Claims (10)

  1. Organische Elektrolumineszenz (EL)-Vorrichtung, umfassend
    eine Stackstruktur, umfassend eine Lochinjektionsschicht, eine Lochtransportschicht, eine emittierende Schicht, eine Elektronentransportschicht und eine Elektroneninjektionsschicht, sequentiell zwischen einer ersten Elektrode und einer zweiten Elektrode,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elektronentransportschicht eine Einzelschicht direkt auf der emittierenden Schicht ist, und die Elektronentransportschicht aus einer Mischung aus BAlq(aluminium(III)bis(2-methyl)-8-chinolinato)4-phenylphenolat) und BeBq2[Bis(10-hydroxybenzo-h)-chinolato]beryllium] in einem Volumenverhältnis von 5:5 besteht, und
    die Elektroneninjektionsschicht eine direkt auf der Elektronentransportschicht gebildete Einzelschicht ist und aus LiF besteht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Elektronentransportschicht eine Dicke zwischen etwa 0,1 und 500 nm besitzt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei des Material mit elektronentransportierenden Eigenschaften in der Elektronentransportschicht einen Mobilität von mehr als ungefähr 1,0x10-6 cm2/Vs besitzt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die emittierende Schicht eine oder mehrere Schichten umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die emittierende Schicht ein Phosphoreszenzmaterial beinhaltet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens eine der ersten Elektrode und der zweiten Elektrode aus einem transparenten Material gebildet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorrichtung eine vollfarbige, organische Elektrolumineszenz (EL)-Vorrichtung ist, umfassend eine rotemittierende Stackstruktur, eine grün-emittierende Stackstruktur und eine blauemittierende Stackstruktur,
    wobei jede Stackstruktur wie in Anspruch 1 definier ist; und
    wobei mindestens eine emittierende Schicht unter den Stacks eine Phosphoreszenzschicht ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Vielzahl emittierender Einheiten umfasst,
    wobei jede emittierende Einheit eine wie in Anspruch 1 definierte Stackstruktur beinhaltet; und
    wobei benachbarte emittierende Einheiten durch Zwischenschichten getrennt sind.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer organischen Elektrolumineszenz (EL)-Vorrichtung, wobei das Verfahren sequentiell umfasst:
    Bilden einer ersten Elektrode auf einem Substrat;
    Bilden einer Lochinjektionsschicht und einer Lochtransportschicht auf der ersten Elektrode;
    Bilden einer emittierenden Schicht, beinhaltend mindestens ein Phosphoreszenzmaterial, auf der ersten Elektrode;
    Bilden, direkt auf der gesamten emittierenden Schicht, einer Elektronentransportschicht, bestehend aus einer Mischung aus BAlq und BeBq2 als eine Einzelschicht in einem Volumenverhältnis von 5:5;
    Bilden einer Elektroneninjektionsschicht auf der Elektronentransportschicht als eine Einzelschicht direkt auf der Elektronentransportschicht, wobei die Elektroneninjektionsschicht aus LiF besteht; und
    Bilden einer zweiten Elektrode auf der Elektroneninjektionsschicht.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei die erste Elektrode eine Anode ist und die zweite Elektrode eine Kathode ist.
