Definitions
- the present invention relates to an existing at least partially of a masonry water reservoir for receiving water, especially drinking water, with a container according to the preamble of claim 12, and a method for its preparation according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a container eg from the CH-A-597 475 known.
- the CH-A-597 475 describes a tank that can be used for wine or other liquids, or for solids.
- the tank is constructed with a concrete wall as outer wall and an inner wall. A space between the outer wall and the inner wall is limited by rigid supports. As a support, a spacer is described, which has separate, outwardly directed and narrowing towards the outside frustoconical imprints. Due to the embossing of the spacer is not completely on the outer wall. The gap is vented through a vent. The space is drainable at the bottom of the tank and has an overflow to the outside.
- the embossments have a diameter of 70 mm, a depth of 8 mm and a mutual distance of 60 mm.
- the embossments have flat surfaces at their outwardly directed ends. This surface is penetrated by a screw in some imprints. With the screw, the spacer is attached to the outer wall. At the points of the spacer, where no embossments are formed, the inner wall, a 1 mm thick V2A steel sheet, rests against the spacer and is attached thereto with welding points.
- an inner wall of mutually jointless joined panels is also described that as Inside wall, a plastic bubble made outside the tank can be inserted into the tank. This consists of flexible material of relatively thin wall thickness and is adapted in size to the tank.
- the cavity between the inner wall and the outer wall serves to control the temperature by largely preventing heat transfer from the tank contents to the outer wall. It can serve to accommodate a coolant for cooling the fermenting wine. Also, condensation can be removed through the cavity. At the surface smoothness of the outer wall, no too great demands must be made.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a water reservoir and a method for its production in which the disadvantages mentioned at the beginning are largely avoided.
- a water reservoir is to be provided in which a crack in the masonry does not mean that the reservoir must be leaking.
- Another object is to propose a process for the production and in particular remediation of existing water reservoirs which are formed from masonry.
- the object is achieved in a method according to claim 1.
- This construction is locally adaptable to the spatial conditions.
- the spacing means may be flexible and therefore conform to the surface of the masonry and preferably coated thereafter. With sufficient evenness of the substrate, it can also be applied already coated on the masonry.
- the spacer means is present in tracks. Then several tracks of the distance-holding means are arranged adjacent to each other on the inside of the wall adjacent. Between the individual webs present joints are bridged with the plastic layer and / or with a second plastic coating and sealed. Conveniently, the webs are arranged overlapping.
- masonry means any kind of concrete construction, as well as walls made of concrete and / or bricks.
- an elevations or knobs having spacer foil is provided as an inner wall, the surveys or knobs abut the masonry.
- the protruding from the surface of the spacer sheet protrusions or protrusions are preferably approximately pyramidal or conical and have a height between about 0.5 and 2 mm, preferably between 0.7 and 1.5 mm.
- the spacer film is coated with at least one curable synthetic resin. With the help of the spacer film, a cavity between masonry and inner wall can be formed in a cost effective manner.
- the coating of the spacer film also creates a tough bond that withstands high loads.
- at least one glass fiber reinforcement can be applied to the spacer film, which is then coated with a thermosetting plastic.
- the spacer sheet is provided at the bottom and at the sidewalls of the container. Laying the spacer sheet on the reservoir blanket is generally not required.
- the inner wall is preferably arranged floating in the container. This has the advantage that cracking in the outer masonry does not automatically lead to leakage of the container.
- the spacer foil used is an aluminum nubbed foil which is preferably primed on both sides.
- the two-sided coating of the aluminum bubble wrap with a primer protects it well against corrosion.
- Aluminum dimpled films are commercially available in sheets and rolled into rolls. It is conceivable to use a carton knob foil as spacer foil, which is preferably provided with a primer which inhibits gas diffusion.
- the cavity present between the masonry and the inner wall is designed to be airtight relative to the surroundings, so that the hardened plastic layer can be checked for leaks by means of positive or negative pressure.
- spacer sheet and a three-dimensional spacer knitted fabric can be used, in which two mutually parallel textile knitted or Flechtwerk vom are held by pile threads at a distance from each other.
- the one Gewirk- or Flechtwerk phenomenon is arranged adjacent to the inside of the wall.
- the other knitted or wickerwork surface is impregnated with plastic and coated.
- the subject matter of the present invention is also a water reservoir according to the preamble of claim 12.
