Claims (15)

  1. Tête d'attelage (1) pour véhicules ferroviaires, comprenant un boîtier (2) de tête d'attelage et une plaque frontale (4) qui referme le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2) du côté frontal, la plaque frontale (4) et le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2) étant reliés l'un à l'autre de façon détachable,
    caractérisée en ce que la plaque frontale (4) comporte sur la face postérieure (8) des gorges (10, 12, 14) pour la réception d'éléments chauffants (9, 11, 13, 15).
  2. Tête d'attelage selon la revendication 1,
    dans laquelle le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2) est conçu de telle façon qu'il est possible de monter sur le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2) différentes plaques frontales (4) conçues pour des types différents de véhicules ferroviaires, et des caractéristiques de construction qui se réfèrent à un type de véhicule ferroviaire sont prévues dans ou sur la plaque frontale (4).
  3. Tête d'attelage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    qui comprend en outre un élément de compensation (6) entre le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2) et la plaque frontale (4).
  4. Tête d'attelage selon la revendication 3,
    dans laquelle l'élément de compensation (6) présente essentiellement la géométrie de section transversale de la face frontale (3) du boîtier de tête d'attelage (2).
  5. Tête d'attelage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    qui comprend en outre un certain nombre d'éléments d'écartement entre le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2) et la plaque frontale (4).
  6. Tête d'attelage selon la revendication 3 ou 5,
    dans laquelle l'élément de compensation (6) ou respectivement les éléments d'écartement, est/sont en matière plastique.
  7. Tête d'attelage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    dans laquelle le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2) est réalisé d'une seule pièce.
  8. Tête d'attelage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans laquelle le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2) est en matériau renforcé par des fibres de verre, en particulier en matériau en fibres de carbone renforcé par des fibres de verre, ou en matériaux composites analogues.
  9. Tête d'attelage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    dans laquelle le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2) est en métal.
  10. Tête d'attelage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    dans laquelle la plaque frontale (4) est en matériau de fonderie fine.
  11. Tête d'attelage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans laquelle un élément de compensation (6) est prévu entre le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2) et la plaque frontale (4), et dans l'état assemblé de la tête d'attelage (1), l'élément de compensation (6) couvre et fixe les gorges (10, 12, 14) et les éléments chauffants (9, 11, 13, 15) agencés dans celles-ci.
  12. Tête d'attelage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans laquelle le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2) et la plaque frontale (4) sont reliés l'un à l'autre au moyen d'éléments de liaison (5), en particulier des vis.
  13. Procédé pour le montage d'une tête d'attelage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par les opérations suivantes :
    a) les éléments chauffants (9, 11, 13, 15) sont mis en place dans les gorges/perçages (10, 12, 14) de la plaque frontale (4) ; et
    b) la plaque frontale (4) ainsi prémontée est alors fixée de façon détachable avec les éléments de liaison (5) sur le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13,
    caractérisé par l'opération suivante, avant l'opération b) :
    a1) l'élément de compensation (6) ou respectivement un certain nombre d'éléments d'écartement est/sont mis en place dans ou contre la plaque frontale (4).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 13 ou 14,
    caractérisé par l'opération suivante, avant l'opération b) :
    a2) les organes d'accouplement (7, 17) sont montés dans le boîtier de tête d'attelage (2).
