Claims (7)
- Injektor (I) für eine Kraftstoffeinspritzeinheit, der Folgendes aufweist:ein Injektorkörperbauteil (B1);einen Aktuator (3); undeine Hydraulikkraftübertragungseinheit (4) zum Übertragen einer Betätigungskraft des Aktuators (3) an ein Ventil (5) zum Steuern einer Kraftstoffeinspritzung, wobei der Injektor (I) ferner durch Folgendes gekennzeichnet ist:ein längs laufendes Loch (31), das in dem Injektorkörperbauteil (B1) ausgebildet ist und das den Aktuator (3) und die Hydraulikkraftübertragungseinheit (4) darin installiert;einen Hochdruckkraftstoffdurchgang (1), der in dem Injektorkörperbauteil (B1) an einer radialen Seite des längs laufenden Lochs (31) ausgebildet ist, um einen Hochdruckkraftstoff für die Kraftstoffeinspritzung zuzuführen; undeine Niederdruckkraftstoffkammer (22), die in dem längs laufenden Loch (31) vorgesehen ist und mit einem äußeren Leckdurchgang in Verbindung steht,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:das Injektorkörperbauteil (B1) eine Niederdruckkraftstoffdurchgangsnut (26) aufweist, die in einer Innenumfangsfläche des längs laufenden Lochs (31) ausgebildet ist, um sich in einer Längsrichtung des längs laufenden Lochs (31) zu erstrecken und um mit der Niederdruckkraftstoffkammer (22) und einem Niederdruckkraftstoffdurchgang (23) zum Abgeben eines Leckkraftstoffs in Verbindung zu stehen, der in den Injektor (I) läuft;das längs laufende Loch (31) einen Querschnitt einer ungefähr runden Form aufweist; unddie Niederdruckkraftstoffdurchgangsnut (26) einen Querschnitt von ungefähr einer Hälfte einer runden Form aufweist, so dass sich eine andere Hälfte der runden Form mit dem Querschnitt des längs laufenden Lochs (31) überlappt.
- Injektor (I) nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Mittelachse des längs laufenden Lochs (31) zu einer Mittelachse des Injektorkörperbauteils (B1) exzentrisch ist.
- Injektor (I) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei radiale Mitten des Injektorkörperbauteils (B1), des längs laufenden Lochs (31) und des Hochdruckkraftstoffdurchgangs (1) ungefähr an einer imaginären identischen Linie angeordnet sind.
- Injektor (I) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei eine Vielzahl der Niederdruckkraftstoffdurchgangsnuten (26) an einem Umfang des längs laufenden Lochs (31) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Vielzahl der Niederdruckkraftstoffdurchgangsnuten (26) symmetrisch mit Hinblick auf eine Symmetrielinie angeordnet sind, die durch radiale Mitten des längs laufenden Lochs (31) und des Hochdruckkraftstoffdurchgangs (1) hindurchführt.
- Injektor (I) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei:die Hydraulikkraftübertragungseinheit (4) ein Kolbenbauteil (42, 44) aufweist, das in einem Zylinderbauteil (41) gleitet, um das Ventil (5) anzutreiben;das Zylinderbauteil (41) der Hydraulikkraftübertragungseinheit (4) an einem Endabschnitt des längs laufenden Lochs (31) an einer Seite des Ventils (5) befestigt ist; unddie Niederdruckkraftstoffdurchgangsnut (26) an der Innenumfangsfläche um das Zylinderbauteil (41) herum ausgebildet ist, um eine Länge größer als eine Länge des Zylinderbauteils (41) in der Längsrichtung des längs laufenden Lochs (31) aufzuweisen.
- Injektor (I) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei eine tangentiale Linie des längs laufenden Lochs (31) und ein tangentiale Linie der Niederdruckkraftstoffdurchgangsnut (26) sich bei einem Winkel gleich wie oder größer als 90° an einem Schnittpunkt eines Unfangs des längs laufenden Lochs (31) und eines Umfangs der Niederdruckkraftstoffdurchgangsnut (26) treffen.
- Injektor (I) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Aktuator (3) ein piezoelektrischer Aktuator ist.
