Definitions
- the invention relates to a noise protection element, wherein the noise protection element comprises at least two superimposed plastic components, wherein a first component has a greater porosity than a second component, wherein the second component is formed from a pressed granules of plastic.
- the invention relates to a use of several noise protection elements.
- the invention relates to a use of used tires.
- noise barriers According to the prior art noise barriers have become known, the z. B. are mounted along highways or are, as far as they pass through inhabited area. This is how the document reveals DE 42 20 547 A1 a noise protection element of the type mentioned above with a plate-shaped element of high strength, on which a layer consisting of a porous material is arranged as a sound absorbing means.
- One problem with the known noise barriers is that they can often only be retrofitted with difficulty or not at all. In addition, an assembly is very expensive and requires heavy equipment. A reduction of the known noise barriers, which may possibly be required, is possible only with great effort. Another disadvantage is that the known noise barriers often have only an unsatisfactory sound absorption and must be built very high.
- the object of the invention is to provide a noise protection element having a good sound absorption, easy to assemble and stable, at the same time has a certain flexibility and in particular for Mittelbetonleitance can be used so that they can be retrofitted with one or more noise protection elements if necessary.
- the advantages achieved by the invention are, in particular, that targeted sound absorption is achieved by the different porosities of the two components made of plastic, since the two absorb at least slightly air-permeable components sound of different frequency.
- the second component which has a lower porosity and therefore higher strength, serves as support for the first component.
- a production of the noise protection element made of plastic makes it possible that this is not only basically lightweight, but also in a simple manner by gluing or other fastening methods, such as screwing on any objects is particularly easy to install.
- a continuous production of plastics with certain porosities also gives the noise protection element a certain flexibility, so that this can also be arranged on tunnel walls or other locations where a curved contact or contact surface is given.
- An inventive noise protection element can also be easily attached to a Mittelbetonleitwand or adapted to their shape.
- the first component of a compressed fibrous plastic preferably with an average fiber length of 2 mm to 35 mm
- the second component of a compressed granules of plastic preferably with an average granule size of 1 mm to 5 mm formed is.
- the porosities are chosen so that sound is absorbed very well and at the same time consisting of granules component has such a strength that it considers the inherently less stable component of compressed fibrous plastic perfectly supports and therefore keeps its shape, and although even if the noise protection element is mounted bent.
- the finished components can be produced at elevated temperature, for. B. more than 120 ° C, are pressed together. It is also possible that the first component is created first, after which the granulate of the second component is poured onto the finished first component and then compressed and simultaneously contacted with the first component. In the alternative, at least one of the plastics can also be used with one Adhesive be pressed. It is also possible to create both components in one single step by hot pressing.
- a sound absorption can be further improved by the two components having slots, wherein the slots are arranged one above the other.
- sound can penetrate into the plates and, depending on the shape of the slots, is also absorbed in the slots or adjacent areas of the components.
- the slits provided in the first component are tapered in cross-section to the second component, so that as much sound as possible to be absorbed can enter and be absorbed therein.
- the slots are formed at the transition region from the first component to the second component with the same cross section, so that sound to be absorbed penetrates as far as possible into the noise protection element, before it is absorbed by or in the noise protection element.
- the slots provided in the second component may be rectangular in cross-section.
- the components are formed as plates, which are preferably connected to each other by pressing at elevated temperature.
- the plate-shaped design makes it possible that the noise protection element bent without damage and therefore can also be attached, for example, to curved tunnel walls.
- spacers are further attached to the second component.
- sound can partially pass through the slits of the noise protection element, is reflected by a surface to which the noise protection element is attached, and then strikes a rear side of the noise protection element, so that sound at the back the second component is absorbed.
- the noise protection element can oscillate, which further contributes to an effective sound absorption.
- recesses are provided in the region between the slots in the second component, wherein the recesses are preferably of different depths.
- the recesses ensure that sound is caught at the rear of the noise protection element as it were, and when wells of different depths are provided, also sound of different frequencies can be effectively absorbed.
- An inventive noise protection element can basically be used in all areas where high noise occurs, but is preferably applied along roads or railways, for example in Mittelbetonleit paragraphn of highways or highways.
- noise protection element When producing a noise protection element according to the invention basically new materials can be used. However, it is preferred that used tires for producing a noise protection element according to the invention are used.
- the tires which are no longer used or used tires of particular motor vehicles, can be brought by suitable machines in a fiber or granular form, which is state of the art.
- the noise protection element 1 comprises a first component 2 made of a plastic and a second component 3, which is also formed from a plastic.
- the two components 2, 3 are arranged one above the other and directly connected to each other, for example by pressing at high temperature and / or high pressure, without further elements for a connection of the components 2, 3 are provided.
