Claims (10)
- Manchon, notamment manchon en toile de caoutchouc et manchon de support de machine d'impression composé d'une structure précisément à deux couches avec une couche intérieure formant la couche de support (11), et d'une couche extérieure servant de couche de couverture (12) pour transmettre la pression,
la couche extérieure ou couche de couverture (12) sont reliée directement à la couche intérieure ou couche de support (11), et
la couche de support (11) de même que la couche de couverture (12) sont soudées pour former un manchon ou un cylindre creux,
le manchon est réalisé de manière globalement souple et il est emmanché à la manière d'une chaussette sur le manchon de support, ferme. - Manchon selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la couche de support (11) est incompressible. - Manchon selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la couche de support (11) est compressible et elle est réalisée de préférence comme couche composite renforcée par des fibres. - Manchon selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

la couche de support (11) a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,1 mm et 100 mm. - Manchon selon les revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
la couche de couverture (12) a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,1 mm et 10 mm. - Manchon selon les revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
la couche de couverture (12) est de préférence scellée avec du vernis. - Manchon, notamment manchon en toile de caoutchouc et manchon de support d'une machine d'impression ayant une structure précisément à trois couches, composée :- d'une couche intérieure formant une couche de support (14),- d'une couche extérieure formant une couche de couverture (15), la couche de support (14) de même que la couche de couverture (15) étant soudées pour former un manchon ou un cylindre creux, et la couche extérieure servant à transmettre la pression et- d'une couche de registre (16) installée entre la couche de support (14) et la couche de couverture (15),la couche extérieure ou couche de couverture (15) et la couche intérieure ou couche de support (14) étant reliées directement à la couche de registre (16) sur des côtés différents de la couche de registre (16), le manchon est globalement réalisé de manière souple et il est emmanché comme d'une chaussette sur le manchon de support solide.
- Manchon selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que
la couche de support (14) et la couche de couverture (15) sont compressibles, et
la couche de registre (16) est incompressible. - Manchon selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que
la couche de support (14) est incompressible, la couche de couverture (15) est compressible, et
