Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cross-wound textile machine with at least one winding unit, which contains a deliverable to a take-up spool suction nozzle, which is connected to a vacuum supply device.
  • a suction nozzle of the type mentioned has the task to seek a thread end on the circumference of a bobbin and suck, while the package is rotated in the unwinding and then insert into a thread connector.
  • the maintenance device includes a suction nozzle, which can be fed to a take-up reel of the relevant winding unit in order to search for the thread end on the package and then remove it.
  • a so-called Saugluftdosiervorraum is provided which can connect the suction nozzle with a vacuum supply device via a switching valve. The Saugluftdosiervorraum opens and closes the connection between the suction nozzle and Saugluftwaits heard.
  • each spinning unit with a deliverable to a take-up spool suction nozzle.
  • the suction nozzle which is looking for a thread end and should pull off when the take-up reel is driven against the winding direction, is connected via a switchable valve to a vacuum supply device.
  • the DE 17 85 293 A describes an adjustable aperture in the main suction of the suction nozzle for the upper thread.
  • this panel can temporarily still occupy a fixed intermediate position. This intermediate position is set only when the thread end is detected and the reduced negative pressure has the opportunity to exit through a longitudinal slot located in the suction nozzle to form a chord for thread detection by separate gripping members.
  • the invention has for its object to improve the flexibility of a cheese-producing winder of the type mentioned, in particular to optimize the absorption of the so-called upper thread of the cheese.
  • the suction nozzle is associated with a device with which the suction of the suction nozzle is variable and which is adjustable by means of a controllable drive and which is adjustable depending on the wound on the package spool to a predeterminable open position.
  • the winding station computer has a circuit which, after the absence of the detection signal over a predeterminable time period, drives the drive in such a way that the device increases the suction effect of the suction nozzle. This ensures that a set for example due to a sensitive thread low vacuum at the nozzle orifice now and then does not require that the operator must then intervene to detect the thread end, if automatic detection at elevated negative pressure is still possible ,
  • the invention allows a differentiated adjustment of the effect of negative pressure at the individual winding units with relatively simple means, without further elements of the winding unit of the cheese-producing textile machine or the cheeses need to be reset.
  • the effect of the negative pressure which is exerted by means of the suction nozzle on the spool and the thread piece to be found and deducted by her, independent of the negative pressure adjustable, which is needed in other areas, even if several or all areas to one common vacuum supply are connected. It is thus possible to optimize the negative pressure in the region of the respective suction nozzle, without influencing other areas or winding stations, in which also negative pressure from the vacuum supply is required.
  • the hand-fillable round Kopsmagazine has at their winding units to process a variety of different yarn lots, which also differ significantly in terms of sensitivity of the yarns.
  • the means for changing the suction contains an adjustable aperture. By means of such a diaphragm, the suction effect can be changed in large areas.
  • the drive contains a stepping motor, which can be controlled by means of a winding station computer.
  • the stepper motor can bring the shutter in any desired position and hold there.
  • vacuum fluctuations in the common vacuum supply can be intercepted by the fact that the diaphragm position is adapted to this changed negative pressure and then ensures a consistent matched to the type of thread negative pressure at the suction nozzle.
  • the negative pressure in the common vacuum supply is monitored and fed to the winding station computer, which then controls the adjustment of the aperture position.
  • the increase of the negative pressure can be done gradually. Under gradual is to be understood as continuously increasing or gradual.
  • the thread search can be supported by a pitching movement of the suction nozzle in a small angular range.
  • the thread search can also be interrupted by respective pivoting back of the suction nozzle to a larger pivoting, possibly to the normal position. In a renewed attempt, the suction effect is then reinforced by an altered aperture.
  • the device for changing the suction by means of the drive in predetermined time sequences between predetermined open positions is adjustable. In this way it is possible to effect a rapid rise and fall of the suction air flow, with which the suction nozzle acts on the package when seeking and removing a thread end. This makes it possible to facilitate the finding of thread ends rolled into the bobbin.
  • the frequency of the pulses causes an influence on the intensity of the action on the thread.
  • the figure shows a schematic representation of a winding unit of a cross-wound producing textile machine, in this case a winder, are reeled in the cops to cheeses and usually has a plurality of such winding units.
  • the winding units according to the invention may also be winding units, which are arranged following a spinning device.
  • a cross-wound bobbin takes the length of a plurality of bobbins 1.
  • the yarn 2 is monitored for yarn defects by passing through an optical or capacitive electronic cleaner 4.
  • the thread 2 is cut.
