Abstract

Das Spundfaß (1) ist mit einem Befüll- und Entnahmespund (11) sowie einem Be- und Entlüftungsspund (12) mit jeweils einem Spundlochstutzen (9, 10) ausgestattet, die diametral gegenüberliegend in Vertiefungen (7, 8) des oberen Bodens (4) des Spundfasses (1) im Randbereich desselben angeordnet sind. An der Innenseite des Trage- und Transportringes (6) sind den Spundlochstutzen (9, 10) gegenüberliegende Versteifungswulste (15, 16) angeformt, und zwischen den Versteifungswulsten und den Spundlochstutzen (9, 10) sind aus den Vertiefungen (7, 8) des oberen Bodens (4) des Spundfasse (1) Versteifungshöcker (17, 18) nach oben ausgeformt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft Spundfässer aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff mit einem im Nahbereich des oberen Bodens an der Faßwandung angeordneten umlaufenden Trage- und Transportring und mit wenigstens einem in einer muldenförmigen Vertiefung des oberen Bodens im Randbereich desselben angeordneten Spundlochstutzen.
  • Die Anordnung des Spundlochstutzens des Be- und Entlüftungsspundes bei einem aus der EP 0 287 966 A2 bekannten Spundfaß der gattungsgemäßen Art im Nahbereich des Trage- und Transportringes hat den Nachteil, daß der Spundlochstutzen auch bei einer Anordnung in einer muldenförmigen Vertiefung des oberen Bodens gegen äußere Biege- und Druckkräfte, die bei einem Fall des Fasses aus größerer Höhe seitlich auf den Trage- und Transportring wirken und eine Verformung desselben zur Folge haben, die sich zwangsläufig auf den Spundlochstutzen des Be- und Entlüftungsspundes auswirkt, nicht geschützt ist. Dadurch können Spannungsspitzen im Stutzenteil und in diesem benachbarten Bereichen entstehen, die zu Rißbildungen und anderen Beschädigungen führen können, so daß die Dichtheit des durch einen Spundstopfen verschlossenen Be- und Entlüftungsspundes des Fasses nicht mehr gewährleistet ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Widerstandsfähigkeit des gattungsgemäßen Spundfasses im Bereich des bzw. der Spundlochstutzen gegen Beanspruchungen durch äußere Krafteinwirkung zu verbessern.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch das Anformen eines Versteifungswulstes an der Innenseite des Trage- und Transportringes eines gattungsgemäßen Spundfasses im Nahbereich eines Spundlochstutzens sowie das Ausformen eines Versteifungshöckers aus dem oberen Boden des Spundfasses zwischen dem Versteifungswulst des Trage- und Transportringes und dem Spundlochstutzen.
  • Durch diese Geometrie des oberen Spundfaßbereiches wird ein Verstärkung des Trage- und Tränsportringes im Bereich eines Spundlochstutzens erreicht, die bei einer äußeren Krafteinwirkung auf den Trage- und Transportring bis zu einer bestimmten Stärke der Kraft, bei der sich der Trage- und Transportring noch nicht verformt, eine Beschädigung des Spundlochstutzens verhindert. Eine Verformung des Trage- und Transportringes bei einer Überschreitung der Dehnungsgrenze des Herstellungsmaterials des Fasses unter äußerer Krafteinwirkung wird durch den Versteifungshöcker im oberen Faßboden aufgefangen und dadurch eine zu Beschädigungen führende unmittelbare Krafteinwirkung auf den Spundlochstutzen vermieden.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Spundfaß ist nachfolgend anhand von Zeichnungsfiguren erläutert, die folgendes darstellen:

    einen Schnitt nach Linie IV-IV der Fig. 2.
  • Das durch Extrusionsblasformen hergestellte Spundfaß 1 aus Kunststoff besteht aus einem Mantel 2, einem unteren Boden 3 und einem oberen Boden 4 mit einer zentralen Stapelfläche 5 und einem äußeren Trage- und Transportring 6.
  • Der obere Boden 4 des Spundfasses 1 besitzt zwei muldenartige Vertiefungen 7, 8, in denen diametral gegenüberliegend die Spundlochstutzen 9, 10 eines Befüll- und Entnahmespundes 11 sowie eines Be- und Entlüftungsspundes 12 versenkt angeordnet sind.
  • Zwischen dem Trage- und Transportring 6 einerseits und der Stapelfläche 5 sowie den beiden Vertiefungen 7, 8 andererseits läuft eine Eingreifnut 13 für einen Faßgreifer um.
  • Im Nahbereich der Spundlochstutzen 9, 10 des Befüll- und Entnahmespundes 11 und des Be- und Entlüftungsspundes 12 ist an der Innenseite 14 des Trage- und Transportringes 6 jeweils ein Versteifungswulst 15, 16 angeformt, und zwischen den Versteifungswulsten 15, 16 des Trage- und Transportringes 6 und den Spundlochstutzen 9, 10 der beiden Spunde 11, 12 sind zwei Versteifungshöcker 17, 18 aus den Bodenabschnitten 19, 20 der beiden Vertiefungen 7, 8 des oberen Faßbodens 4 nach oben ausgeformt.

Claims (2)

  1. Spundfaß aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff mit einem im Nahbereich des oberen Bodens an der Faßwandung angeordneten umlaufenden Trage- und Transportring mit wenigstens einem in einer muldenförmigen Vertiefung des oberen Bodens im Randbereich desselben angeordneten Spundlochstutzen, gekennzeichnet durch einen Versteifungswulst (15), der im Nahbereich des Spundlochstutzens (9) an der Innenseite (14) des Trage- und Transportrings (6) angeformt ist, sowie einen Versteifungshöcker (17), der aus dem Bodenabschnitt (19) der Vertiefung (7) des oberen Bodens (4) zwischen dem Versteifungswulst (15) des Trage- und Transportrings (6) und dem Spundlochstutzen (9) nach oben ausgeformt ist.

Spundfaß nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Befüll- und Entnahmespund (11) sowie einen Be- und Entlüftungsspund (12) mit jeweils einem Spundlochstutzen (9, 10), die diametral gegenüberliegend in Vertiefungen (7, 8) des oberen Bodens (4) im Randbereich desselben angeordnet sind, sowie an der Innenseite (14) des Trage- und Transportringes (6) angeformte, den Spundlochstutzen (9, 10) gegenüberliegende Versteifungswulste (15, 16) und zwischen den Versteifungswulsten (15, 16) und den Spundlochstutzen (9, 10) aus den Vertiefungen (7, 8) des oberen Bodens (4) ausgeformte Versteifungshöcker (17, 18).
