Claims (11)
- Installation d'extrusion pour la fabrication de tubes laminés ou plastiques extrudés (2), avec un coulisseau (6) pouvant être déplacé en va-et-vient par rapport à une base (7), sur lequel se trouve un dispositif de coupe (5) réalisé sous forme de moyen de coupe (R), caractérisée par le fait que le coulisseau (6) avec le dispositif de coupe (5) y placé est réalisé sous forme de moteur linéaire et peut être déplacé par rapport à la base (7), un déplacement en va-et-vient linéaire du coulisseau (6) réalisé sous forme de moteur linéaire par rapport à la base (7) comme esclave pouvant être commandé et/ou réglé par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen de transport (4) comme maître connecté avant les dispositifs de coupe (5), et qu'au coulisseau (6) sont associés au moins un ou une pluralité d'aimants permanents (12), une pluralité d'aimants permanents (12) à l'endroit de la face inférieure (11) du coulisseau (6) sont disposés légèrement distants l'un de l'autre sur toute la longueur du coulisseau (6), dans la base fixe (7) étant prévue au moins une bobine activable (15).
- Installation d'extrusion selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le coulisseau (6) peut être déplacé en va-et-vient dans le sens linéaire par rapport à une base (7) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un guidage linéaire (10.1, 10.2).
- Installation d'extrusion selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le coulisseau (6) est monté de manière déplaçable linéairement par rapport à la base (7) par l'intermédiaire, de préférence, de deux guidages linéaires (10.1, 10.2) disposés parallèles entre eux.
- Installation d'extrusion selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que les aimants permanents (12) sont disposés entre deux guidages linéaires (10.1, 10.2) à l'endroit d'une face inférieure (11) du coulisseau (6).
- Installation d'extrusion selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que l'au moins une bobine (15) entre les guidages linéaires (10.1, 10.2) est associée à la base (7), l'au moins une bobine (15) étant disposée près des aimants permanents (12) du coulisseau (6) entre les guidages linéaires (10.1, 10.2).
- Installation d'extrusion selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif de coupe (5) est formé d'une unité de lames rotatives (8) et d'au moins un servomoteur (9), et que l'unité de lames (8) présente, à une extrémité, une pièce de centrage (17), avant la pièce de centrage (17) étant connecté un manchon de guidage (16).
- Installation d'extrusion selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que le coulisseau (6) présente une butée (19) qui coopère, dans les positions de fin de course respectives, avec deux éléments tampons (20), réalisés sous forme d'éléments d'amortissement à ressort (21), distants l'un de l'autre et associés à la base (7).
- Installation d'extrusion selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait qu'à la base (7) sont associés deux interrupteurs d'approximation inductifs (22.1, 22.2) distants l'un de l'autre qui, lors d'une période de déplacement de référence du coulisseau (6), servent à la détermination du point zéro.
- Installation d'extrusion selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait qu'un déplacement linéaire du coulisseau (6) par rapport à la base fixe (7) peut, par l'intermédiaire du guidage linéaire (10,1, 10.2), activé par l'au moins une bobine (15) associée à la base (7), être réglée et commandée de manière exacte en ce qui concerne l'accélération, l'accélération négative ainsi qu'en ce qui concerne la déviation maximale.
- Installation d'extrusion selon au moins l'une des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisée par le fait que le coulisseau (6) peut être déplacé en va-et-vient de manière entraînée activement pratiquement sans contact par rapport à la base fixe (7) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un chemin magnétique (24.1, 24.2) qui est prévu à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur des guidages linéaires (10), de manière parallèle à ces derniers.
- Installation d'extrusion selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée par le fait qu'à la base (7) et/ou au guidage linéaire (10.1, 10.2) est associé un système de mesure de longueur incrémental ou inductif (18) qui coopère avec le coulisseau (6) pour la détermination de position exacte, par l'intermédiaire de cette détermination de position pouvant être déterminée et réglée la vitesse du coulisseau (6).
