Abstract

Dabei wird jeweils die Verschlußmechanik geöffnet, das Blatt mit seinen beiden Löchern über die festen Dorne 2 gelegt und anschließend durch entsprechende Bewegung der beweglichen Dorne 3 die Mechanik wieder geschlossen. Beim ersten, in den Fig. 1-3 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist eine auf der Bodenplatte 1 befestigte und rechtwinklig von ihr abstehende Lagerplatte 4 vorgesehen, in welcher die Schwenkachse 5 für den Schwenkbügel 6 befestigt ist. Der Schwenkpunkt des Schwenkbügels 6 ist mit 7 bezeichnet. Der Schwenkbügel 6 besitzt eine solche Länge, daß er auf der einen Seite über die Bodenplatte 1 hinausragt und in der in Fig. 1 dargestellten, geschlossenen Stellung durch den durch einen festen Dorn 2 und einen beweglichen Dorn 3 gebildeten Umlegebügel 2/3 durchtritt. An seinem Ende ist der Schwenkbügel 6 nach oben abgebogen und mit einem nach außen abstehenden Bedienungsfortsatz 8 versehen. Claims (8)

1. Closing device for files with at least two fixed pins (2) attached to a base panel (1) and also to two movable pins (3) which move into an open position by means of a pivotal rod (6) from a closed position in which the free ends of movable pins (3) rest on the free ends of the fixed pins, for the purpose of forming a closed guide for perforated sheets, in the open position of which the free ends of the movable pins (3) are raised from those of the fixed pins (2), characterised in that by operating the pivotal rod (6) the free ends of the movable pins (3) are raised sufficiently far from the free ends of the fixed pins (2) that the pivotal rod (6) can be pivoted between the free ends of both sorts of pins into an end position in which it is possible easily to insert and turn over perforated sheets.
2. Closing device according to Claim 1, characterised by a stop (17) which can be removed from the path of the pivotal rod (6) limiting the movement of the pivotal rod (6) to a mid position which lies before the end position in which the pivotal rod (6) prevents the perforated sheets from being easily inserted and turned over before the end position is reached.
3. Closing device according to Claim 1 characterised in that the pivotal rod (6) has both a projection (10) extending beyond its swivel axis (5) and also two stops (13a, 13b) one of which is disposed on the projection (10) and defines the mid position, whereas the other is provided between the end of the pivotal rod and the swivel axis (15) both of which cooperate with a sprung actuating rod (14).
4. Closing device according to Claim 1 characterised in that the stops are formed as rotatable rollers (13a, 13b) having substantially parallel axis at the swivel axis (5).

Closing device according to Claim 1 characterised in that the pivotal rod (6) is fastened at its pivot end to a substantially flat control part, preferably made of plastics with rounded corners, whereby the swivel axis (5) of the pivotal rod (6) lies in the region of the one corner and both the other rounded corners from two stops cooperating with a sprung actuating rod (14) of which one determines the mid position and the other the end position of the pivotal rod (6).
6. Closing device according to Claim 1 characterised in that the pivotal rod (6) has a bend at its pivot end, in known manner in the region of which the pivotal rod (5) lies and that a substantially flatter, longer control part, preferably made of plastics with rounded ends, is fastened with the pivotal rod (6) in the region of the bend, whereby the rounded ends of the control part form two stops cooperating with a sprung actuating rod (14) of which one determines the mid position and the other the end position of the pivotal rod (6).
7. Closing device according to Claim 2 characterised in that the stop is formed as a sprung catch.
8. Closing device according to Claim 2 with a fixed plate (4) housing the swivel axis (5) characterised in that the stop (17) is formed as a pin (17) cooperating with the pivotal rod (6) which can be moved in this plate (4) and can reach the path of the pivotal rod (6) when in a forward position.
