Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de pliage pour une presse rotative à rouleaux, pour la mise en oeuvre d'un processus de pliage transversal, en vue d'une coupe transversale d'un produit d'impression (4), en particulier une bande de papier, et en vue de la collecte de produits séparés, comportant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    - un ensemble de cylindres ayant
    - un cylindre collecteur (2), pour collecter les produits ou exemplaires imprimés séparés, et
    - un cylindre porte-lames (1), qui coopère avec le cylindre collecteur (2) ;
    - le cylindre porte-lames (1) comportant au moins un, de préférence deux ensembles comportant une lame de coupe avant (15) et une lame de coupe arrière (16), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif à perforer (10, 11, 12, 13) entre la lame de coupe avant (15) et la lame de coupe arrière (16), et
    - le dispositif à perforer (10, 11, 12, 13) étant associé en cours de service à un évidement dans le cylindre collecteur (2), au voisinage duquel sont disposés des supports de coupe (19, 20) respectifs,
    - le dispositif à perforer étant situé à une distance de la lame de coupe avant (15) qui est inférieure à la distance entre le dispositif à perforer (11, 12, 13) et la lame de coupe arrière (16).
  2. Dispositif de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un axe de perforation (11) du dispositif à perforer (10, 11, 12, 13), qui s'étend axialement dans le dispositif à perforer, est incliné selon un angle par rapport à la lame de coupe avant (15).
  3. Dispositif de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un axe de perforation (11) du dispositif à perforer (10, 11, 12, 13), qui s'étend axialement dans le dispositif à perforer, est orienté parallèlement à l'axe de la lame de coupe avant (15).
  4. Dispositif de pliage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que deux des ensembles (11, 13, 15, 16) ou des barres de pression sont montés de préférence de manière réversible dans le cylindre porte-lames (1) et sont sensiblement l'un en face de l'autre.
  5. Dispositif de pliage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un ensemble (10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16) est maintenu coulissant coaxialement à l'axe du cylindre porte-lames.
  6. Dispositif de pliage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs à perforer (10, 11, 12, 13) peuvent être activés au moyen d'un dispositif mécanique, électromécanique et/ou électrique, tel qu'une came (9), un ou plusieurs moteurs pas à pas, par voie électromagnétique ou similaire.
  7. Dispositif de pliage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la distance X entre le dispositif à perforer (13) et la lame de coupe avant (15) est égale à environ 6 à 20 mm, de préférence 8 à 12 mm.
  8. Dispositif de pliage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre collecteur (2) comporte au moins un ensemble de perforations (18) qui, lorsque la lame de coupe avant (15) du cylindre porte-lames (1) sectionne le produit d'impression, en particulier un produit en forme de bande, transperce et saisit le produit d'impression en forme de bande pour le transporter plus loin.
  9. Dispositif de pliage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un axe de perforation (11) est orienté selon un angle par rapport à la lame de coupe arrière (16).
