Claims (14)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une structure flottante, par exemple un bâtiment de marine, dans lequel procédé
une partie de corps (100) de la structure flottante (1) est formée,
la partie de corps (100) est munie d'une structure de pont ou d'une structure de support correspondante (2) et dans lequel procédé
des unités d'habitation (3) sont préfabriquées en les munissant de leurs surfaces de bordure (4) principales, comprenant par exemple des murs et une structure de toit, au moins une partie des raccordements intérieurs de l'unité d'habitation (3) et des moyens (11, 12) reliés aux raccordements intérieurs situés à l'extérieur des surfaces de bordure (4) de l'unité d'habitation (3), tels que des conduites de sortie et d'entrée pour les installations sanitaires, des conduites d'eau et/ou des raccordements électriques, ce par quoi les surfaces de bordure (4) de l'unité d'habitation (3) sont agencées de façon à ce qu'une niche d'entretien (10) sous forme d'un creux soit formée à l'extérieur de l'unité d'habitation,
caractérisé en ce
qu'en lien avec la préfabrication de l'unité d'habitation (3), la niche d'entretien (10) est munie d'éléments (6, 15, 61, 62) comme des conduites et d'autres moyens de transport de média, desservant une ou plusieurs unité(s) d'habitation (3) et faisant partie des conduites d'eaux grises, d'eaux noires, d'eau douce, de conduites de condensation ou d'évacuation, d'eau de refroidissement, de conduites d'extinction d'incendie et/ou d'air conditionné de la structure flottante (1),
au moins une partie desdits éléments (6, 15, 61, 62) est fixée sur les surfaces de bordure (4) extérieures de l'unité d'habitation (3) sur le côté de la niche d'entretien (10) en lien avec la préfabrication,
l'unité d'habitation (3) préfabriquée est transférée et installée sur la structure flottante (1) et en ce
qu'au moins une partie desdits moyens (11, 12) et éléments (6, 15, 61, 62) est reliée à des pièces préinstallées des conduites d'eaux grises, d'eaux noires, d'eau douce, des conduites de condensation ou d'évacuation, d'eau de refroidissement, des conduites d'extinction d'incendie et/ou d'air conditionné en question de la structure flottante (1). - Procédé de formation d'une unité d'habitation préfabriquée, au moins partiellement équipée, laquelle unité d'habitation (3) est destinée à être installée dans une structure flottante (1), par exemple un bâtiment de marine ayant une structure de pont ou une structure de support correspondante (2)
et dans lequel procédé l'unité d'habitation (3) est munie de ses surfaces de bordure (4) principales, comprenant par exemple des murs et une structure de toit de l'unité d'habitation,
au moins une partie des raccordements intérieurs de l'unité d'habitation (3) et
des moyens (11, 12) reliés aux raccordements intérieurs de l'unité d'habitation (3) situés à l'extérieur des surfaces de bordure (4) tels que des conduites de sortie et d'entrée pour les installations sanitaires, des conduites d'eau et/ou des raccordements électriques, ce par quoi les surfaces de bordure (4) de l'unité d'habitation (3) sont agencées de façon à ce qu'une niche d'entretien (10) sous forme d'un creux soit formée à l'extérieur de l'unité d'habitation,
caractérisé en ce
qu'en lien avec la préfabrication de l'unité d'habitation (3), la niche d'entretien (10) est munie d'éléments (6, 15, 61, 62) comme des conduites et d'autres moyens de transport de média, desservant une ou plusieurs unité(s) d'habitation (3) et faisant partie des conduites d'eaux grises, d'eaux noires, d'eau douce, de conduites de condensation ou d'évacuation, d'eau de refroidissement, de conduites d'extinction d'incendie et/ou d'air conditionné de la structure flottante (1), et en
qu'au moins une partie desdits éléments (6, 15, 61, 62) est fixée sur les surfaces de bordure (4) extérieures de l'unité d'habitation (3) sur le côté de la niche d'entretien (10) en lien avec la préfabrication. - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie des conduites d'eaux grises, d'eaux noires, d'eau douce, des conduites de condensation ou d'évacuation, d'eau de refroidissement et/ou des conduites d'extinction d'incendie (6, 61, 62) qui font partie des systèmes résidents (5) de la structure flottante (1) est fixée aux surfaces de bordure (4) extérieures de l'unité d'habitation (3) sur le côté de la niche d'entretien (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie des conduites d'air conditionné est fixée aux surfaces de bordure (4) extérieures de l'unité d'habitation (3) sur le côté de la niche d'entretien (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen d'air conditionné (15) est fixé sur les surfaces de bordure (4) extérieures de l'unité d'habitation (3) sur le côté de la niche d'entretien (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des percées (13) de la structure de pont sont fixées aux éléments (61, 62) et en ce que des moyens de couplage flexibles (14) sont prévus entre les éléments (61, 62) et les percées (13) de la structure de pont.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (11, 12) et les éléments (6, 15, 61, 62) sont agencés dans la niche d'entretien (10) de façon à ce que leurs dimensions horizontales soient limitées à la largeur de la niche d'entretien (10) et leurs dimensions verticales soient limitées à la hauteur de l'unité d'habitation (3) ou au moins à la hauteur entre les structures de pont ou d'autres structures de support correspondantes.
- Structure flottante (100) comprenant une structure de pont ou une structure de support correspondante (2), des unités d'habitation (3) préfabriquées, comprenant leurs surfaces de bordure (4) principales telles que des murs et une structure de toit, au moins une partie des raccordements intérieurs de l'unité d'habitation (3) et des moyens (11, 12) reliés aux raccordements intérieurs situés à l'extérieur des surfaces de bordure (4) de l'unité d'habitation (3) tels que des conduites de sortie et d'entrée pour les installations sanitaires, des conduites d'eau et/ou des raccordements électriques, ce par quoi les surfaces de bordure (4) de l'unité d'habitation (3) sont agencées de façon à ce qu'une niche d'entretien (10) sous forme d'un creux soit formée à l'extérieur de l'unité d'habitation,

qu'en lien avec la préfabrication de l'unité d'habitation (3), la niche d'entretien (10) est munie d'éléments (6, 15, 61, 62) comme des conduites et d'autres moyens de transport de média, desservant une ou plusieurs unité(s) d'habitation (3) et faisant partie des conduites d'eaux grises, d'eaux noires, d'eau douce, de conduites de condensation ou d'évacuation, d'eau de refroidissement, de conduites d'extinction d'incendie et/ou d'air conditionné en question de la structure flottante (1), et ce
qu'au moins une partie desdits éléments (6, 15, 61, 62) est fixée sur les surfaces de bordure (4) extérieures de l'unité d'habitation (3) sur le côté de la niche d'entretien (10) en lien avec la préfabrication. - Unité d'habitation préfabriquée, au moins partiellement équipée, destinée à être installée dans une structure flottante (1), par exemple un bâtiment de marine ayant une structure de pont ou une structure de support correspondante (2),

- Structure flottante selon la revendication 8 ou unité d'habitation selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que des percées (13) de la structure de pont sont fixées aux éléments (61, 62) et en ce que des moyens de couplage flexibles (14) sont prévus entre les éléments (61, 62) et les percées (13) de la structure de pont.
- Structure flottante selon la revendication 8 ou unité d'habitation selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les dimensions horizontales des moyens (11, 12) et des éléments (6, 15, 61, 62) sont limitées à la largeur de la niche d'entretien (10) et en ce que leurs dimensions verticales sont limitées à la hauteur de l'unité d'habitation (3) ou au moins à la hauteur entre les structures de pont ou d'autres structures de support correspondantes.
