Claims (6)

  1. Halterungswinkel-Einstellmechanismus, umfassend:
    eine erste Halterung (4), die ein Zahnrad (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen enthält;
    eine zweite Halterung (5), die ein Zahnrad (15) mit innenliegenden Zähnen enthält, das eine Anzahl innenliegender Zähne aufweist, die größer ist als die Anzahl außenliegender Zähne des Zahnrads (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen;
    ein Paar Keilglieder (16A, 16B), die in einen exzentrischen Raum gepasst sind, der zwischen einem Loch mit großem Durchmesser, das in einem zentralen Bereich des Zahnrads (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen gebildet ist, und einem Schaft mit geringem Durchmesser definiert ist, der einen zentralen Abschnitt des Zahnrads (15) mit innenliegenden Zähnen darstellt, und zwar in einem Zustand, wenn das Zahnrad (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen und das Zahnrad (15) mit innenliegenden Zähnen teilweise miteinander in Eingriff sind;
    ein Federglied (18), das eine Vorspannkraft auf jedes des Paars Keilglieder (16A, 16B) in einer Verkeilungsrichtung ausübt; und
    ein Verkeilungszustand-Freigabeglied (19), das zwischen jeweiligen in Verkeilungsrichtung führenden Kanten bzw. Rändern des Paars Keilglieder (16A, 16B) angeordnet ist, wobei das Verkeilungszustand-Freigabeglied (19), wenn es durch eine mit ihm verbundene Steuer- bzw. Regelwelle gedreht wird, betätigbar ist, um das Paar Keilglieder (16A, 16B) zusammen mit dem Federglied (18) in eine Vereilungszustand-Freigaberichtung um den exzentrischen Raum herum zu bewegen, wodurch der Schaft mit geringem Durchmesser relativ zu dem Loch mit großem Durchmesser exzentrisch bewegt wird, um zu erlauben, dass eine Eingriffsposition des Zahnrads (15) mit innenliegenden Zähnen relativ zu dem Zahnrad (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen verändert wird, um einen Winkel der zweiten Halterung (5) relativ zu der ersten Halterung (4) einzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jeder der innenliegenden Zähne (15b) des Zahnrads (15) mit innenliegenden Zähnen in einem Bereich eines Zahnkopfs zwischen einem Bezugskreis (PC14) und einem Spitzenkreis (AC14) des Zahnrads (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen zwei viertelrunde Formen aufweist, die jede eine Mitte aufweisen, die durch einen Punkt (b, c) auf dem Bezugskreis (PC15) definiert ist, was erlaubt, dass eine Kraft zum Drehen der Steuer- bzw. Regelwelle verringert wird, und jeder der innenliegenden Zähne des Zahnrads (15) mit innenliegenden Zähnen eine Form aufweist, die frei von einem Zusammentreffen mit einem Bereich eines Zahnkopfs in einem entsprechenden der außenliegenden Zähne (14b) ist, und
    jeder der außenliegenden Zähne (14b) des Zahnrads (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen eine Bogenform aufweist, die durch einen Punkt (a) auf dem Bezugskreis (PC14) des Zahnrads (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen definiert ist, so dass eine Drehkraft (F) des außenliegenden Zahns im rechten Winkel in einer Drehrichtung konstant auf den innenliegenden Zahn (15b) wirkt, wenn das Zahnrad (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen gedreht wird.
  2. Halterungswinkel-Einstellmechanismus nach Anspruch 1, wobei:
    jeder der außenliegenden Zähne des Zahnrads (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen eine halbrunde Form mit einer Mitte aufweist, die durch einen einzelnen Punkt auf dem Bezugskreis des Zahnrads (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen in dem Bereich des Zahnkopfs definiert ist, und eine hinterschnittene Form in einem Bereich eines Zahnfußes zwischen dem Bezugskreis und einem Fußkreis des Zahnrads (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen aufweist; und
    jeder der innenliegenden Zähne des Zahnrads (15) mit innenliegenden Zähnen eine Bogenform aufweist, die frei von einem Zusammentreffen mit dem halbrund geformten Zahnkopfbereichs eines entsprechenden der außenliegenden Zähne ist.
  3. Halterungswinkel-Einstellmechanismus nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei:
    jeder der außenliegenden Zähne des Zahnrads (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen eine näherungsweise trapezartige Form aufweist, die gebildet wird, indem der Bereich des Zahnkopfs verringert wird und die beiden viertelrunden Formen kombiniert werden, um eine vergrößerte Zahndicke bereitzustellen, und eine hinterschnittene Form in einem Bereich eines Zahnfußes zwischen dem Bezugskreis und einem Fußkreis des Zahnrads (14) mit außenliegenden Zähnen aufweist; und
    jeder der innenliegenden Zähne des Zahnrads (15) mit innenliegenden Zähnen eine näherungsweise trapezartige Form aufweist, die frei von einem Zusammentreffen mit dem Zahnkopfbereich eines entsprechenden der außenliegenden Zähne ist.
  4. Halterungswinkel-Einstellmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die unterschnittene Form des Zahnfußbereichs eine Bogenform ist, die durchgängig bzw. kontinuierlich mit dem Zahnkopfbereich verbunden ist.
  5. Halterungswinkel-Einstellmechanismus nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jeder der innenliegenden Zähne des Zahnrads (15) mit innenliegenden Zähnen eine Form aufweist, die durch Kombinieren von zwei viertelrunden Formen gebildet ist, die Mitten aufweisen, die durch zwei Punkte auf einem Bezugskreis des Zahnrads (15) mit innenliegenden Zähnen definiert sind.
  6. Halterungswinkel-Einstellmechanismus nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, der mit einer Sitzanordnung verwendet wird, die eine Sitzlehne (3) und ein Sitzpolster (2) aufweist, um einen Vorwärts-/Rückwärts-Winkel der Sitzlehne (3) relativ zu dem Sitzpolster (2) einzustellen, wobei eine der ersten und zweiten Halterung (5) an der Sitzlehne (3) befestigt ist und die andere Halterung an dem Sitzpolster (2) befestigt ist.
