Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif pour l'introduction de charges propulsives dans une arme lourde comprenant au moins un chargeur de charge propulsive et un dispositif pour l'introduction de charge propulsive, au moyen duquel les charges propulsives sont enlevées du chargeur de charge propulsive et sont transférées à un bras de transfert de charge propulsive, qui présente une coque d'introduction de charge propulsive pouvant basculer à l'intérieur de la zone derrière l'arme avec un dispositif de préparation de charge propulsive, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) chaque chargeur de charge propulsive (2) est réalisé sous la forme d'un chargeur disposé de façon fixe, dans lequel des modules de charge propulsive TM sont montés dans des guides (2.1) de telle sorte que leurs axes longitudinaux sont agencés horizontalement, un nombre prédéfini de modules de charge propulsive étant montés ensuite axialement les uns contre les autres dans chaque guide et à chaque fois un nombre prédéfini de guides (2.1) étant disposés parallèlement entre eux et les uns au-dessus des autres dans des plans horizontaux.
    b) le dispositif d'introduction de charge propulsive présente un automate de charge propulsive (3) disposé à côté du chargeur de charge propulsive (2) avec une chaîne de charge propulsive (3.1) entraînée, tournant dans un plan vertical, avec des éléments de réception (3.2) pour la réception respective d'au moins un module de charge propulsive et des dispositifs pour le transfert de modules de charge propulsive des guides du chargeur de charge propulsive (2) dans les éléments de réception (3.2) de la chaîne de charge propulsive (3.1) ;
    c) sur la position de prélèvement sur l'extrémité supérieure de la chaîne de charge propulsive (3.1) est disposée, axialement à l'élément de réception (3.2) supérieur respectif, une unité de portionnement (5) avec des moyens (6) pour le transfert et l'assemblage d'un nombre prédéfini de modules de charge propulsive ;
    d) il existe des moyens (5.1) pour le transfert des modules de charge propulsive assemblés de l'unité de portionnement (5) à la coque d'introduction de charge propulsive.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les guides dans le chargeur de charge propulsive (2) sont conçus sous la forme de tubes de réception (2.1), qui peuvent être alimentés avec une dépression d'air pour l'introduction de modules de charge propulsive et avec une surpression d'air pour l'évacuation de modules de charge propulsive.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les guides dans le chargeur de charge propulsive sont conçus sous la forme de coques de réception ouvertes ou de rails de réception et l'arrivée et l'évacuation de modules de charge propulsive s'effectuent par des entraîneurs guidés sur des broches ou des chaînes circulantes.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que des cliquets d'arrêt sont disposés sur les guides du chargeur de charge propulsive (2).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications là 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de réception (3.2) de la chaîne de charge propulsive (3.1) sont conçus sont la forme de coques ouvertes et chaque maillon de chaîne présente respectivement dans la zone des extrémités d'une coque un étrier de retenue constitué de deux parties de bague circulaire (3.31 - 3.32) se touchant et reliées entre elles au point de contact, à chaque fois une partie de bague circulaire (3.31) comprenant la coque (3.2) de ce maillon de chaîne sur le côté fermé et l'autre partie de bague circulaire (3.32) comprenant également la coque d'un maillon de chaîne voisin sur le côté ouvert.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque étrier de retenue est conçu de telle sorte que les ouvertures des parties de bague circulaire (3.31, 3.32) sont disposées dans un angle de 90° les unes par rapport aux autres et les étriers de retenue sont disposés et guidés dans la chaîne de charge propulsive (3.1) de telle sorte qu'à chaque fois l'élément de réception (3.2) se trouvant dans la position d'enlèvement présente une zone de passage ouverte et s'étendant en direction axiale pour un élément de passage (6) alors que, dans au moins une partie des autres positions, les coques sur le côté fermé et sur le côté ouvert sont entourées complètement par les parties de bague circulaire (3.31, 3.32) coopérant de deux étriers de retenue.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de détection pour la détermination du type de module et du degré de remplissage sont disposés sur chaque élément de réception de la chaîne de charge propulsive (3.1).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de détection présentent des bandes à ressort (3.41-3.43) guidées sur le pourtour des coques (3.2) avec un élément de balayage dépassant dans une ouverture de la coque et un capteur ou un commutateur de proximité (3.51-3.53) est disposé en face de chaque bande à ressort (3.41-3.43) sur son côté extérieur.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que trois bandes à ressort (3.41-3.43) sont disposées sur chaque coque à une distance axiale prédéfinie.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de la position d'enlèvement sont disposés des capteurs pour le contrôle du transfert des modules de charge propulsive de l'élément de réception de la chaîne de charge propulsive (3.1) à l'unité de portionnement (5).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour le transfert et l'assemblage de modules de charge propulsive de l'élément de réception de la chaîne de charge propulsive (3.1) dans l'unité de portionnement (5) présentent comme élément de transfert au moins un crochet de préhension (6) qui peut être déplacé parallèlement à la direction radiale de l'élément de réception et de l'unité de portionnement.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de portionnement (5) présente une coque de réception (5.1-5.2) disposée axialement à l'élément de réception de la chaîne de charge propulsive (3.1) dans la position de prélèvement et divisée dans la direction axiale avec une grande partie de coque (5.1), qui présente sur l'extrémité opposée à la chaîne de charge propulsive (3.1) une butée (5.3) pour le module de charge propulsive et avec une petite partie de coque (5.2) pour le soutien latéral des modules de charge propulsive, la grande partie de coque (5.1) pouvant être basculée d'une position de réception dans une position de distribution pour le transfert des modules de charge propulsive assemblés à la coque d'introduction de charge propulsive.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le chargeur de charge propulsive (2) et l'automate de charge propulsive (3) ainsi que l'unité de portionnement (5) sont disposés à l'intérieur d'un boîtier supplémentaire (4) disposé de façon amovible ou basculante sur la paroi extérieure du boîtier de tour (1) blindé d'un module de tir, à chaque fois des ouvertures de passage (1.2) disposées en alignement les unes par rapport aux autres pour les charges propulsives à transférer du boîtier supplémentaire (4) dans le boîtier de tour (1) étant disposées sur la paroi extérieure (1.1) du boîtier de tour (1) ainsi que dans la paroi extérieure, opposée à la paroi extérieure (1.1) du boîtier de tour (1), du boîtier supplémentaire (4) et le bras de transfert de charge propulsive avec la coque d'introduction de charge propulsive étant disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier de tour (1).
  14. Dispositif selon les revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de distribution de la grande partie de coque (5.1), la charge propulsive assemblée est éjectée par les ouvertures de passage du boîtier supplémentaire (4) et de la paroi extérieure (1.1) du boîtier de tour (1).
