Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif (20) avec système de programmation (35) pour lier, envelopper ou marquer automatiquement des objets (30) au moyen d'une bande adhésive (31) une face, avec un système de distribution de bande (1) accompagné d'un dispositif de coupe (4, 5) pour la bande (31), caractérisé en ce que,
    - les objets (30) comportent une section transversale principalement aplatie ou rectangulaire,
    - un rouleau de pression supérieur (6) et un rouleau de pression inférieur (7) parallèle à l'axe sont alignés en correspondance avec un chariot (2, 2.1) et avec un dispositif de pression (9) de telle façon que la bande adhésive (31) effectue par exemple un tour d'au moins 360°,
    - le système de programmation / de commande (35) permet de définir les paramètres suivants :
    - longueur de distribution de bande (X),
    - largeur (B) d'un objet (30) à traiter,
    - instant de coupe et levage de chariot,
    - cycle correspondant d'un troisième moteur (12) pour le système de distribution de bande (1), d'un deuxième moteur (10) pour le chariot (2) et d'un premier moteur (8) pour le rouleau de pression inférieur (7),
    - l'actionnement du rouleau de pression inférieur (7) et du changement de sa direction de rotation permet une application sans plis de la bande adhésive (31) sur la face inférieure (33) de l'objet (30), en angle droit par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du câble plat,
    - le système de programmation (35) permet d'obtenir une synchronisation de la distribution et de l'application de la bande adhésive (31), de façon à pouvoir appliquer la bande adhésive (31) sans plis et en angle droit par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de l'objet sur la face supérieure de l'objet (30), et
    - l'écart (36) entre les deux rouleaux de pression (6, 7) est ajustable de manière élastique, afin de pouvoir envelopper des objets (30) de différentes hauteurs.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les objets (30) prévus sont des câbles plats (30.1, 30.2, 30.3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système de programmation (35) fonctionne soit en mode « répétition d'opération », soit en mode « séquence ».
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une baguette de souffleur (9) est prévue pour soutenir le changement de direction de la bande.
  5. Procédé pour l'utilisation du dispositif présentant au moins les caractéristiques énoncées dans la revendication 1, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    a) mise en place du câble plat (100)
    b) mise en marche (101)
    c) tension du câble plat (102)
    d) distribution de la bande adhésive (103)
    e) avancée du chariot (104) (S/ en synchronisation avec 105, 106)
    f) avancée du rouleau de pression (105)
    g) distribution de la bande adhésive (106)

    i) coupe de la bande adhésive (108)
