Claims (7)
- Recouvrement pour le carter d'un volet roulant (100) avec au moins une partie de panneau intérieure (20) et une partie de fond (10, 10', 30) orientée perpendiculairement à celle-ci et pouvant être enclenchée dedans, sachant que la partie de panneau intérieure (20) et la partie de fond (10, 10', 30) sont réalisées comme des profilés creux en plastique et sachant que la partie de fond (10, 30) est réalisée au moins en deux parties avec un profilé de base de fond (30) et un profilé d'abattant de fond (10 ; 10'),
caractérisé en ce que- la partie de panneau intérieure (20) et le profilé de base de fond (30) présentent chacun sur la transition au profilé d'abattant de fond (10 ; 10') se trouvant au milieu une unité de réception de cran qui présente respectivement au moins un premier évidement de réception de cran (21, 31) s'étendant le long de la partie de fond et au moins un second évidement de réception de cran (22, 32) disposé perpendiculairement à celui-ci et- le profilé d'abattant de fond (10 ; 10') présente dans une première zone d'extrémité au moins un premier tenon d'encliquetage (11, 11') orienté longitudinalement qui peut être encliqueté dans l'un des premiers évidements de réception de cran (21, 31), et présente dans une seconde zone d'extrémité au moins un second tenon d'encliquetage (12, 12') orienté perpendiculairement au premier tenon d'encliquetage, lequel peut être encliqueté dans l'un des seconds évidements de réception de cran (22, 32). - Recouvrement pour le carter d'un volet roulant (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un canal de vis (25) est prévu dans le profilé d'abattant de fond (10, 10'), la partie de panneau intérieure (20) et/ou le profilé de base de fond (30).
- Recouvrement pour le carter d'un volet roulant (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le profilé d'abattant de fond (10, 10'), la partie de panneau intérieure (20) et/ou le profilé de base de fond (30) sont réalisés comme des profilés à chambre creuse à double paroi.
- Recouvrement pour le carter d'un volet roulant (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une nervure de butée (23) est disposée sur au moins une unité de réception de cran.
- Recouvrement pour le carter d'un volet roulant (100) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la nervure de butée (23) est une section de profilé d'un second évidement de réception de cran (22, 32).
- Recouvrement pour le carter d'un volet roulant (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie de panneau intérieure (20) peut être logée sur une saillie de crochet (26) disposée de manière pivotante sur l'extrémité éloignée de la partie de fond (10, 10', 30) dans un évidement de réception de crochet (212) de la partie de couvercle (210).
- Carter de volet roulant rapporté comprenant au moins une partie de panneau extérieure (213), une partie de couvercle (210), un rail de guidage (214) pour un tablier de volet roulant (220), un profilé de raccordement (216) et un recouvrement pour le carter d'un volet roulant (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
