Claims (13)
- Agencement-système d'un groupe de levage, notamment destiné à un pont de transbordement et de gerbage de conteneurs pour le levage de charges, comprenant une transmission (6) et un moteur (1) dont l'arbre d'entraînement (2) est relié à un côté d'entrée de transmission (5), et le côté de sortie de transmission (7) est relié à un tambour à câble (9), agencement dans lequel est prévu, entre le moteur (1) et la transmission (6), un mécanisme (13) par lequel, en cas de surcharge, la liaison entre le moteur (1) et le tambour à câble (9) peut être totalement ou partiellement interrompue, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme (13) comprend des broches (23, 23') débrayables, et en ce que les broches (23, 23') sont reliées à un disque (22) ou bien un disque (22) se trouve directement devant ou derrière les broches (23, 23').
- Agencement-système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme (13) réagissant à la surcharge est réalisé en tant qu'accouplement ou embrayage pour interrompre totalement ou partiellement la liaison, sans rétablir de lui-même cette liaison.
- Agencement-système selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que vu à partir du côté du mécanisme (13), sur le côté du moteur (1) et sur le côté du tambour à câble (9) est agencé respectivement un détecteur de mouvement ou de rotation (16), et en ce qu'il est prévu une unité de commande (15) pour la comparaison des mouvements.
- Agencement-système selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (15) comprend de préférence un détecteur de proximité (24) pour relever le mouvement axial du disque (22) déplacé par les broches (23, 23') qui débrayent.
- Agencement-système selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des moitiés d'accouplement ou d'embrayage (17) mutuellement opposées l'une à l'autre du mécanisme (13), présentent des marques, et en ce que les détecteurs de mouvement (16) sont conçus pour la lecture des marques.
- Agencement-système selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (15) possède des moyens pour commander au moins un frein (11, 14).
- Agencement-système selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme (13) réagissant à la surcharge est un accouplement ou embrayage à glissement ou un accouplement ou embrayage d'interruption ou de séparation.
- Agencement-système selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme (13) réagissant à la surcharge est un accouplement ou embrayage de type mécanique, hydraulique, électrique ou électromécanique, ou une combinaison de ces types, et est agencé entre le moteur (1) et la transmission (6).
- Agencement-système selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme (13) réagissant à la surcharge est conçu en tant qu'accouplement ou embrayage pour l'interruption totale ou partielle de la liaison et pour le rétablissement automatique de la liaison ou le rétablissement de la liaison à l'aide d'un signal de commande.
- Procédé pour faire fonctionner l'agencement-système selon l'une des revendications précédentes 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'on mesure et compare des mouvements des deux côtés du mécanisme, et en ce que dans le cas d'une différence des mouvements, au-dessus d'une valeur prédéterminée, on commande au moins un frein pour bloquer le tambour à câble et/ou la transmission.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que grâce à un mécanisme supplémentaire, les forces au niveau du mécanisme, après apparition de l'état de friction de glissement, sont réduites au moins jusqu'à atteindre à nouveau l'état de friction d'adhérence.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que simultanément à, ou après l'apparition d'une surcharge, on abaisse en commun avec l'action du mécanisme, pour réduire les forces, la puissance d'entraînement du moteur.
- Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le déclenchement d'un ou de plusieurs freins est initié au regard de mesures de vitesses de rotation et d'un traitement de différences de vitesses de rotation au niveau des différents arbres de transmission de force ou au niveau des appareillages reliés à ces arbres.
