Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Spender für Hygienepapier enthaltend ein Gehäuse, einen ersten Rollenhalter zur Aufnahme von einer Rolle mit einem Hygienepapier, eine Einheit zum Befeuchten des Hygienepapiers mit einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter, mit einer Befeuchtungsrolle und einem Flüssigkeitstank, der mit dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter (21) und der Befeuchtungsrolle kommuniziert und eine Führungsrolle für das Hygienepapier.
Zur Hygiene werden trockenes Toilettenpapier und feuchte Reinigungstücher angewendet. Bei der Anwendung erweist sich als nachteilig, dass das Toilettenpapier und die Reinigungstücher örtlich getrennt dargeboten werden und die feuchten Reinigungstücher austrocknen können. In gewissen Situationen kann dies sehr unangenehm sein.
In der DE A 26 44 871 ist ein Toilettenkasten beschrieben, dem trockenes und befeuchtetes Toilettenpapier von einer Vorratsrolle entnommen werden kann. Der Kasten besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem Gehäuse, in welchem ein Rollenhalter für das Toilettenpapier angeordnet ist und einer Flasche die ausserhalb des Gehäuses angeordnet ist. Im Behälter sind eine Umlenkrolle für das Toilettenpapier, eine unter Federwirkung stehende Förderrolle für das Toilettenpapier, ein Flüssigkeitsbehälter, der mit der Flasche kommuniziert und eine Befeuchtungsrolle angeordnet, die mit dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter leitungsmässig verbunden ist. Das Toilettenpapier ist über Umlenkrolle und die Förderrolle geführt und durch diese an einem Organ mit einer Abreisskante gehalten. In dieser Stellung kann trockenes Toilettenpapier abgezogen werden. Um das Toilettenpapier anzufeuchten, wird das Toilettenpapier gegen die Federwirkung mit der in leitungsmässiger Verbindung mit dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter stehenden Rolle in Anlage gebracht.
Die Nachteile des Kastens sind darin zu sehen, dass durch Ziehen am Toilettenpapier entgegen der Federwirkung das Toilettenpapier befeuchtet wird, wobei der Grad der Befeuchtung von der Abzugsgeschwindigkeit abhängig ist. Dadurch kann Toilettenpapier lediglich teilweise oder zu stark befeuchtet werden. Bei zu hoher Zugkraft kann das befeuchtete Toilettenpapier zerrissen oder das trockene Toilettenpapier ausserhalb der Perforation abgerissen werden und ist folglich unbrauchbar. Für die Anwendung von nicht perforierten Hygienepapier ab Rolle ist der Kasten nicht geeignet. Der Grund hierfür ist in der relativ hohen Reissfestigkeit der Hygienepapiers zu sehen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde einen Spender für Hygienepapier zu schaffen, der die vorstehend genannten Nachteile nicht aufweist.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss mit den Merkmalen des unabhängigen Anspruches gelöst. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen.
Der Erfindung liegt der Gedanke zugrunde mittels eines Spenders trockenes Hygienepapier bereitzuhalten bzw. befeuchtetes Hygienepapier darzubieten, welches nach dem Abreissen als Toilettenpapier bzw. als Reinigungstuch anwendbar ist. Hierzu sind Rollenhalter für das jeweilige Hygienepapier an einem Gehäuse angeordnet, eine Einheit zum Befeuchten des Hygienepapiers mit einem Flüssigkeitstank, einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter und einer Befeuchtungsrolle, die miteinander kommunizieren, eine Einheit zum Spende mit einer Förderolle zum Fördern des Hygienepapiers, die unter Zwischenlage des Hygienepapiers mit der Befeuchtungsrolle in Kontakt steht, mit einer Antriebseinheit für die Förderrolle und eine Steuereinheit vorgesehen
Die mit der Erfindung erreichbaren Vorteile sind im Wesentlichen darin zu sehen, dass im Handel erhältliches, trockenes Toilettenpapier bereitgehalten wird und als Reinigungstücher anwendbares, befeuchtetes Hygienepapier gespendet werden und dass der Spender einfach ausgebildet und zu handhaben ist.
Es ist von Vorteil, wenn das Gehäuse aus einem Grundgehäuse und einem Einschubteil besteht, die über Steckverbindungen verbunden sind, wenn drei Flüssigkeitstanks am Grundgehäuse angeordnet sind und wenn der Einschubteil den Flüssigkeitsbehälter umfasst. Dadurch wird die Wartung und insbesondere die Reinigung des Spenders erleichtert.
