Claims (12)

  1. Cintre de transport comprenant un boîtier (1) ; un crochet (6) disposé sur ledit boîtier (1) ; deux bras (2) logés à pivotement dans ledit boîtier (1) ; une pince de retenue (7) disposée sur ledit boîtier (1) ; et un mécanisme d'actionnement pour ouvrir ladite pince de retenue (7) et pour rentrer, par pivotement, les bras (2) du cintre sortis ou dépliés par pivotement, caractérisé par le fait que la pince de retenue (7) comporte deux moitiés (8, 9) pouvant pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre et sollicitées élastiquement dans une direction d'ouverture ; et par le fait que le mécanisme d'actionnement englobe un déclencheur (20) qui est guidé à coulissement à l'intérieur du boîtier (1), parvient, par compression des deux moitiés (8, 9) de la pince, à une position soulevée de verrouillage destinée à arrêter lesdites deux moitiés (8, 9) de ladite pince dans la position de fermeture, et est muni d'une pièce de verrouillage (21) qui, lors de l'enfoncement du déclencheur (20) à partir de la position de verrouillage, libère tout d'abord les deux moitiés (8, 9) de la pince de retenue (7) en vue du pivotement jusqu'à leur position d'ouverture, puis les bras (2) du cintre en vue du pivotement ou repliage rentrant.
  2. Cintre de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce de verrouillage (21) du déclencheur (20) comporte des surfaces extérieures de verrouillage (29) afin de retenir les deux bras (2) dudit cintre dans la position sortie par pivotement, et une membrure transversale (27) en vue de retenir les deux moitiés (8, 9) de la pince dans la position de fermeture.
  3. Cintre de transport selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les deux moitiés (8, 9) de la pince présentent, à leurs extrémités supérieures, des mentonnets de verrouillage (11, 12) orientés vers l'intérieur en vue de la venue en prise avec la pièce de verrouillage (21) du déclencheur (20).
  4. Cintre de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les deux moitiés (8, 9) de la pince peuvent pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation (10) commun, et sont sollicitées dans la direction d'ouverture par un ressort de rotation (19).
  5. Cintre de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les deux moitiés (8, 9) de la pince peuvent pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation (32, 33) respectif, et sont sollicitées dans la direction d'ouverture par des ressorts de rotation (34, 35).
  6. Cintre de transport selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce de verrouillage (21) présente une perforation ou ouverture transversale (26) en vue de la pénétration ou de la venue en prise des mentonnets de verrouillage (11, 12) à l'état ouvert de la pince de retenue (7).
  7. Cintre de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le déclencheur (20) comporte une pièce d'actionnement saillant vers le haut au-delà du boîtier (1), et offrant une membrure élargie (22) à l'extrémité supérieure.
  8. Cintre de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le déclencheur (20) renferme un ressort de pression (24) par l'intermédiaire duquel ledit déclencheur (20) est sollicité vers le haut.
  9. Cintre de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que des tôles élastiques (15, 16) en forme de rubans, pourvues d'éléments de retenue (17, 18) aux extrémités inférieures, sont implantées aux extrémités inférieures des moitiés (8, 9) de la pince.
  10. Cintre de transport selon l'une des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que les deux bras (2) dudit cintre possèdent, à leurs extrémités logées à l'intérieur du boîtier (1), des saillies inférieures (28) réalisées pour venir s'appliquer contre les surfaces extérieures de verrouillage (29) du déclencheur (20).
  11. Cintre de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que les deux bras (2) dudit cintre possèdent, à leurs extrémités logées à l'intérieur du boîtier (1), des becs (30) orientés vers l'intérieur et réalisés pour venir respectivement en prise avec une lame de ressort (31) située à l'intérieur dudit boîtier (1).
  12. Cintre de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que les bras (2) dudit cintre sont fabriqués en matière plastique, sans perforations ou brèches.
