Definitions
- the invention relates to a tank interior coating with spacer knobs. With a such inner coating a double walledness of the tank is achieved which in a conventional manner allows the control of the tank tightness.
- a double-walled tank is known.
- This one has one Inner wall made of steel and an outer wall made of plastic. Between inner wall and outer wall is arranged a planar trained spacers. Of the Gap between the inner wall and the outer wall is with a Warning fluid filled. The level of the warning fluid changes when Leakage of the inner or outer wall. When the level of the liquid a warning signal is generated. In deviation from the then usual Spacers made of wire mesh or wire mesh is suggested that the Spacer consists of one.
- the foil is with embossed, distance-retaining Provided warts.
- the film is supported on the inner wall and forms the Underlay for the outer wall.
- the foil can also be steel or aluminum consist.
- CH-A-517 630 assumes that it is known to use the containers or tanks nonmetallic walls inside with a corrosion resistant inner wall too provided, which is separated from the actual tank wall.
- the educated Cavity allows the control of this inner shell by vacuum or by means Liquid probe and allows continuous monitoring. The localization however, leakage is in most cases impossible with these coatings.
- Any pores by means of a spark indicator is therefore proposed to or to arrange on one of the walls current-conducting means.
- DE-A-26 58 088 discloses a tank for storing liquids, in particular for the underground storage of fuel oil and diesel or Motor gasoline.
- This tank consists of a shape-resistant container, e.g. made of steel, a surrounding insulating jacket and a leak warning system.
- the form-solid container forms the wall, which is the storage space for the Liquid confined.
- This container is on all sides of a rot-proof, surrounded evenly rastered spacer layer.
- the spacer layer carries one gas or liquid tight and corrosion resistant coating, e.g. out fiber reinforced plastic.
- a spacer layer are proposed: a evenly piled laminated body, in particular paper or foil, or a mesh or mesh-like material such as expanded metal, that of a smooth Covering layer is surrounded.
- the coating layer may be impregnated with a coil of plastic Consist of glass fiber mats, or of a sprayed containing glass fibers Plastic layer are formed.
- the coating is applied to the wall outer surface of Shaped container the spacer layer and then the coating layer applied.
