Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for the wet treatment of laundry, in particular a washer-extracting machine, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a device of the type mentioned here serves to subject laundry or other objects, for example carpets, mats or the like, to a wet treatment. As far as hereinafter referred only to laundry, thereby the use of the device for washing other objects should not be excluded.
  • the device is mainly used to wash the laundry or other items and then to spin. In technical jargon such a device is called a washer-extractor.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a device for wet treatment of laundry, especially a washer extractor, whereby a simple supply of the necessary medium for wet treatment is possible.
  • An apparatus for achieving this object has the features of claim 1. Accordingly, it is provided to assign a supply for media for wet treatment of the laundry at least one of the stub axle for forming the pivot axis. As a result, a simple media supply is possible despite the arbitrary pivotability of the drum housing with the inner drum.
  • the device has a rotatably drivable inner drum and a surrounding water-impermeable drum housing.
  • the drum housing is stationary relative to the inner drum, so it is not rotationally driven with the inner drum. During wet treatment, the inner drum thus rotates within the stationary drum housing.
  • the drum housing also has only a single opening, which corresponds to the opening of the inner drum.
  • the opening of the drum housing is disposed adjacent to the opening of the inner drum.
  • the door is associated with the opening of the drum housing, wherein the adjacent to the opening of the drum housing opening of the inner drum is indirectly closable by the opening of the drum housing associated door.
  • a door for closing the opening of the drum in an inner drum surrounding a drum housing the same door is meant, which then closes the opening of the drum housing.
  • the pivot axis is formed by two opposite stub axles, which are mounted on a common (imaginary) axis at opposite locations on the outside of the drum housing. At least one of these stub axles is assigned a direct pivot drive. This is in space-saving Way the preferred pivoting of the drum housing with the inner drum realized.
  • a free end of the at least one stub axle is associated with a rotary connection of at least one supply line of the media.
  • the rotary connection enables leak-free supply of the media, at any time and in any pivoting position of the drum housing with the inner drum located therein.
  • the device according to the first embodiment of the invention shown shows a device designed as a washer-extractor 10 for ordinary industrial use.
  • the washer-extractor 10 has an inner drum 12 that can be driven in rotation about a pivotable rotation axis 11.
  • the inner drum 12 has only one single substantially full-surface opening 13 on one end face.
  • the washer extractor 10 has a water-permeable inner drum 12 surrounding, waterproof drum housing 14 which is formed relative to the inner drum 12 fixed.
  • the drum housing 14 is thus in contrast to the inner drum 12 is not rotationally driven.
  • the drum housing 14 has on a front side a single almost full-surface opening 15.
  • the opening 15 of the drum housing 14 is located in the end face of the drum housing 14, to which also the opening 13 of the inner drum 12 has, so that the openings 13 and 15 are adjacent to each other and thereby correspond with each other.
  • the inner drum 12 is mounted on a closed, rear end face 16 on a drive shaft, not shown in the figures, of a drive, preferably an electric motor 17.
  • the electric motor 17 may be associated with a transmission.
  • the inner drum 12 is mounted with the closed rear end face 16 on the output shaft of the transmission.
  • the electric motor 17 (and possibly the transmission) are non-rotatably mounted on a closed rear wall 18 of the drum housing 14.
  • the rear wall 18 of the drum housing 14 carries the inner drum 12 and the drive.
  • the drum housing 14 is elastically mounted on a frame foundation 20.
  • the frame foundation 20 is formed from a fixed, lower foundation part 21 and a swing frame 23 pivotable about a horizontal, transverse to the axis of rotation 11 of the inner drum 12 extending pivot axis 22.
  • On the swing frame 23 are the air springs 19, the drum housing 14. It is also conceivable to form the frame foundation 20 in one piece.
  • the drum housing 14 with the inner drum 12 arranged therein do not rest directly on the air springs 19 in the apparatus shown here. Rather, two parallel supports 24, which support the drum housing 14, are arranged on the air springs 19 arranged on the frame foundation 20.
