Claims (31)
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung mit einem Sperrelement, das von einem über eine Steuerung gesteuerten Aktuator bewegt wird und wenigstens einem Personensensor und einem Zugangsberechtigungsleser vor dem Sperrelement, wobei durch Steuerung des Aktuators das Sperrelement bei gültiger Lesung einer Zugangsberechtigung mit dem Zugangsberechtigungsleser den Zugang freigibt, während er ihn bei Detektion einer Person mit dem Personensensor und ungültiger Lesung der Zugangsberechtigung blockiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem einen, ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) ein zweiter Zugangsberechtigungsleser (13, 15) im Bereich des Sperrelements (1) angeordnet ist und der Aktuator in Abhängigkeit einer gültigen oder ungültigen Lesung der Zugangsberechtigung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) und/oder dem zweiten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (13, 15) und in Abhängigkeit der Detektion einer Person mit dem Personensensor (16) ansteuerbar ist.
- Zugangskontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung des Aktuators durch die beiden Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14; 13, 15) derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Aktuator bei gültiger Lesung einer Zugangsberechtigung von dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14), bei Detektion einer Person und ungültiger Lesung der Zugangsberechtigung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) von dem zweiten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (13, 15) und bei gültiger Lesung der Zugangsberechtigung der detektierten Person mit dem zweiten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (13, 15) wieder von dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) angesteuert wird.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugangsberechtigungleser (12, 14; 13, 15) durch berührungslos wirkende Leser gebildet werden.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer (14) der berührungslos wirkenden Zugangsberechtigungsleser eine Antenne (12, 12') auf beiden Seiten der Zugangsspur (7) aufweist.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Sperrelements (1) zusätzlich ein Zugangsberechtigungsleser (19) zum Einstecken eines Tickets mit einer Zugangsberechtigung vorgesehen ist.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zugang (7) in beiden Richtungen passierbar ausgebildet ist und sowohl in der einen wie in der anderen Zugangsrichtung vor dem zweiten Zugangsberechtigungssensor (13, 15) ein erster Zugangsberechtigungssensor (12, 14) angeordnet ist.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator derart angesteuert wird, dass das Sperrelement (1) vor gültiger Lesung einer Zugangsberechtigung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) den Zugang blockiert und erst nach gültiger Lesung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) freigibt.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator derart angesteuert wird, dass das Sperrelement (1) vor gültiger Lesung einer Zugangsberechtigung mit dem zweiten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (13,15) den Zugang blockiert und erst nach gültiger Lesung mit dem zweiten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) freigibt.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrelement (1) nach gültiger Lesung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) den Zugang (7) freigibt, bevor ihn die detektierte Person erreicht.
- Zugangskontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator derart angesteuert wird, dass das Sperrelement (1) den Zugang (7) vor Lesung der Zugangsberechtigung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) freigibt und erst nach ungültiger Lesung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) und Detektion einer Person mit dem Personensensor (16) den Zugang (7) blockiert.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrelement (1) bei Freigabe des Zugangs (7) in den Zugang (7) bewegt ist, ohne ihn zu blockieren.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrelement (1) nach gültiger Lesung der Zugangsberechtigung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) zur Anzeige der Freigabe aus dem Zugang (7) heraus bewegt wird.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung des Aktuators wahlweise derart umschaltbar ist, dass das Sperrelement (1) entweder den Zugang (7) vor gültiger Lesung einer Zugangsberechtigung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) blockiert und erst nach gültiger Lesung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) freigibt oder den Zugang (7) vor Lesung der Zugangsberechtigung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) freigibt und erst nach ungültiger Lesung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) und Detektion einer Person mit dem Personensensor (16) blockiert.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung des Aktuators derart umschaltbar ist, dass bei regelmäßigem Personenfluss das Sperrelement (1) den Zugang (7) vor Lesung der Zugangsberechtigung mit dem ersten Zugangsberechtigungsleser (12, 14) freigibt und bei abnehmendem Personenfluss mit zeitlicher Verzögerung vor gültiger Lesung einer Zugangsberechtigung den Zugang (7) blockiert.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Personensensoren vor dem Sperrelement (1) vorgesehen sind.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Personensensor im Bereich des Sperrelements (1) und/oder nach dem Sperrelement (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Personensensoren eine unterschiedliche Abtastscharakteristik aufweisen und/oder einen unterschiedlichen Abtastwinkel mit der Zugangsrichtung (5) einschließen.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator ein Motor (2) ist und das Sperrelement (1) durch einen vom Motor (2) antreibbaren Drehstern gebildet wird.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (2) zum Antrieb des Sperrelements (1) in beiden Drehrichtungen ausgebildet ist.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein optischer und/oder akustischer Signalgeber zur Anzeige der Blockierung des Zugangs vorgesehen ist.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehstern wenigstens einen Sperrarm (3, 4) aufweist.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, und 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Detektion einer stehenden Person durch den nach dem Sperrelement (1) vorgesehenen Personensensor der Sperrarm (3) bei erneuter Betätigung des Sperrelements (1) von der Person nach dem Sperrelement (1) weggeschwenkt wird.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrarm (3, 4) gepolstert und/oder nachgiebig ausgebildet ist.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrarm (3, 4)aus Kunststoffmaterial ausgeführt ist.
- Zugangskontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehstern nur einen Sperrarm aufweist, welcher in der Freigabeposition schräg nach unten vom Zugang (7) weg gerichtet ist.
