Claims (7)
- Procédé pour former un couvercle en tôle, de préférence pour une canette de boisson, avec un panneau (10) et une zone d'ouverture qui y est définie par une ligne entaillée (16) ainsi qu'un point de fixation (11) pour une languette de préhension pour enfoncer la zone d'ouverture (17), dans lequel(i) au moins une saillie (20) de section transversale asymétrique, qui sert de moyen de blocage de rotation horizontal, est façonnée deux fois sur le panneau (10) et présente une pente plus forte sur son flanc orienté vers un segment d'attache que sur son flanc qui en est éloigné, dans lequel le flanc orienté vers le segment d'attache forme un gradin orienté à l'opposé du segment d'attache et s'étendant presque perpendiculairement au panneau (10),(a) une fois pour le formage d'une préforme (20*) de la saillie dans un panneau (10) du couvercle en tôle, ladite préforme étant située près du segment d'attache d'une languette de préhension (30), mais à distance du point de fixation (11),(b) une fois pour le post-formage d'au moins un bord avant de la préforme (20*) d'au moins une saillie pour former le moyen de blocage de rotation;(ii) dans lequel aucune ligne entaillée (16) n'est pratiquée dans le panneau ni lors du formage ni lors du post-formage;(iii) pour obtenir un meilleur moyen de blocage horizontal pour un segment de bord externe - associé au bord avant post-formé - du segment d'attache de la languette de préhension.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un formage de la ligne entaillée (16) dans le panneau (10) s'effectue dans le temps après formage de la préforme (20*) d'au moins une saillie (20), en particulier dans une étape suivante.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le post-formage comprend un estampage permettant d'aplatir et de renforcer une face supérieure de la saillie (20).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le renforcement est une réduction de l'épaisseur de tôle d'au moins 10%.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel un formage de la ligne entaillée (16) dans le panneau (10) s'effectue dans le temps après le post-formage de la préforme (20*) d'au moins une saillie (20), en particulier à une étape suivante.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un formage de la ligne entaillée (16) dans le panneau (10) a lieu dans le temps après le préformage de la préforme (20*) d'au moins une saillie (20) dans le même panneau, en particulier à une étape suivante, et dans le temps avant le post-formage de la préforme (20*) d'au moins une saillie (20) dans le même panneau, en particulier à une étape précédente.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'étape suivante et l'étape précédente sont les mêmes.
