Claims (8)

1. Mécanisme de fermeture pour classeur, ce mécanisme comportant au moins deux broches fixes (2) ancrées sur une plaque de base (1), ainsi que deux broches mobiles (3), susceptibles d'être déplacées, au moyen d'un levier pivotant (6), d'une position de fermeture, dans laquelle les extrémités libres des broches mobiles (3) viennent en appui sur les éxtré- mités libres des broches fixes (2) afin de constituer un guide fermé pour retourner des feuilles perforées, à une position ouverte, dans laquelle les extrémités libres des broches mobiles (3) sont écartées de celles des broches fixes (2), caractérisé en ce que par la manoeuvre du levier pivotant (6), les extrémités libres des broches mobiles (3) s'écartent des extrémités libres des broches fixes (2) d'une distance telle que le levier pivotant (6) peut pivoter entre les extrémités libres des deux types de broches (2, 3) jusqu'à une position d'extrémité dans laquelle les feuilles perforées peuvent être introduites et retournées sans empêchement.
2. Mécanisme de fermeture conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé par une butée (17) qui avant que soit atteinte la position d'extrémité du levier pivotant (6), limite le déplacement de celui-ci à une position intermédiaire située avant la position d'extrémité et dans laquelle le levier pivotant (6) empêche l'introduction et le retournement faciles des feuilles perforées, et que peut être écartée de la trajectoire du levier pivotant (6).
3. Mécanisme de fermeture conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le levier pivotant (6) comporte un prolongement (10) qui s'étend au-delà de son pivot (5), et deux butées (13a, 13b) dont l'une est disposée sur le prolongement (10) et sert à déterminer la position intermédiaire, tandis que l'autre est prévue entre l'extrémité du levier pivotant (6) et le pivot (5), ces deux butées coopérant avec un étrier de manoeuvre élastique (14).
4. Mécanisme de fermeture conforme à la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les butées sont des galets (13a, 13b) susceptibles de tourner autour d'axes qui sont au moins approximativement parallèles au pivot (5).

Mécanisme de fermeture conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le levier pivotant (6) est relié rigidement, à son extrémité articulée, à une partie de commande essentiellement plane, de préférence en matière plastique, aux coins arrondis, le pivot (5) du levier pivotant (6) étant situé dans la région d'un premier des coins, et les deux autres coins arrondis constituant des butées qui coopèrent avec un étrier de manoeuvre élastique (14), ces butées servant à déterminer, la première la position intermédiaire, et l'autre la position de fermeture, du levier pivotant (6).
6. Mécanisme de fermeture conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le levier pivotant (6) présente à son extrémité articulée, comme cela est connu en soi, un coude dans la région duquel est situé le pivot (5), et en ce que, dans la région du coude, une partie de commande allongée, essentiellement plane, de préférence en matière plastique, aux coins arrondis, est reliée rigidement au levier pivotant (6), les coins arrondis constituant deux butées qui coopèrent avec un étrier de manoeuvre élastique (14), ces butées servant à déterminer, la première la position intermédiaire, et l'autre la position de fermeture, du levier pivotant (6).
7. Mécanisme de fermeture conforme à la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la butée est un cran d'arrêt élastique.
8. Mécanisme de fermeture conforme à la revendication 7, comportant une plaque rigide (4) servant de support du pivot (5), caractérisé en ce que la butée (17) est une cheville (17) qui est mobile dans cette plaque (4), et qui en position avancée interfère avec la trajectoire du levier pivotant (6), et que coopère avec ce dernier.
