Claims (12)
- 二重T形状の鋼製矢板形材であって、1つの腹部(8)を介して中心で結合される2つのフランジ区域(3)と、これに続いて棍棒状に構成されて結合錠を受容する接続末端区域(4)とを有し、接続末端区域の棍棒寸法が一定に保たれている場合、所定の標準形材用にフランジ区域の平均壁厚が高められており、平均壁厚(2)の高まりが、熱間圧延によって矢板形材(1)を製造する過程で生成されている矢板形材。
- 熱間圧延によって製造される二重T形状の鋼製矢板形材であって、1つの腹部(8)を介して中心で結合される2つのフランジ区域(3)と、これに続いて棍棒状に構成されて結合錠を受容する接続末端区域(4)とを有し、棍棒状に構成される接続末端区域(4)の間で一方または両方のフランジ区域が横断面で見て凸面状に膨らませている矢板形材。
- 高められる壁厚(2)は、仕上圧延時に生成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の矢板形材。
- 高められる壁厚(2)は、フランジ(3)の外面および/または内面に生成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の矢板形材。
- 高められる壁厚(2)は、平行なおよび非平行なフランジ状矢板形材において生成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の矢板形材。
- 高められる壁厚(2)は、接続末端区域(4)の守られるべき棍棒幾何学形状にかかわりなく生成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の矢板形材。
- フランジ(3)の外面および/または内面の高められた壁厚(2)は、段差のない移行部(5)でもって棍棒状接続末端区域(4)に移行していることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の矢板形材。
- 段差のない移行部(5)は、1つの円錐状先細区域(6)とこれに続く1つの弧状区域(7)とから構成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の矢板形材。
- 高められる壁厚(2)の表面輪郭は正弦状推移を有していることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の矢板形材。
- 高められる壁厚(2)の表面輪郭は実質長方形推移を有していることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の矢板形材。
- 高められる壁厚(2)の表面輪郭が凹面状または凸面状推移を有していることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の矢板形材。
- 請求項1記載の矢板形材を製造するための工具であって、予め作製されてニアネットシェープに構成される予備形材の仕上圧延のための内側および外側加工用のローラセットからなる工具において、フランジ区域(3)の少なくとも1つの外面および/または内面の外側および/または内側加工用仕上ローラが、高められる壁厚(2)を生成するのに必要な表面輪郭を有していることを特徴とする工具。