- Both the first component 2 and the second component 3 are formed from compressed plastic particles of small size.
- the first component 2 consists of a fibrous plastic, which is formed of plastic fibers having an average length of 2 mm to 35 mm, preferably 5 mm to 25 mm.
- the individual fibers which are preferably obtained by crushing waste tires, are pressed together, wherein, alternatively, an adhesive can be used to better bond the fibers.
- the second component 3 is also made of a plastic, namely a granules of plastic, which can also be obtained by crushing waste tires.
- the granules of plastic as the fibers in the production of the first component 2 is pressed, whereby an adhesive can be added for better bonding.
- the second component 3 is porous.
- the fibers used for the first component 2 as well as the granules used for the second component 3 are chosen with regard to a size of the plastic particles so that the noise protection element 1 overall has a sufficient stability, but is still flexible. Also for this reason, an average fiber length of a plastic used for the production of the first component 2 is preferably selected in a range of 2 mm to 35 mm. For larger fiber lengths there is a risk that the first component 2 too little is stable. On the other hand, shorter fiber lengths than 2 mm lead to a possibly too low porosity. For similar reasons, an average granule size for the granules of plastic for producing the second component 3 is preferably limited to 1 mm to 5 mm. In this area, there is an optimum of stability of the second component 3, which as mentioned also serves as a carrier for the first component 2, and a porosity.
- the noise protection element 1 is fastened, for example, to a middle concrete guide wall of a highway so that the first component 2 faces a lane, while the second component 3, optionally in the region of spacers 7, is glued to a surface of an object. If, as in particular Fig. 1 and Fig. 5 it can be seen, the noise protection element 1 is additionally formed with slots 4, 5, sound can also be absorbed through the slots 4, 5.
- the slots 4 are formed in the first component 2 in cross section to the lane out approximately with a funnel-shaped cross-section. As a result, incident sound is offered a relatively large surface, so that it can basically also be absorbed at the regions of the first component 2 defining the slots 4.
- the noise protection element 1 As soon as sound passes through the slits 4, it strikes the slots 5 in the sequence which are formed in the transition region 6 between the first component 2 and the second component 3 with the same cross-section as the slits 4. If sound passes through the slots 5, the sound strikes a surface of an object on which the noise protection element 1 is attached, and is reflected from this surface to the back of the second component 3, wherein the sound due to the porous formation of the second Component 3 is absorbed by this. If the noise protection element 1, as already mentioned, is arranged with spacers 7 on or on a surface, then the noise protection element 1 may also vibrate when sound is applied, which additionally contributes to the absorption of sound.
- 3 recesses 8 may additionally be provided in the second component, which lie in those areas which correspond slot-free areas 9 of the first component 2. Reflected sound catches in these recesses 8, thereby increasing further the effectiveness of sound absorption is possible.
- the recesses 8 are preferably formed with different depths, so that sound of different frequencies is well absorbed.
- an effective sound absorption in a wide frequency band by several mechanisms is effected: First, the porous formation of the plate-shaped noise protection element 1 of plastics or components 2, 3 different porosity causes a sound absorption. Second, the provided slots 4, 5 contribute to the sound absorption. Thirdly, sound can pass through the slits 4, 5 and impinge on an object surface at an angle due to the spacers 7 and can be reflected by this on the back side of the second component 3 and finally absorbed there. Fourth, reflected sound begins at the back of the second component 3 in the recesses 8, which are preferably formed with different height or depth, as mentioned, so that sound of different frequencies is absorbed. Fifth, the noise protection element 1 and the noise protection mat due to the provided spacers 7 and plate-shaped training in sound also swing, which also contributes to a sound absorption.
- the first component 2 can be manufactured, for example, with a thickness of 20 mm to 50 mm.
- the second component 3 may conveniently be formed with a thickness of 5 mm to 20 mm.
- the spacers 7 the longest possible design of the same is basically provided. The longer the spacers 7, the greater is an air cushion between an object surface and the back of the second component 3 and the better the sound gets caught between the object surface and the back side of the second component 3. Studies have shown, however, that if the spacers are too long 7 a stability of the attached noise protection element 1 decreases.
- the spacers 7 have a height of about 5 mm to 25 mm.
- the spacers 7 are preferably integrally formed with the second component 3 and are formed during their production.
- the spacers 7 may be formed instead of the feet shown in the form of extending over the longitudinal or broad side strips so that sound between the lens surface and the back of the second component 3 is effectively caught. If several noise protection elements 1 are arranged side by side in a surface, it is sufficient that the peripheral noise protection elements 1 are formed on the outside with continuous strips.
