Claims (15)
- Fenêtre de toit (1) avec un cadre dormant (2) et un cadre ouvrant (4) déplaçable par rapport au cadre dormant (2) et portant un vitrage (6), le vitrage (6) étant supporté sur un montant de cadre ouvrant (5) du cadre ouvrant (4) auquel est disposé un joint de cadre ouvrant (12) pour combler une fente d'air (10) présente entre le cadre dormant (2) et le cadre ouvrant (4), le joint de cadre ouvrant chevauchant, vu en coupe transversale, un montant de cadre dormant (3) du cadre dormant (2) au moins dans certaines régions lorsque la fenêtre de toit (1) est fermée, caractérisée en ce qu'un bloc isolant (18) disposé entre le cadre dormant (2) et le cadre ouvrant (4) et venant en prise dans le fente d'air (10) pour l'isolation thermique de la fenêtre de toit (1) est intégralement formé avec le joint de cadre ouvrant (12), de telle manière que le joint de cadre ouvrant (12) et le bloc isolant (18) sont présents sous forme d'un composant commun.
- Fenêtre de toit selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un noyau du joint de cadre ouvrant (12) est constitué d'un matériau isolant dans laquelle le noyau est muni d'une couche de surface résistant aux intempéries.
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le noyau est constitué d'un matériau plastique, notamment d'un matériau plastique expansé.
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la couche de surface est constituée du même matériau que le noyau, notamment est formée au moyen d'un traitement de surface du noyau.
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la couche de surface est constitué d'un matériau différent que le noyau, en particulier est présente sous forme de revêtement de surface appliqué au noyau après sa fabrication.
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le joint de cadre ouvrant (12) repose, d'au moins dans certaines régions, contre une paroi latérale (20) du montant de cadre ouvrant (5) dans laquelle la paroi latérale (20) limite la fente d'air (10).
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le joint de cadre ouvrant (12), vu en coupe transversale, chevauche un profilé de maintien (17), monté sur le montant de cadre dormant (3), pour la fixation d'une tôle de cadre couvreur sur le cadre dormant (2) et/ou une entretoise transversale de la tôle de cadre couvreur venant en prise dans le profilé de maintien (17).
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le joint de cadre ouvrant (12) repose de manière étanche sur une surface supérieure du montant de cadre dormant (3) et/ou du profilé de maintien (17) lorsque la fenêtre de toit (1) est fermée.
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le joint de cadre ouvrant (12) est maintenu dans une rainure de montage (14) du montant de cadre ouvrant (5) par engagement positif.
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une entretoise d'égouttage (23) faisant saillie dans la direction du joint de cadre ouvrant (12) est formée au niveau du montant de cadre ouvrant (5).
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une surface supérieure (26) du joint de cadre ouvrant (12) est disposée, dans sa position de montage, continuellement au-dessous une surface supérieure de l'entretoise d'égouttage (23), vue en coupe transversale, ou en ce que la surface supérieure (26) du joint de cadre ouvrant (12) est formée au-dessus de la surface supérieure de l'entretoise d'égouttage (23), vue en coupe transversale, et dans le joint de cadre ouvrant (12) est formé au moins un canal de drainage (27), dont le fond (28) est situé au-dessous de la surface supérieure de l'entretoise d'égouttage (23) ou s'aligne avec la surface supérieure.
- Fenêtre de toit selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le canal de drainage (27) est formé par formage du joint de cadre ouvrant (12), notamment par gaufrage.
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le joint de cadre ouvrant (12) repose contre une entretoise de support (15) du montant de cadre ouvrant (5) dans laquelle l'entretoise de support (15) est présenté dans la fente d'air (10).
- Fenêtre de toit selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que le joint de cadre ouvrant (12) s'engage sous l'entretoise de support (15) avec une saillie de maintien (29) pour la fixation par engagement positif sur le montant de cadre ouvrant (5).
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le joint de cadre ouvrant (12) présente une région de surface plane faisant face au montant de cadre dormant (3), la région étant parallèle, notamment parallèle et espacée, à une face interne plane du montant de cadre dormant (3) faisant face au montant de cadre ouvrant (5), lorsque la fenêtre de toit (1) est fermée.
