Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de fixation, comprenant un dispositif de maintien pour un élément encastré, pouvant s'insérer dans une ouverture de montage d'une plaque de support (1) et reposant avec son bord libre sur la surface de la plaque de support tout en pouvant y être fixé par au moins un dispositif de maintien (3), dans lequel le dispositif de maintien possède une vis, une pièce de base pouvant être attachée solidement à l'élément encastré et une pièce articulée au niveau de cette pièce de base et passant sous la face inférieure de la plaque de support en exerçant une pression de maintien au moyen d'une vis (22) dans la position de travail, dans lequel la pièce articulée est réalisée comme une bride (12) en forme de U dont les deux branches sont traversées par la vis (22) et dont la branche supérieure, (20) est reliée à la pièce de base par la vis, et dans lequel la branche inférieure porte latéralement, au moins d'un côté, une première saillie qui est réalisée comme un bras (15) passant sous la face inférieure de la plaque de support dans la position de travail, caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise (14) de la bride en forme de U (12) de la pièce articulée du dispositif de maintien (3) possède à proximité de la branche supérieure (20) de la bride (12) une deuxième saillie (37) tournée vers l'axe de pivotement de la bride et qui peut mettre en prise des encoches de blocage plates (38 à 40) au niveau de la pièce de base, qui sont disposées de telle sorte que le dispositif de maintien peut être bloqué dans la position de travail et dans une position de montage écartée de celle-ci de 90°.

  4. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de base (7) possède une zone (32) servant à la fixation sur la pièce encastrée (2), la patte (27) faisant saillie à partir du bord inférieur de ladite zone sur lequel la pièce pivotante (12) est articulée.
