Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Füllen von Flaschen, Dosen oder dergleichen Behälter (5) mit einem flüssigen Füllgut unter Verwendung einer Füllmaschine mit mehreren Füllelementen (1), über welche der Innenraum des jeweiligen Behälters in einer Füllphase über einen Flüssigkeitsweg (7, 9) mit dem flüssigen Füllgut im heißen Zustand gefüllt wird, und zwar gesteuert durch ein im Flüssigkeitsweg (7, 9) vorgesehenes Flüssigkeitsventil (8) und bei auf eine Füllelement-Temperatur erwärmten Füllelementen (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest bei einer störungsbedingten Unterbrechung des Füllprozesses der Flüssigkeitsweg (7, 9) wenigstens in einem bezogen auf die Strömungsrichtung des Füllgutes beim Füllen auf das Flüssigkeitsventil (8) folgenden Abschnitt zur Aufrechterhaltung der Füllelement-Temperatur gesteuert durch Steuerelemente oder Steuerventile (23, 29) mit einem heißen Strömungs-Medium beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Strömungsmedium ein heißes gas- und/oder dampfförmiges Medium, beispielsweise Wasserdampf verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Strömungsmedium ein heißes flüssiges Medium, beispielsweise heißes Wasser verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Unterbrechung des Füllprozesses ein für sämtliche Füllelemente (1) gemeinsamer Gaskanal (4) der Füllmaschine über Steuermittel (29) mit einer Quelle für das heiße Strömungsmedium verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gemeinsame Gaskanal mit der Atmosphäre in Verbindung steht und bei einer Unterbrechung des Füllablaufes durch die Steuermittel (29) gegenüber der Atmosphäre gesperrt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an jedem Füllelement (1) vorgesehenes und individuell ansteuerbares Steuerventil (23) bei einer Unterbrechung des Füllablaufs und bei Fehlen eines Behälters (5) am Füllelement zum Einleiten des heißen Strömungsmediums in den Flüssigkeitsweg (7, 9) dieses Füllelementes (1) geöffnet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an jedem Füllelement (1) vorgesehenes und individuell ansteuerbares Steuerventil (23) bei einer Unterbrechung des Füllablaufs in einem für das Öffnen vorgesehenen Winkelbereich der Umlaufbewegung des Rotors (2) geöffnet wird.
- Füllmaschine zum Füllen von Flaschen, Dosen oder dergleichen Behälter (5) mit einem flüssigen Füllgut, mit mehreren Füllpositionen, die jeweils ein Füllelement (1) aufweisen, über welches der Innenraum des Behälters in einer Füllphase über einen Flüssigkeitsweg (7, 9) mit dem flüssigen Füllgut im heißen Zustand gefüllt wird, und zwar gesteuert durch ein im Flüssigkeitsweg (7, 9) vorgesehenes Flüssigkeitsventil (8) und bei auf eine Füllelement-Temperatur erwärmten Füllelementen (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest bei einer störungsbedingten Unterbrechung des Füllprozesses der Flüssigkeitsweg (7, 9) wenigstens in einem bezogen auf die Strömungsrichtung des Füllgutes beim Füllen auf das Flüssigkeitsventil (8) folgenden Abschnitt zur Aufrechterhaltung der Füllelement-Temperatur mit einem heißen Strömungs-Medium beaufschlagbar ist, und zwar gesteuert durch Steuerelemente oder Steuerventile (23, 29).
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strömungsmedium ein heißes gas- und/oder dampfförmiges Medium, beispielsweise Wasserdampf ist.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strömungsmedium ein heißes flüssiges Medium, beispielsweise heißes Wasser ist.
- Füllmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllelemente (1) solche mit einem Füllrohr (10) sind, die mit einem Füllrohrkanal (9) einen Teil des mit dem heißen Strömungsmedium beaufschlagbaren Flüssigkeitsweges bilden.
- Füllmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Füllelement (1) ein erster Gasweg (24) ausgebildet ist, der mit einem Ende in den Flüssigkeitsweg (7) bezogen auf die Strömungsrichtung des Füllgutes hinter dem Flüssigkeitsventil (8) mündet und mit seinem anderen Ende in einen für sämtliche Füllelemente (1) gemeinsamen Gaskanal (4), daß in dem ersten Gasweg (24) ein Steuerventil, vorzugsweise ein pneumatisch betätigbares Steuerventil (23) zum gesteuerten Öffnen und Sperren des ersten Gasweges (24) vorgesehen ist, und daß Steuermittel (29) vorgesehen sind, die bei einer Unterbrechung des Füllablaufes den gemeinsamen Gaskanal (4) mit einer Quelle für das heiße Strömungsmedium verbinden.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gemeinsame Gaskanal (4) über die Steuermittel (29) mit der Atmosphäre verbunden ist, und daß die Steuermittel (29) bei einer Unterbrechung des Füllablaufes den gemeinsamen Gaskanal (4) gegenüber der Atmosphäre sperren.
- Füllmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das im ersten Gasweg (24) jedes Füllelementes (1) angeordnete Steuerventil (23) durch eine Steuereinrichtung individuell derart ansteuerbar ist, daß es bei einer Unterbrechung des Füllablaufs dann öffnet, wenn sich an diesem Füllelement (1) kein Behälter (5) befindet.
- Füllmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerventil (23) im ersten Gasweg (24) dann öffnet, wenn sich das betreffende Füllelement (1) in einem für dieses Öffnen vorgegebenen Winkelbereich der Umlaufbewegung des Rotors befindet.
- Füllmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (6) der Füllelemente (1) ein zweiter Gasweg (26) ausgebildet ist, der mit einem Ende ebenfalls mit dem gemeinsamen Gaskanal (4) in Verbindung steht und dessen anderes Ende an der Unterseite des Füllelementes (1) an einem Bereich (25') offen ist, der bei einer für die Reinigung der Füllmaschine auf das jeweilige Füllelement (1) aufgesetzten Spülkappe (30) sich innerhalb des von dieser Spülkappe (30) gebildeten, nach außen hin geschlossenen Spülraumes (31) befindet.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im zweiten Gasweg (26) Ventilmittel, vorzugsweise Rückschlagventilmittel (27) vorgesehen sind, die einen Fluß durch den zweiten Gasweg (26) in den ersten Gasweg (24) oder in den gemeinsamen Gaskanal (4) ermöglichen, für einen Fluß in umgekehrter Richtung aber sperren.
- Füllelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Gasweg (26) in einen nach unten offenen Innenraum (25') eines glockenförmigen, den jeweiligen Behälter (5) mit seiner Behältermündung (5') beim Füllen aufnehmenden Abschnitts (25) an einer Füllelement-Unterseite(1) mündet.
