Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour le transport de bobines vides (09) prélevées d'au moins un changeur de bobines, avec au moins un récipient à bobines vides (08) déplaçable, un poste de vidage (07) étant prévu pour vider les récipients à bobines vides (08), caractérisé en ce que le poste de vidage (07) est intégré au moins partiellement dans un magasin à rayonnage (02) prévu pour stocker des bobines de papier (03).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un récipient collecteur (12), dans lequel le récipient à bobines vides (08) peut être vidé, est prévu dans le poste de vidage (07).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient collecteur (12) présente une capacité de stockage faisant que plusieurs récipients à bobines vides (08), remplis complètement de bobines vides (09), peuvent être vidés dans le récipient collecteur (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient à bobines vides (08), au poste de vidage (07), est susceptible d'être agencé à un niveau plus élevé que le récipient collecteur (12), de manière que les bobines vides (09) soient transportées dans le récipient collecteur (12) placé à un niveau plus bas, sous l'effet de la gravité.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de levage (04) est disposé dans le poste de vidage (07) pour lever le récipient à bobines vides (08).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de levage (04) est réalisé sous forme de véhicule à rayonnage (04), à l'aide duquel également des bobines de papier (03) peuvent être entrées dans et/ou sorties du magasin à rayonnage (02).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le poste de vidage (07), est prévu un dispositif pivotant (16), à l'aide duquel le récipient à bobines vides (08) est pivoté autour d'un axe horizontal (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le magasin à rayonnage (02), est intégré un poste de transfert (11), à l'aide duquel un récipient à bobines vides (08), transporté dans le magasin à rayonnage (02), peut être transporté au poste de vidage (07).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un poste de transfert (11) et un poste de vidage (07) sont reliés par une voie de transfert, le long de laquelle un chariot de transport (19a), portant le récipient à bobines vides (08), peut être transporté.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient collecteur (12) est déplaçable.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient collecteur (12) est réalisé sous la forme de conteneur (12), pouvant être transporté sur un véhicule.