Zum Abdecken der Rolle mit dem Hygienepapier und des Flüssigkeitsbehälters kann eine Haube mit einem Mittel zum Abtrennen der Hygienepapiers vorgesehen werden. Damit wird der Nassteil des Spenders abgedeckt und die Möglichkeit geschaffen perforiertes als auch nicht perforiertes Hygienepapier anzuwenden.
Werden die Führungsrolle und die Förderrolle in der Haube drehbar angeordnet, kann bei herunter geschwenkter Haube das Hygienepapier in vorteilhafter Weise leicht eingelegt werden.

Das Gehäuse 1 enthält einen U-förmigen Halter 11 bestehend aus einem Basisabschnitt 12 zum Befestigen des Spenders an einer Wand oder dgl. und einen rechtwinklig davon abstehenden Wandabschnitt 13 sowie einen U-förmigen Tragteil 14 für die Rollenhalter 2 und 4, der im Halter 11 angeordnet und mit diesem lösbar oder fest verbunden ist. Die Rollenhalter 2 und 4 sind am Basisabschnitt des Tragteiles 14 befestigt. Das Gehäuse 1 enthält ferner eine schwenkbare Klappe 16, die dem ersten Rollenhalter 2 zugeordnet ist und eine Haube 17 zum Abdecken des Nassteil des Spenders, die um die Achse 18 schwenkbar angeordnet ist. In der Haube 17 ist ein Schlitz 19 zur Abgabe der Reinigungstücher vorgesehen.
Das Gehäuse 1, die Klappe 16 und die Haube 17 bestehen mit Vorteil aus Kunststoff oder aus Metall. Es können auch Kombinationen dieser Werkstoffe angewendet werden.
Die Einheit 6 zum Befeuchten umfasst einen Flüssigkeitsbehälter 21, einen Flüssigkeitstank 22 und eine Befeuchtungsrolle 23. Der Flüssigkeitsbehälter 21 ist U-förmig so ausgebildet, dass der eine Schenkel 25 und der Basisabschnitt 26 als Rohr und der andere Schenkel 27 als Wanne ausgestaltet sind. Der Flüssigkeitsbehälter 21 ist auf den Wandabschnitt 13 so angeordnet, dass der eine Schenkel 25 unterhalb des Flüssigkeitstanks 22 liegt. Der Flüssigkeitstank 22 hat einen Stutzen 28, der in eine im Schenkel 25 vorgesehenen Öffnung 29 unter gleichzeitiger Öffnung des Flüssigkeitsbehälters eingesetzt werden kann. Die Befeuchtungsrolle 23 ist in dem als Wanne ausgebildeten Schenkel 27 um die Achse 30 frei drehbar angeordnet.
Die Einheit 7 zum Spenden umfasst eine Führungsrolle 31, eine Förderrolle 32 und eine Antriebseinheit 33 für die Förderrolle 32. Die Führungsrolle 31 und die Förderrolle 32 sind um die Achsen 34 und 39 in Lagerorganen 35 drehbar angeordnet, wobei die Förderrolle 32 auf der Befeuchtungsrolle 23 aufliegt. In den Lagerorganen 35 ist jeweils ein Schlitz 36 zum Einlegen und Abheben der Förderrolle 32 vorgesehen. Die Antriebseinheit 33 umfasst einen Schrittmotor 37 mit einer Riemenscheibe, der mit der Steuereinheit 9 verbunden ist, eine Riemenscheibe 38, die auf der Achse 39 der Förderrolle 32 befestigt ist und einen Riemen 40.
Die Steuereinheit 9 ist im Gehäuse 1 angeordnet und umfasst eine herkömmliche elektronische Steuerung, die von einer Batterie gespeist und einem Schalter aktiviert wird.
Es wird auf die Figuren 4 und 5 Bezug genommen. Diese Figuren zeigen eine zweite Ausführung des Spenders, die sich im Wesentlichen in der Ausführung der Einheit zum Spenden von der ersten Ausführung unterscheiden. In der folgenden Beschreibung werden daher nur die Unterschiede beschrieben.
