to the overlap of the two parts, an additional heightwise alignment of the two parts to one another is no longer necessary.
  • the overlapping area aligns the two parts with respect to one another such that preferably the upper sides of the two parts lie in a common plane relative to one another. The common plane of the two parts then forms the multi-part inner section.
  • the upper sides are also preferably aligned parallel to the base of the two parts, it is thereby achieved that, when the window reveal part is preferably oriented horizontally, not once again the windowsill must be aligned, which is arranged on the inner portion.
  • the sill is preferably on the tops of the two parts.
  • the part which forms the outer portion forms a supporting part for the displaceable Part according to the edition part.
  • the support part preferably has an angular cross-sectional shape.
  • the two angle sections are preferably arranged at right angles to each other.
  • One of the angle sections preferably the angle section running vertically in the installed state, can be used for direct placement on the window reveal, while the other horizontally extending angle section rests on the support area.
  • the free extension of the vertical angle section corresponds to the height of the support area.
  • the parts can be offset from each other in such a way, in the transverse direction of the window reveal, that an upwardly open recess results between the parts.
  • the upwardly open recess is closed in the assembled state of the windowsill from above.
  • the windowsill is like a bridge on the tops of the two parts.
  • a recess should preferably only be so large in the width direction that the support part still rests securely with a part of the angle section on the support area, for example, with regard to a surface pressure to be applied by the window reveal part.
  • the window revealing part can thus be adjusted to wider window reveals without changing the parts themselves.
  • separation marks are preferably provided so that the parts in their extension, in the transverse direction of the window reveal, can be changed as planned.
  • the separation marks may be, for example, colored lines.
  • the separation marks consist of separating cuts, more preferably of the parts not enforcing separating cuts. If the parts are in the closest position to one another, the separating markings or separating cuts are preferably arranged offset from one another.
  • the non-continuous separating cuts extend more than half the thickness of the parts, so it is possible, for example Without cutting a tool, the remaining part to adjust the parts to the width of a window reveal.
  • the separation mark can extend parallel to the inner angle surface, while this preferably runs parallel to the smaller (in the installed state vertically extending) inner surface angle.
  • a separation marking of the support section may also extend parallel to the angle inner surface, preferably to the smaller (vertically extending) inner angle surface. This makes it possible to remove the entire support area.
  • the support member for a very thin window reveal (without the support part) can be used. Now only the support part forms the top for a windowsill.
  • the length of the window reveal parts is adapted approximately to the width of a window frame.
  • the Swiftbelibungsmaschine are made for example of expandable polypropylene (EPP) or expandable polystyrene (EPS).
  • EPP expandable polypropylene
  • EPS expandable polystyrene
  • the window reveal parts are adapted to the window frame so far that they no longer need to be adapted to the window frame in the longitudinal direction.
  • XPS extruded polystyrene rigid foam
  • the Destruction density of the Destructionsstage must be cut in the longitudinal direction.
  • the material density of the Despicibungsmaschine may be in the case of production of a foam of 15 to 50 kg / m 3 . Preferably, however, the material density is 20 to 40 kg / m 3 .
  • the mentioned foamed plastics have a high compressive strength and good insulating properties and good damping properties.
  • a reinforcing element can be provided in the support section.
  • the task of reinforcement does not necessarily have to be in the foreground or even important at all.
  • the function explained below in detail in connection with the definition of a window sill plate is of importance.
  • the reinforcing element is preferably a bar. It is conceivable that the reinforcing element is incorporated directly in the production of Novabelibungsteils with. In particular, it can be inserted into the mold for the production of the window reveal part, so that, for example, in the course of the preferably provided particle foam process, a clasping, possibly also penetration, takes place through the particle foam.
  • the reinforcing element extends over the entire length of the support portion.
  • the reinforcing element can be inserted into the support section even after the production of the window reveal part in a groove provided for this purpose.
  • the groove extends in the longitudinal direction of the part, which forms the support portion.
  • the groove can already be provided during the production of the window reveal part or can only be produced on site (on the construction site) with a suitable tool.
  • the reinforcing element may extend only over part of the length of the part.
  • the strip (the reinforcing element) may for example be present as "by the meter".
  • the reinforcing element can be customized. But it is also conceivable that the reinforcing element is already pre-cut in different lengths. Thus, a cropping of the reinforcing element would no longer be necessary.
  • the support portion can be provided with a reinforcing element, wherein other portions need not have a reinforcing element.
  • the reinforcing element extends over the entire length of the part.
  • This suitably made of a harder material than the two parts of the window reveal part existing reinforcing element is preferably made of a hard plastic, in principle, as well as wood is suitable as a material.
  • the groove in relation to the width direction, is arranged centrally in the support section.
  • the groove may have a width of 1 mm to 10 mm, preferably 2.5 mm. In this case, the groove extends over more than half the height of the support section (from 50% to 100%, preferably about 85%).
  • the height of the support portion is measured from the top of the inner portion to the top of the support portion.
  • the groove is filled by the reinforcing element.
  • the reinforcing element is preferably used for screw fastening a window sill plate. Since the reinforcing element extends over almost the entire height of the support section, the screw can be easily screwed into the support section (approximately by eye), so that the screw can be easily screwed into the reinforcement element.
  • the screw is preferably a self-tapping screw.
  • the reinforcing element forms an abutment for the screw. So it is possible, alternatively (instead of gluing) or in addition to bonding a window sill plate with a screw to attach to a window reveal.
  • Grooves for mortar attachment may be formed on the underside of the window reveal part. These grooves form a kind of toothing, in which the mortar can penetrate.
  • the grooves preferably extend parallel to one another and extend in the longitudinal extension direction of the window reveal part. In this case, the grooves preferably at an equal distance from each other. The distance corresponds approximately to 1-5 times the width of a groove, preferably 2.5 times.