  • the two carriers 24 are associated with opposite sides of the drum housing 14 at a distance such that a portion of the drum housing 14 is located between the carriers 24 and may project downwardly between the carriers 24.
  • each of the two carriers 24 mounted on two of the four air springs 19.
  • On each support 24 is a bearing 25 for rotatably receiving a stub axle 26 on opposite sides of the drum housing 14.
  • At least one stub axle 26 is associated with a direct drive 28, which is formed in the illustrated embodiment of an electric motor with a reduction gear.
  • a direct drive 28 is formed in the illustrated embodiment of an electric motor with a reduction gear.
  • the Fig. 1 showed a loading position of the washer-extractor 10, in the direct drive 28, the drum housing 14 is pivoted to the inner drum 12 so that the axis of rotation 11 of the inner drum 12 is perpendicular.
  • the Fig. 2 shows an alternative loading position, in which the axis of rotation 11 extends obliquely, in the embodiment shown at 60 ° to the vertical.
  • any other Beladewolfen are conceivable, but should not exceed a slope of 60 ° to the vertical.
  • the most effective loading occurs when the inclination to the vertical is only 50 °, preferably only 40 °.
  • the Fig. 4 shows the operating position of the washer-extractor 10, in which the washing and spinning of the laundry takes place.
  • the axis of rotation 11 of the inner drum 12 and the coincident longitudinal central axis of the drum housing 14 extends horizontally.
  • the drum housing 14 is pivoted with the inner drum 12 of the washer-extractor 10 rotatably mounted therein, starting from the operating position (FIG. Fig. 4 ) so far that the axis of rotation 11 of the inner drum 12 in the direction of the opening 13 or 15 is slightly inclined downward with respect to the horizontal ( Fig. 5 ).
  • This tendency for unloading the washer-extractor 10 may be changed according to the needs during unloading preferably continuously and be arbitrary due to the direct drive 28.
  • the loading and / or unloading of the washer-extractor can take place with an at least occasional rotating drive of the inner drum 12.
  • the washer extractor 10 has only a single door 29.
  • the only one door 20 serves to close the single opening 15 in one of the rear wall 18 opposite end side of the drum housing 14 and also simultaneously to close the single opening 13 of the inner drum 12.
  • the door 29 is formed as a separate door 29, which is not connected to the drum housing 14 and the inner drum 12. When the door 29 closes the opening 15 of the drum housing 14, this also leads at the same time to a closure, which is not direct but indirect, of the single opening 13 on the end face of the inner drum 12 lying opposite the end face 16.
  • the door 29 is along a rectilinear horizontal path, which when in the operating position of the washer-extractor 10 (FIG. Fig. 3 and 4 ) is on the axis of rotation 11 of the inner drum 12 and extends axially, away from the opening 15 and hinbewegbar to the same.

Consequently, the door 29 does not rotate during operation of the washer-extractor 10 with the inner drum 12 that can be driven in rotation. Also, the door 29 is not pivotally connected to the drum housing 14 and the inner drum 12 disposed therein.
  • the door carrier 30 is rigid and absolutely immovably connected to the carriers 24 of the drum housing 14. Consequently, unlike the door 29, the door carrier 30 is not movable toward and away from the openings 13 and 15. Thus, the door 29 along the axis of rotation 11 to the openings 13 and 15 back and is movable away from this, is located between the outer periphery of the door 29 and the door support 30, a flexible connecting means 31, which in the embodiment shown as a circumferential, hose-like bellows 31 is formed.
  • the door 29 is also connected to the door support 30 also by guides 32.
  • guides 32 In the figures, two guides 32 are shown.
  • the guides 32 stabilize the door 29 on the axis of rotation 11 extending path of movement during the forward movement to the opening 15 and 13 and during the movement away from the opening 13 and 15, because the bellows 31 between the door 29 and the door support 30 is elastic and thereby can not form a guide of the door 29.
  • the door 29 is formed in the illustrated embodiment of three sections, namely an outer circular ring portion 33, a central profile portion 34 and an inner circular portion 35.
  • the circular portion 35 may be formed by a glass sheet be, whereby the door 29 has a sight glass.
