Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Spundfass aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff mit einem im Nahbereich des oberen Bodens an der Fasswandung angeordneten umlaufenden Trage- und Transportring, wenigstens einem in einer muldenförmigen Vertiefung des oberen Bodens im Randbereich desselben angeordneten Spundlochstutzen und einem Versteifungshöcker, der aus dem Bodenabschnitt der Vertiefung des oberen Bodens zwischen dem Trage- und Transportring und dem Spundlochstutzen nach oben ausgeformt ist.
- Bei einem aus der
DE 299 198674 bekannten Spundfass dieser Gattung bildet der Versteifungshöcker eine Verformungszone zwischen dem Trage- und Transportring einerseits und dem Spundlochstutzen andererseits, die dazu dient, auf den Trage- und Transportring in Richtung auf den Spundlochstutzen einwirkende Kräfte zumindest soweit abzufangen, dass keine unzulässigen Beanspruchungen im Bereich des Stutzens auftreten. Dieser Effekt wird durch eine zeitweilige Verformung des Versteifungshöckers erreicht, die jedoch ohne Bedeutung ist, da der Versteifungshöcker nach Beendigung einer auf den Trage- und Trahsportring einwirkenden Stoß- oder Schlagbeanspruchung wieder in die ursprüngliche Lage zurückfedert. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Widerstandfähigkeit des gattungsgemäßen Spundfasses im Bereich des bzw. der Spundlochstutzen gegen Beanspruchungen durch äußere Krafteinwirkung zu verbessern.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch das Anformen eines Versteifungswulstes an der Innenseite des Trage- und Transportringes eines gattungsgemäßen Spundfasses im Nahbereich eines Spundlochstutzens sowie das Ausformen eines Versteifungshöckers aus dem oberen Boden des Spundfasses zwischen dem Versteifungswulst des Trage- und Transportringes und dem Spundlochstutzen.
- Durch diese Geometrie des oberen Spundfassbereiches wird eine Verstärkung des Trage- und Transportringes im Bereich eines Spundlochstutzens erreicht, die bei einer äußeren Krafteinwirkung auf den Trage- und Transportring bis zu einer bestimmten Stärke der Kraft, bei der sich der Trage- und Transportring noch nicht verformt, eine Beschädigung des Spundlochstutzens verhindert. Bei einer Verformung des Trage- und Transportringes aufgrund der Überschreitung der Dehnungsgrenze des Herstellungsmaterials des Fasses unter äußerer Krafteinwirkung schlägt der Trage- und Transportring mit dem angeformten Versteifungswulst an dem zwischen dem Trage- und Transportring und dem Spundlochstutzen angeordneten Versteifungshöcker an, so dass eine zu Beschädigungen führende unmittelbare Krafteinwirkung auf den Spundlockstutzen vermieden wird.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Spundfass ist nachfolgend anhand von Zeichnungsfiguren erläutert, die folgendes darstellen:

Fig. 2 . - Das durch Extrusionsblasformen hergestellte Spundfass 1 aus Kunststoff besteht aus einem Mantel 2, einem unteren Boden 3 und einem oberen Boden 4 mit einer zentralen Stapelfläche 5 und einem äußeren Trage- und Transportring 6.
- Der obere Boden 4 des Spundfasses 1 besitzt zwei muldenartige Vertiefungen 7, 8, in denen diametral gegenüberliegend die Spundlochstutzen 9, 10 eines Befüll- und Entnahmespundes 11 sowie eines Be- und Entlüftungsspundes 12 versenkt angeordnet sind.
- Zwischen dem Trage- und Transportring 6 einerseits und der Stapelfläche 5 sowie den beiden Vertiefungen 7, 8 andererseits läuft eine Eingreifnut 13 für einen Fassgreifer um.
- Im Nahbereich der Spundlochstutzen 9, 10 des Befüll- und Entnahmespundes 11 und des Be- und Entlüftungsspundes 12 ist an der Innenseite 14 des Trage- und Transportringes 6 jeweils ein Versteifungswulst 15, 16 angeformt, und zwischen den Versteifungswulsten 15, 16 des Trage- und Transportringes 6 und den Spundlochstutzen 9, 10 der beiden Spunde 11, 12 sind zwei Versteifungshöcker 17, 18 aus den Bodenabschnitten 19, 20 der beiden Vertiefungen 7, 8 des oberen Fassbodens 4 nach oben ausgeformt.
Claims (2)
- Spundfass (1)aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff mit einem im Nahbereich des oberen Bodens (4) an der Fasswandung angeordneten umlaufenden Trage- und Transportring (6), wenigstens einem in einer muldenförmigen Vertiefung (7) des oberen Bodens (4) im Randbereich desselben angeordneten Spundlochstutzen (9) und einem Versteifungshöcker (17), der aus dem Bodenabschnitt (19) der Vertiefung (7) des oberen Bodens (4) zwischen dem Trage- und Transportring (6) und dem Spundlochstutzen (9) nach oben ausgeformt ist, gekennzeichnet durch einen Versteifungswulst (15), der im Nahbereich des Spundlochstutzens (9) gegenüber dem Versteifungshöcker (17) an der Innenseite (14) des Trage- und Transportrings (6) angeformt ist.
- Spundfaß nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Befüll- und Entnahmespund (11) sowie einen Be- und Entlüftungsspund (12) mit jeweils einem Spundlochstutzen (9, 10), die diametral gegenüberliegend in Vertiefungen (7, 8) des oberen Bodens (4) im Randbereich desselben angeordnet sind, sowie an der Innenseite (14) des Trage- und Transportringes (6) angeformte, den Spundlochstutzen (9, 10) gegenüberliegende Versteifungswulste (15, 16) und zwischen den Versteifungswulsten (15, 16) und den Spundlochstutzen (9, 10) aus den Vertiefungen (7, 8) des oberen Bodens (4) ausgeformte Versteifungshöcker (17, 18).
