技术领域
本发明涉及一种由热塑性塑料制成的带塞桶,该带塞桶上底靠近桶壁的区域内设有圆周形的支承和运输环,在上底边缘区域内的洼地形的凹部中设有至少一个塞孔接管。
背景技术
在EP0 287 966 A2中所揭示的此类带塞桶中的进气和排气塞的塞孔接管设置在支承和运输环附近区域,其缺点在于,即使塞孔接管设置在上底处洼地形的凹部内,也无法避免受到当桶从较高的高度跌落时,从侧面作用在支承和运输环上并使其产生变形的外界弯曲力和挤压力的作用,其所产生的变形强制作用于进气和排气塞的塞孔接管上。因此,在接管部件及其邻近区域内会产生应力集中,该应力集中可以导致裂纹形成和其他损坏,所以无法再保证通过塞头关闭的进气和排气塞的密封性。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,改善此类带塞桶在塞孔接管区域内抵抗由外力作用而产生的负荷的抵抗能力。
本发明的该任务通过在此类带塞桶的支承和运输环内侧靠近塞孔接管的区域形成加强凸起,以及在支承和运输环的加强凸起与塞孔接管之间的带塞桶上底上形成加强凸起峰而实现。
通过带塞桶上部区域的这种几何形状,实现了支承和运输环在塞孔接管区域内的加强,在强制施加在支承和运输环上的外力作用下直到达到支承和运输环尚未变形的一定大小的力时,这种加强避免了塞孔接管的损坏。当在外力作用下超出了桶制造材料的屈服点时,通过上桶底内的加强凸起峰承受支承和运输环的变形,并由此避免导致损坏的力直接作用在塞孔接管上。

具体实施方式
通过挤压吹塑成型制造的塑料带塞桶1由外壳2、下底3和具有中间堆垛表面5及外围支承和运输环6的上底4组成。
带塞桶1的上底4具有两个洼地形凹部7、8,注入和取出塞11和进气和排气塞12的塞孔接管9、10沿直径方向相对设置在所述的凹部7、8内,所述塞孔接管9、10在凹部7、8内凹陷设置。
一方面在支承和运输环6与堆垛表面5之间,另一方面在支承和运输环6与两凹部7,8之间环绕有桶夹持器用的配合槽13。
在注入和取出塞11以及进气和排气塞12的塞孔接管9,10附近区域内,在支承和运输环6的内侧14各形成有一个加强凸起15,16,而在支承和运输环6的加强凸起15,16与两桶塞11,12的塞孔接管9,10之间从上桶底4的两个凹部7,8的底截面19,20向上形成有两个加强凸起峰17,18。

Claims (2)

1.一种热塑性塑料制成的带塞桶,具有环绕设置于上底靠近桶壁区域的支承和运输环,以及至少一个设置在上底边缘区域内的洼地形凹部中的塞孔接管,
其特征在于,
在所述支承和运输环(6)内侧(14)处并在所述塞孔接管(9)的附近区域内形成有加强凸起(15),在所述支承和运输环(6)的加强凸起(15)与塞孔接管(9)之间形成有从桶的上底(4)的凹部(7)的底截面(19)向上凸起的加强凸起峰(17)。
2.如权利要求1所述的带塞桶,
其特征在于,
在上底(4)边缘区域的上底(4)凹部(7,8)内沿直径方向相对设置有各自带有塞孔接管(9,10)的注入和取出塞(11)及进气和排气塞(12),在所述支承和运输环(6)的内侧(14)处面对塞孔接管(9,10)形成有加强凸起(15,16),以及在加强凸起(15,16)与塞孔接管(9,10)之间的上底(4)凹部(7,8)处形成有加强凸起峰(17,18)。
