Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Befüllen von flexiblen Folienbeuteln (1), bei dem:ein Folienbeutel (1) mit einem gasförmigen Medium zumindest teilweise ausgeformt wird und anschließendder Folienbeutel (1) mit flüssigem Füllgut (5) gefüllt wird,
das gasförmige Medium den Folienbeutel (1) desinfiziert. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gasförmige Medium als Trägergas, Stickstoff, Sauerstoff, ein Edelgas oder Luft umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gasförmige Medium Ozon und/oder Wasserstoffperoxid umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flüssige Füllgut (5) ein Getränk ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienbeutel (1) evakuiert wird, bevor er ausgeformt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienbeutel (1) evakuiert wird, nach dem er ausgeformt wurde und anschließend mit einem desinfizierten und/oder sterilen gasförmigen Medium und/oder dem Füllgut (5) ausgeformt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienbeutel (1) mit einem desinfizierten und/oder sterilen Medium gespült wird, nach dem er ausgeformt wurde.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienbeutel (1) nur teilweise mit dem gasförmigen desinfizierenden Medium ausgeformt und anschließend mit einem desinfizierten und/oder sterilen Medium, das vorzugsweise nicht mehr desinfizierend wirkt, voll ausgeformt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gasförmige Medium erhitzt wird, bevor es zum Ausformen verwendet wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Befüllen von flexiblen Folienbeuteln (1) mit einer Ausformeinrichtung (10) zum Ausformen der Folienbeutel (1) mit einem gasförmigen Medium und
einer Fülleinrichtung (11) zum Befüllen der Folienbeutel (1) mit einem flüssigen Medium (5)
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Einrichtung (14), (15) zum Hinzufügen einer desinfizierenden Wirkung zu dem gasförmigen Medium. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (14), (15) zum Hinzufügen einer desinfizierenden Wirkung eine Einrichtung zum Erhitzen des gasförmigen Mediums und/oder zum Hinzufügen von Ozon und/oder Wasserstoffperoxid zu dem gasförmigen Medium umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Evakuiereinrichtung zum Evakuieren der Beutel aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Verschließeinrichtung (12) zum Verschließender Beutel aufweist.