- the spacer means is present in tracks and a plurality of such tracks on the inside of the masonry adjacent to each other are arranged. Between the individual tracks existing joints are bridged with the plastic layer and / or a second plastic coating and sealed.
- the inner wall is supported by means of projecting from the watertight inner wall pile threads, elevations or knobs on the masonry.
- this is done by the use of a protrusions or nubs having spacer film, which is coated at least on the inside with a first plastic layer of a thermosetting plastic.
- the plastic layer is reinforced with a fiber.
- a fiber For example, serve fibrous tissue, preferably glass fiber fabric, glass mats, nonwovens and textile fiber mat and the like. This is one Composite formed between spacer film, fiber fabric and plastic, which can withstand high loads.
- one of the two parallel knitted or Flechtwerk lake is impregnated with plastic, thereby forming a stiffened wall.
- a waterproof, reinforced by the fibers of the spacer knitted plastic layer is held by the pile threads at a distance from the inside of the masonry. Therefore, a cavity is formed between the plastic layer and the masonry.
- the first plastic layer is expediently coated over the entire surface with a second plastic coating. In order to achieve a vapor seal, in the plastic coating, e.g. be inserted between the spacer knitted fabric and an additional fiber reinforcement, or between the first plastic layer and a plastic coating forming the surface of the inner wall, an aluminum foil.
- the inner wall according to the invention is preferably arranged floating in the container, i.
- the inner wall is not firmly connected to the surrounding masonry.
- the dimpled foil or the spacer knit lies against the masonry only and can be moved in the plane of contact relative to this.
- the inner wall can in principle also be laid on the container ceiling, it is generally sufficient if the spaced inner wall is provided on the bottom and on the side walls of the container.
- the upper edge of the inner wall is airtight connected to the masonry.
- This has the advantage that between the masonry and the inner wall a relation to the environment waterproof and preferably hermetically sealed cavity is formed, which can be checked for example by means of negative or positive pressure for leaks.
- an externally accessible, preferably closable test or relief connection can be provided, which connects the cavity with the environment.
- the test socket is advantageously provided on the ground or at a short distance from the ground. Into the cavity penetrating condensation water or from outside urgent water can thus be discharged behind the aluminum nubbed foil or between the pile threads.
- a second cover layer is provided on the first plastic layer to form a second uninterrupted smooth surface.
- the cover layer is preferably colored white and free of pores. It must meet the hygienic requirements for the storage of drinking water.
- FIG. 1 schematically represented water reservoir 11 consists of a container 13 with a masonry 15 and a wall 15 spaced from the inner wall 17.
- the container 13 of the water reservoir 11 serves to receive drinking water.
- In the container 13 open an inlet 19 for the supply of water and an outlet 21 for the discharge of drinking water for consumption purposes.
- a provided at the bottom of the container 13 cleaning nozzle 23 allows to drain all water from the container 13, so that the container 13 can be cleaned or checked for damaged areas.
- the overflow pipe 25 is an angled pipe whose upright portion is oriented in the container 13 with the pipe opening 27 upwards. If the water level in the container 13 exceeds the pipe opening 27, the water flows out through the overflow pipe 25 to the environment.
- the interior of the container 13 is through a in the Figures 1 and 2 not shown access hatch in the ceiling 29 accessible.
- a conductor 31 disposed in the container 13 allows persons to descend into the container 13 for cleaning or inspection.
- the inner wall 17 has a protrusions or knobs 35 having spacer film 33 which abuts the masonry 15 with the elevations or nubs 35. Between the masonry 15 and the inner wall 17 formed by the knobs cavity 36 is present.
- the projections or nubs 35 are preferably at regular intervals of a few millimeters, e.g. 3 to 10 millimeters, formed on the spacer sheet.
- the spacer film 33 is coated with a first plastic layer 37, in which a glass fiber fabric 39 is inserted.
- At least one second plastic layer 41 which has the function of a covering or protective layer, can be arranged on the first plastic layer.
- the cover layer forms a non-porous smooth coating, which acts dirt repellent.
- Spacer film, fiberglass reinforcement and first plastic layer together form a solid composite, which is able to withstand the water pressure present in the water tank 13, so that the nubs 35 are not compressed.
- a test socket 43 which is inserted into the masonry 15, connects the cavity 36 with the container environment. Water entering the cavity 36 accumulates in the bottom area and exits through the test port 43, allowing early detection of potential leaks.
- the upper edge 45 of the inner wall is airtight connected to the surrounding masonry 15, so that a check of the cavity on any leaks can also be done by means of negative or positive pressure.
