Claims (12)
- Profilé de mur de palplanches en acier, en double T, comportant deux ailes (3) reliées au centre par une traverse (8) et auxquelles se raccordent des terminaisons de raccordement (4) réalisées en forme de lobes pour la réception de verrous de raccordement,
caractérisé en ce que, la mesure de lobe de la terminaison de raccordement étant maintenue constante pour un profilé standard donné, l'épaisseur de paroi moyenne est augmentée au niveau de l'aile et l'augmentation de l'épaisseur de paroi (2) moyenne est produite au cours de la fabrication par laminage à chaud d'un profilé de mur de palplanches (1). - Profilé de mur de palplanches en acier, en double T, fabriqué par laminage à chaud, comportant deux ailes (3) reliées au centre par une traverse (8) et auxquelles se raccordent des terminaisons de raccordement (4) réalisées en forme de lobes pour la réception de verrous de raccordement,
caractérisé en ce que, entre les terminaisons de raccordement (4) réalisées en forme de lobes, l'une ou les deux ailes - vue(s) en coupe transversale - est ou sont bombée(s) de manière convexe. - Profilé de mur de palplanches selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi accrue (2) est produite lors du laminage de finissage. - Profilé de mur de palplanches selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi accrue (2) est produite sur le côté extérieur et/ou le côté intérieur de l'aile (3). - Profilé de mur de palplanches selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi accrue (2) est produite sur des profilés de mur de palplanches à ailes parallèles ou non parallèles. - Profilé de mur de palplanches selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi accrue (2) est produite indépendamment de la géométrie de lobe à respecter de la terminaison de raccordement (4). - Profilé de mur de palplanches selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi accrue (2) du côté extérieur et/ou intérieur de l'aile (3) se fond dans la terminaison de raccordement (4) en forme de lobe par une transition sans gradin (5). - Profilé de mur de palplanches selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la transition sans gradin (5) est composée d'une partie (6) diminuant en biais et d'une partie courbe (7) prolongeant cette dernière. - Profilé de mur de palplanches selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le contour superficiel de l'épaisseur de paroi accrue (2) présente un tracé sinusoïdal. - Profilé de mur de palplanches selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le contour superficiel de l'épaisseur de paroi accrue (2) présente un tracé essentiellement rectangulaire. - Profilé de mur de palplanches selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le contour superficiel de l'épaisseur de paroi accrue (2) présente un tracé concave ou convexe. - Outil destiné à la fabrication du profilé de mur de palplanches selon la revendication 1, l'outil étant composé d'une série de cylindres pour l'usinage intérieur et extérieur pour le laminage de finissage d'une ébauche de profilé préfabriquée et réalisée avec une dimension proche de la dimension définitive,
caractérisé en ce que les cylindres finisseurs pour l'usinage extérieur et/ou intérieur d'au moins un côté extérieur et/ou intérieur de l'aile (3) présentent un contour superficiel nécessaire à la production de l'épaisseur de paroi accrue (2).