Die Einheit 30 zum Spenden umfasst eine Führungsrolle 31, eine Förderrolle 32 und eine Antriebseinheit 33 für die Förderrolle 32. Die Führungsrolle 31 und die Förderrolle 32 sind an einem Halter 51 angeordnet. Der Halter 51 besteht aus zwei Hebeln 52 und zwei Achsen 34 und 39 auf denen die Führungsrolle 31 und die Förderrolle 32 drehbar angeordnet sind, wobei die Förderrolle 32 auf der Befeuchtungsrolle 23 aufliegt. Die Achsen 34 und 39 sind lösbar an den Hebeln 52 montiert. Aus der Fig.2 ist ersichtlich, dass der Halter 51 um eine Achse 54 am Flüssigkeitsbehälter 21 schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Ferner ist zum Schwenken des Halters 51 an der Haube 17 eine Führung 55 vorgesehen, die mit der Achse 34 der Führungsrolle 31 in Wirkverbindung ist.
Die Antriebseinheit 33 umfasst einen Schrittmotor 37, der mit der Steuereinheit 9 verbunden ist, ein erstes Zahnrad 57, das auf der Achse des Schrittmotors 37 befestigt ist und ein zweites Zahnrad 58, das auf der Achse 39 der Förderrolle 32 befestigt ist.
Bei einer nicht dargestellten, modifizierten Ausführung des vorstehend beschriebenen Spenders wird auf die Führung 55 verzichtet, so dass der Halter 51 bei geöffneter Haube 17 manuell verstellt werden kann. Anstelle der Führung wird ein Organ vorgesehen, welches bei geschlossener Haube 17 die Zahnräder 57 und 58 in Eingriff hält.
Es wird auf die Figuren 6 bis 9 Bezug genommen. Der Spender enthält ein Gehäuse 61, einen ersten Rollenhalter 62 zur Aufnahme einer Vorratsrolle 3 mit Toilettenpapier, einen zweiten Rollenhalter 63 zur Aufnahme einer Vorratsrolle 5 mit zu befeuchtenden Hygienepapier, eine Einheit 64 zum Befeuchten, eine Einheit zum Spenden 65 und eine Steuereinheit 9.
Gegenüber den vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungen enthält das Gehäuse 61 ein Grundgehäuse 66 zum Befestigen an einer Wand oder dgl. und einen Einschubteil 67, der mit dem Grundgehäuse 66 lösbar verbunden ist. Das Grundgehäuse 66 besteht aus einem rechteckiger Kasten, der an der unteren Schmalseite geschlossen und an der oberen Schmalseite mit verschliessbaren Öffnungen versehen ist und einem Tragteil 68, der rechtwinklig abstehend an der unteren Schmalseite des Grundgehäuses 66 befestigt ist. Die Rollenhalter 62, 63 sind am Grundgehäuse 66 montiert. Das Grundgehäuse 66 enthält ferner eine schwenkbare Klappe 16. Der Einschubteil 67 weist Rastklinken 69 auf, die in Öffnungen im Grundgehäuse 66 einführbar sind und Stützabschnitte 70 auf, in welche der Tragteil 68 einführbar ist, das Ganze derart; dass der Einschubteil 67 abnehmbar angeordnet ist.
Eine Haube 71 ist an einem Ansatz 88 schwenkbar angeordnet, der am Einschubteil 67 ausgebildet ist. Die Haube 71 weist eine Öffnung 72 zur Abgabe des befeuchteten Hygienepapiers auf. Eine Abreissklinge 73 zum Abreissen befeuchteten Hygienepapiers ist im Bereich der Öffnung 72 an der Haubenwand oder am Ansatz 88 des Einschubteils 67 angeordnet. Anstelle der Abreissklinge kann an der Öffnung 72 einer Abreisskante ausgebildet sein.
Gegenüber den vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungen enthält die Einheit 64 zum Befeuchten enthält drei Flüssigkeitstanks 81, einen Flüssigkeitsbehälter 82, der in den Einschubteil 67 integriert ist und eine Befeuchtungsrolle 23. Der Flüssigkeitsbehälter 82 weist eine wannenförmige Vertiefung 84 zur Aufnahme der Befeuchtungsrolle 23, einen Anschlussabschnitt 85 zum Anschliessen eines Flüssigkeitstanks 81 und eine rinnenförmige Vertiefung 86 zum Verbinden der wannenförmige Vertiefung 84 mit dem Anschlussabschnitt 86 auf. Die Befeuchtungsrolle 23 ist frei drehbar in der wannenförmigen Vertiefung 84 angeordnet.
