Description

- eine Faltstation, in der die mit einem Klebestreifen versehenen Zuschnittteile zur Herstellung einer Klebeverbindung um 180° umgelegt, also gefaltet werden,
- eine Überleitstation, die die gefalteten, mit noch nicht abgebundenen Klebenähten versehenen Zuschnitte in allen Teilen exakt ausgerichtet der nachfolgenden Sammel- und Presseinrichtung zuführt, und
- eine Sammel- und Presseinrichtung, in der zunächst ein Schuppenstrom aus gefalteten Zuschnitten gebildet wird, der anschließend zwischen Pressbändern für einige Zeit unter Druck gehalten wird, damit die Klebenähte abbinden.

Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Änderung der Taktabstände von Zuschnitten während der Verarbeitung in einer Faltschachtelklebemaschine mit mehreren hintereinander angeordneten Bearbeitungsstationen, die jeweils mindestens einen Antrieb für ihre Fördermittel aufweisen und einer zentralen Steuerung für die Antriebe
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:Vorgabe eines frei definierbaren Taktabstandes für die Zuschnitte in mindestens einer vorgegebenen beliebigen Bearbeitungsstation,Bestimmen des tatsächlichen Taktabstandes in dieser und/oder einer beliebigen vorherigen Bearbeitungsstation,Anpassen der Geschwindigkeitsprofile für den Transport der Zuschnitte in den vorherigen Bearbeitungsstationen zur Erreichung des vorgegebenen Taktabstandes. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebe (12) für die Bearbeitungsstationen Servomotoren mit Rückführsystem sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebe (12) für die Bearbeitungsstationen Drehstrom-Servomotoren mit Resolverrückführung sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine gemeinsame Steuereinrichtung für die Antriebe (12), wobei der Antrieb (12) der Faltstation (4) als Masterantrieb und die Antriebe der übrigen Stationen (1, 6, 7) mit gleicher Geschwindigkeit oder einer konstanten Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz zum Masterantrieb betrieben werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebe (12) für die Fördermittel (8) in den einzelnen Stationen (1, 4, 6, 7) jeweils an derselben Längsseite der Maschine und die Bedienelemente an der anderen Maschinenseite angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltkästen (14) der Antriebe (12) das seitliche äußere Ende der Servomotoren abdecken und so zugleich als Schutz dienen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben den Fördermitteln weitere in den Bearbeitungsstationen angeordnete Bearbeitungsgeräte, insbesondere die Leimscheibe eines Leimauftragswerkes, von eigenen Servomotoren angetrieben sind, die separat einschaltbar sind.