- a water reservoir takes place as follows: First, webs of preferably gas- or liquid-impermeable distance-retaining means, in particular an aluminum spacer foil of a thickness of between about 0.2 mm and 0.4 mm, are applied to the masonry.
- the attachment of the spacer sheets can be done, for example, with the help of double-sided adhesive tape, which are previously glued at certain intervals on the inside of the container.
- the masonry can also be sprayed first with a contact adhesive.
- the spacer film sheets are laid on the masonry in such a way that the edge areas of the Film webs overlap.
- the overlapping zones are then preferably additionally covered with an adhesive tape, for example aluminum adhesive tape, in order to prevent penetration of the later-sprayed synthetic resin mixture into the cavity present between the spacer film and the masonry.
- an adhesive tape for example aluminum adhesive tape
- Fast-curing compounds may include polyisocyanates (e.g., aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic di- and tri-isocyanates and / or mixtures thereof) and polyols and / or diamines or mixtures thereof.
- the isocyanates are preferably already prepolymers.
- diamines aromatic diamines, urea or urea compounds can be used.
- Particularly advantageous solvent-free two-component resin systems are used, which can be used in a ratio of 1: 1. These are then mixed and sprayed directly in the spray nozzle of a spray system. This process can also be automated. Due to the short curing time of the fast-reacting mixture, the inner wall can be tested for leaks virtually immediately after its completion. The leak test can be carried out with a high voltage tester.
- the cover layer can be made of the same synthetic resin mixture as the first plastic layer. Preferably, the same is colored white to make soiling well visible.
- a water reservoir with an at least partially consisting of a masonry container for receiving water, especially drinking water, has arranged at least on the side walls of the container an inner wall spaced from the masonry.
- the inner wall is spaced by spacers to the masonry in a manner that a cavity is formed between the masonry and the inner wall.
- the inner wall is formed from a protrusions or knobs having spacer sheet, which is coated at least on the inside with a first plastic layer of a thermosetting resin.
- a first plastic layer of a thermosetting resin In the plastic layer is a fiberglass reinforcement or a textile fiber mat.
- the first plastic layer may be coated with a second plastic layer serving as a cover layer.
- Aluminum spacer film, glass fiber fabric or textile fiber mat and plastic coating together form a tough composite of a thickness between 2 and 3 mm.
- the in FIG. 3 shown inner wall construction consists of a spacer fabric 47,48,49 plastic fibers.
- This spacer knitted fabric has an inner knitted surface 47, which is spaced over the pile threads 49 from the outer knitted surface 48.
- the pile threads have a length of 5 mm. This distance defines the cavity 36 between the masonry 15 and the waterproof plastic coating 37,41. Possible pile thread lengths are between 0.5 to 3 mm.
- the load capacity of the pile threads decreases with increasing length and with increasing thickness and density. The thinner the cavity 36, the greater the risk that the cavity 36 will be filled when the inner knitted surface 47 dries with the plastic. Therefore, the inner knitted surface 47 is advantageously primed with plastic prior to incorporation of the knit into the reservoir.
- a glass mat 39 is placed and impregnated with a first plastic layer 37.
- the cover layer 41 is applied from hygienic plastic.
- the inner wall 17 is produced with a distance-retaining means made of spacer fabric analogously to an inner wall with dimpled sheet.
- 15 tracks of the spacer 47,48,49 are mounted on the masonry.
- the inner knitted surface 47 is advantageously impregnated with a plastic and therefore already substantially liquid-tight.
- the spacer webs are advantageously laid on the masonry 15 in a manner that the edge regions of the webs overlap.
- the outer knitted surface 48 and the pile threads 49 may be cut off in the region of the overlap in a web.
- the overlapping zones and the edges are then preferably additionally covered in order to prevent penetration of the later-sprayed synthetic resin mixture into the cavity 36 present between the inner knitted surface 47 and the masonry 15.
- the multi-component resin mixture 37 is sprayed.
- the glass fleece is inserted and pressed with rollers. The glass fleece is then soaked in plastic. After curing of the first plastic layer 37, the second plastic coating 41 is sprayed, which forms the surface later in contact with the water.

Description
- Fig. 1:
- schematisch, ein erfindungsgemässes Wasserreservoir mit einem äusseren Mauerwerk und einer beabstandeten Innenwand im Schnitt;
- Fig. 2