  • the faulty thread length is cut out, after which the resulting thread ends are reconnected. This is done, for example, by means of a splicer 5.
  • the package 3 is held in a creel 6 which is pivotable about an axis 7 such that the Bobbin 3 rests with its circumference on a winding roller 8 during the entire cycle travel, by which it is driven by friction.
  • the winding roller 8 is provided with a drive motor, not shown, which can drive both in the winding (marked with arrow) and in the unwinding.
  • the cleaner 4 cuts through the thread 2 or the thread breaks for other reasons, the end of the thread connected to the package is still wound on the package 3 and then lies somewhere on the circumference of this package 3.
  • the end connected to the bobbin 1 is held in a thread tensioner 9.
  • the two thread ends to be connected must be inserted into the thread connecting device, i. into the splicer 5.
  • a bobbin gripper 10 which is pivotable about an axis 11, delivered to the thread tensioner 9 tapered lower thread, which comes from the bobbin 1.
  • a suction nozzle 12, which is pivotable about an axis 13, the bobbin 3 is delivered.
  • the package 3 is driven by the winding roller 8 against the winding direction.
  • the suction gripper 12 pivots back after detection of the thread end with the withdrawn from the package reel, the so-called upper thread, in the position shown and places the thread in the splicer 5 a.
  • the suction nozzle 12 is a curved, tubular body which forms a flat nozzle at its free end, which corresponds approximately to the width of the package 3.
  • the suction nozzle is in the region of its axis of rotation 13 to a vacuum supply device connected.
  • the rotation axis 13 is designed, for example, as a tubular projection, which is located in extension to a machine-long vacuum supply device.
  • the tubular extension 13 which also forms the axis of rotation, associated with a diaphragm 14, with which the opening cross-section and thus the strength of Saugluftströmung and the suction of the suction nozzle 12 can be adjusted.
  • the diaphragm 14 is pivotable by means of a drive 15, which has a stepper motor.
  • the aperture 14 is adjustable by means of the drive in any desired position.
  • the stepper motor is driven by means of a winding station computer 16, which also controls the remaining elements of the winding station, i. the cleaner 4, the splicer 5, the drive of the winding roller 8, the thread tensioner 9 and the drives that cause the pivoting movement of the thread gripper 10 and the suction nozzle 12.
  • the winding station computer 16 is associated with an input unit 17, with which the operating conditions can be entered, and in particular also the desired opening position of the aperture 14, which is set by the motor drive. This can also be done from a central point of the winder. For this purpose, the Spulstellenrechner, as indicated in the drawing, connected to a data bus of the machine.
  • the motor drive can provide that the aperture 14 is opened and closed at certain times, and that the aperture 14 assumes a specific position in the open position and thus releases a predeterminable cross section.
  • the aperture 14 is set to an opening cross-section, when the suction nozzle 12 of the package 3 is delivered, which differs from the opening cross-section to which the aperture is set, while the suction nozzle 12 with the found thread from the package 3 again moved to insert the upper thread in the thread connector (splicer).
  • the switching between the opening cross-sections is controlled by a sensor 18 which is arranged within the suction nozzle 12 and detects whether the suction nozzle has found the thread end of the package 3 and recorded.
  • the aperture 14 for the more intensive thread search can be opened further.
  • the further opening of the aperture 14 can be gradual or continuous.
  • the aperture 14, when the suction gripper 12 of the package 3 is delivered, is reciprocated in rapid alternation between an open or closed or between a more open and less open position, so that a decreasing and swelling Saugluftströmung is obtained, which acts on the circumference of the package 3.
  • This movement of the diaphragm 14 is effected by appropriate control of the preferably designed as a stepping motor then reversing drive 15.
  • the rise and fall of the suction air flow is expediently made only as long as the suction gripper of the package 3 is delivered. If it has been detected by the sensor 18 that a yarn end has been found and recorded, then the shutter 14 is stopped in a predetermined position, which is associated with a predetermined suction.
  • a vacuum monitoring not shown in the common vacuum supply is coupled to the winding station computer and transmits the print data. In this way, the aperture can also be adjusted depending on the negative pressure in the vacuum supply.
  • the respectively to be released from the diaphragm cross-section which is required individually is to be determined depending on the negative pressure in the vacuum supply and the vacuum required at the suction nozzle mouth empirically or to optimize.
  • the diaphragm positions close to the closed position are to be determined particularly precisely, since in the region of the open position, no significant changes in vacuum in the region of the suction nozzle orifice occur. This results primarily from the fact that only with increasing undershooting of the cross section of the suction nozzle opening a significant pressure reduction occurs.
