Claims (13)
- Manchon en caoutchouc pour une machine d'impression ayant une structure à au moins deux couches, comportant une couche intérieure réalisée sous la forme d'une couche de support (11 ; 18 ; 25) ainsi qu'une couche extérieure constituant la couche fonctionnelle (12 ; 19 ; 26) et servant au procédé d'impression,
la couche de support (11 ; 18 ; 25) et la couche fonctionnelle (12 ; 19 ; 26) font partie d'une toile en caoutchouc mise en forme pour constituer le manchon en caoutchouc, cette toile étant assemblée au niveau des surfaces de jonction qui se font face de la couche de support (11 ; 18 ; 25) et de la couche fonctionnelle (12 ; 19 ; 26),
caractérisé en ce qu'
au moins les surfaces de jonction (13, 14 ; 20, 21 ; 27, 28) ou la couche de support (11 ; 18 ; 25) sont agrandies par rapport à des surfaces de jonction passant par la direction radiale pour recevoir les efforts périphériques appliqués au manchon en caoutchouc. - Manchon en caoutchouc selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'

les surfaces de jonction de la couche de support et de la couche fonctionnelle sont délimitées par des arêtes de jonction, à savoir des premières arêtes de jonction qui s'étendent sur toute la largeur axiale du manchon en caoutchouc et par des secondes arêtes qui s'étendent sur l'épaisseur radiale du manchon en caoutchouc. - Manchon en caoutchouc selon la revendication 5,

les premières arêtes de jonction de la couche fonctionnelle (26) sont profilées dans la direction axiale du manchon en caoutchouc. - Manchon en caoutchouc selon les revendications 1 à 10,

d'autres couches sont placées entre la couche de support et la couche fonctionnelle et les surfaces de jonction de ces autres couches sont réalisées comme les surfaces de jonction de la couche de support et/ou de la couche fonctionnelle. - Manchon en caoutchouc selon les revendications 1 à 11,

la couche de support (11 ; 18 ; 25) est souple et renforcée par des fibres. - Procédé de fabrication d'un manchon en caoutchouc pour une machine d'impression selon les revendications 1 à 12 comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes :a) fourniture d'une toile en caoutchouc ayant une structure à au moins deux couches, comprenant une couche intérieure en forme de couche de support et une couche extérieure réalisée comme couche fonctionnelle et servant au procédé d'impression,b) travail de la toile en caoutchouc au niveau de ses surfaces latérales servant de surfaces de jonction en agrandissant au moins les surfaces de jonction de la couche de support,c) mise en forme de manchon de la toile en caoutchouc, etd) assemblage de celle-ci au niveau des surfaces de jonction pour former le manchon en caoutchouc.