Die Einheit 65 zum Spenden umfasst eine Führungsrolle 31, eine Förderrolle 91 und eine Antriebseinheit 33. Gegenüber den vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungen sind die Führungsrolle 31 und die Förderrolle 91 in der Haube 71 und die Antriebseinheit 33 am Grundgehäuse 66 als auch in der Haube 71 angeordnet. Die Antriebseinheit 33 umfasst einen Schrittmotor 37, der am Tragteil 68 des Grundgehäuses 66 befestigt ist, ein erstes Zahnrad 57, das auf der Motorachse befestigt ist und ein zweites Zahnrad 58, das auf der Achse 92 der Förderrolle 91 befestigt ist. Die Förderrolle 91 weist am Umfang ringförmige Vorsprüngen 93 auf, die zur Gewährleistung der Förderung des befeuchteten Hygienepapiers mit einer Riffelung versehen sind.
Die Steuereinheit 9 ist im Grundgehäuse 66 angeordnet und enthält einen elektronischen Schaltkreis, der von einer Batterie oder aus dem Hausnetz gespeist und mit einem Schalter aktiviert wird. Die Steuereinheit 9 ist mit Vorteil derart ausgeführt, dass bei der Betätigung des Schalters eine bestimmte Länge oder durch Betätigung des Schalters eine beliebige Länge von Befeuchtetem Hygienepapier gespendet werden.
Es wird auf die Figur 10 Bezug genommen. Anstelle der vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungen kann eine modifizierte Antriebseinheit vorgesehen werden, die ein erstes Reibrad (97), das mit dem Schrittmotor (37) verbunden ist, ein zweites Reibrad (98), das mit der Förderrolle (32;91) verbunden ist und ein Federelement (99) zum Andrücken des zweiten Reibrads an das erste Reibrad aufweist. Hierzu ist die Förderrolle in einem Langloch gelagert.

Claims (10)

  1. Spender für Hygienepapier bzw. Reinigungstücher, enthaltend ein Gehäuse (1; 61), einen Rollenhalter (4; 63) zur Aufnahme einer Rolle (5) mit einem Hygienepapier, eine Einheit (6; 64) zum Befeuchten des Hygienepapiers mit einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter (21; 82) mit einer Befeuchtungsrolle (23) und mit mindestens einem Flüssigkeitstank (22; 81), der mit der Befeuchtungsrolle (23) kommuniziert, eine Einheit (7; 65) zum Spenden von befeuchtetem Hygienepapier mit einer Förderrolle (32; 91) und mit einer Antriebseinheit (33) für die Förderrolle,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollenhalter (4; 63) und die Flüssigkeitstanks (22; 81) am Gehäuse (1; 61) angeordnet sind, dass eine Haube (17) zum Abdecken der Rolle mit dem Hygienepapier am Gehäuse (1; 61) schwenkbar angeordnet ist, dass eine Führungsrolle (31) zwischen der Einheit (64) zum Befeuchten und der Rolle (5) mit dem Hygienepapier angeordnet ist und dass die Förderrolle (32; 91) unter Zwischenlage des Hygienepapiers auf der Befeuchtungsrolle (23) aufliegt.
  2. Spender nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (61) aus einem Grundgehäuse (66) und einem Einschubteil (67) besteht, die über Mittel (69, 70) lösbar verbunden sind und die Haube (17) das Einschubteil abdeckt.
  3. Spender nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube (17) am Einschubteil (67) des Gehäuses schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
  4. Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befeuchtungsrolle (23) frei drehbar und abnehmbar im Flüssigkeitsbehälter (21; 82) angeordnet ist.
  5. Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsrolle (31) und die Förderrolle (32; 91) in der Haube (17) drehbar angeordnet sind.
  6. Spender nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinheit (33) einen Schrittmotor (37) enthält, der am Grundgehäuse (66) befestigt ist.
  7. Spender nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Schrittmotor (37) ein Riementrieb zugeordnet ist, der mit der Befeuchtungsrolle (23) verbunden ist.
  8. Spender nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Schrittmotor (37) ein Zahntrieb zugeordnet ist, der mit der Förderrolle (91) verbunden ist.
  9. Spender nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei Flüssigkeitstanks (81) im Grundgehäuse (66) angeordnet sind und dass der Flüssigkeitsbehälter (82) im Einschubteil (67) integriert ist.
  10. Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flüssigkeitsbehälter (82) und die Einheit (65) zum Spenden von befeuchtetem Hygienepapier am Einschubteil (67) vorgesehen sind.
