Claims (16)

  1. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte comprenant
    un châssis de fenêtre (1) ou un châssis de porte,

    un profilé de protection contre la pluie (4) pour le montage dans la zone de débordement (24) du châssis dormant (2),
    des moyens de fixation pour la fixation du profilé de protection contre la pluie (4) au châssis dormant (2),
    dans laquelle il est prévu comme moyens de fixation une multiplicité de supports individuels (6), qui sont assemblés au châssis dormant (2), sur le côté frontal de celui-ci, à distance l'un de l'autre,
    dans laquelle le support respectif (6) est formé de telle manière qu'il soit fixé dans la région du côté frontal extérieur (13) du châssis dormant (2) décalé vers l'intérieur de l'épaulement (12), et
    dans laquelle les supports individuels (6) maintiennent le profilé de protection contre la pluie (4) par rapport au châssis dormant (2) en formant un écartement (B, C),
    caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un assemblage à déclic pour l'assemblage du profilé de protection contre la pluie (4) et du support respectif (6), et le profilé de protection contre la pluie (4) ne s'étend que sur la région du débordement de châssis (24) et ne pénètre pas dans la région située entre le châssis de fenêtre (1) ou le châssis de porte et le châssis dormant (2).
  2. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le support respectif (6) présente une paroi arrière en particulier plane qui s'applique à plat sur le châssis dormant (2).
  3. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le support respectif (6) repose par son bord inférieur sur l'extrémité intérieure de l'épaulement (12).
  4. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le support respectif (6) présente un côté inférieur s'étendant en oblique en correspondance avec l'épaulement (12).
  5. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le profilé de protection contre la pluie (4) recouvre à l'état monté le châssis d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte.
  6. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le profilé de protection contre la pluie (4) présente un profilé de base (22) et un profilé rapporté (23) assemblé à celui-ci, en particulier sous la forme d'une pièce de bois ou d'un profilé de bois.
  7. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le profilé de protection contre la pluie (4) présente une région saillante, en particulier de façon essentiellement horizontale, qui s'engage dans un évidement (15) sur le support (6) pour la fixation du profilé de protection contre la pluie (4).
  8. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la région saillante est formée par deux ailes élastiques (10, 11).
  9. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la largeur du support (6) se situe dans la plage de 10 à 40 mm, de préférence de 15 à 30 mm.
  10. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la hauteur du support se situe dans la plage de 10 à 40 mm, de préférence de 15 à 30 mm.
  11. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les supports (6) peuvent être montés à une distance A de 150 à 350 mm, de préférence de 200 à 300 mm.
  12. Construction de fenêtre ou de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le support (6) est configuré de telle manière qu'à l'état monté du support (6), il se trouve au moins entre le profilé de protection contre la pluie (4) et le châssis dormant (2) de la matière du support (6) en particulier avec une épaisseur d'au moins 4,0 mm, de préférence au moins 5,0 mm.
