Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de traitement de produits d'impression (7) - composés de plusieurs couches de papier - qui sont déplacés après séparation d'une bande de papier (9) dans un conduit de bande (12, 14, 15) en direction d'un bord meneur ouvert, caractérisé en ce que les couches de papier sont reliées entre elles de manière dissociable au niveau du bord meneur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les couches de papier sont reliées entre elles par une perforation, par perçage ponctuel des couches de papier à l'aide d'aiguilles ou par un gaufrage.
  3. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la liaison des couches de papier entre elles se fait avec la séparation des produits d'impression (7) d'une bande de papier.
  4. Plieuse à entonnoir comportant un entonnoir de pliage (10), une unité de coupe (11) ainsi que des conduits de bande (12, 14, 15) pour transporter des produits d'impression (7) individuels séparés d'une bande de papier (9), caractérisée par un dispositif de liaison dissociable de plusieurs couches de papier du produit d'impression (7), dans lequel il est prévu un dispositif de perforation ou de perçage ponctuel ou de gaufrage des couches qui est disposé de manière à agir au niveau d'un bord meneur du produit d'impression (7).
  5. Plieuse à entonnoir selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu comme dispositif de perforation un cylindre de perforation qui coopère avec une baguette de contre-coupe et vers lequel une bande de papier à plusieurs couches (9) ou un cordon de papier plié en longueur (9) peut être acheminé et qu'il est prévu, en aval de celui-ci, dans le sens de mouvement du cordon de papier (9) ou de la bande de papier (9), un cylindre à lame de coupe (21) qui coopère avec une autre baguette de contre-coupe et qui sépare les produits d'impression (7) du cordon de papier (9) ou de la bande de papier (9).
  6. Plieuse à entonnoir selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un cylindre à lame de coupe (21) comportant au moins une lame de coupe (23) qui coopère respectivement avec une baguette de contre-coupe (22), une lame de perforation (24) étant disposée en plus sur chaque lame de coupe (23) du côté suiveur.
  7. Plieuse à entonnoir selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les pointes de perforation (25) de la lame de perforation (24) sont biseautées unilatéralement et que ces biseaux (26) sont orientés en direction de la lame de coupe (23).
  8. Plieuse à entonnoir selon la revendication 4, caractérisée qu'il est prévu un cylindre à lame de coupe (21) comportant au moins une lame de coupe (23) qui coopère respectivement avec une baguette de contre-coupe (22), des proéminences qui déforment ponctuellement les couches de papier lors de l'opération de coupe étant disposées en plus sur chaque lame de coupe (23) du côté suiveur.
