Definitions
- the invention relates to an access control device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the blocking member often consists of a turnstile with a rotatable rotary member.
- the rotary element can have only one locking arm which can be rotated 360 ° in each case between the locking positions.
- the blocking arm is rotated by the actuator in a first partial rotation from the blocking position downwards into the release position.
- a person sensor is provided, which controls the actuator such that upon detection of a person in the region of the blocking member of the blocking arm is transferred in a second partial rotation back into the blocking position.
- Access control devices are used for example in stadiums, fairs, baths, amusement parks and a variety of other facilities that are also visited by wheelchair users or people with small children in a stroller. Since a turnstile or the like turnstile with a wheelchair or stroller can not be passed, a separate access for wheelchair users and children must be provided in addition to the turnstile as the main entrance as in DE 200 09 698 U1 described, for example, a motorized swing door. For this purpose, a control person must be turned off, which operates the locking device for the separate access manually.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a persons access control device with a locking device, which also allows access control with wheelchairs and strollers without much additional effort.
- the locking member is transferred to the release position when the access authorization reader has read a valid access authorization and then controls the actuator accordingly. If a person without wheelchair or stroller passes the access, it is preferably detected by a person sensor that controls the actuator so that the locking member is returned to the blocking position only when the person has passed the released locking member.
- a wheelchair or stroller is detected by the inventively provided sensor for wheelchair or stroller detection, which controls the actuator such that the locking member is first transferred to the blocking position when the Wheelchair or stroller has left the detection range of this sensor.
- one or more optoelectric sensors such as light scanners or light barriers, may be used, the detection area of which is designed to distinguish a wheelchair or stroller from a person in an upright position.
- an electronic image processing can be used, which allows this distinction. Since large parts of a wheelchair or stroller are made of metal, however, an inductive sensor for wheelchair or stroller detection is particularly preferred.
- the inductive sensor can be designed as an induction loop, which is embedded in the region of the locking member in the bottom of the access track.
- the locking member can release the access only when the person sensor detects a person, a wheelchair or stroller. It is essential, however, that the locking member in a wheelchair or stroller occupies its blocking position only when the wheelchair or stroller has passed the access track so far that he can not be blocked by the closing closure member. Accordingly, according to the invention, the actuator of the sensor for wheelchair and / or stroller detection until the transfer of the locking member of the Release position activated in the locked position when the wheelchair or stroller has left the detection area of the wheelchair and / or pushchair sensor. To ensure that the closing locking member does not block the wheelchair or stroller, different measures can be taken.
- the detection range of the wheelchair and / or pushchair sensor relative to the region of the locking member can be designed so that the wheelchair or stroller has left the area of the locking member before the locking member closes.
- a time control can be provided so that the actuator closes the locking member only after a predetermined time after the wheelchair or stroller has exited the detection range of the sensor.
- the locking member is transferred to the release position, where it takes the release position until the stroller or wheelchair the detection range of the sensor for wheelchair and / or Baby carriage detection and also the person pushing have left the detection area of the personal sensor. Only then is the blocking member transferred from the release position into the blocking position.
- a means of classification between a stroller and a toddler may be provided a wheelchair provided with an adult, for example, by a scale arranged in the access track.
- the classification device can also be formed by an image acquisition unit with downstream image processing and evaluation.
- the personal sensor can also be designed.
- the actuator is preferably a motor, in particular an electric motor. However, for example, it can also by an electromagnet, a by a pressure medium, eg compressed air, operable piston / cylinder unit or another drive are formed.
- a motor in particular an electric motor.
- it can also by an electromagnet, a by a pressure medium, eg compressed air, operable piston / cylinder unit or another drive are formed.
- the access control device can be designed as a turnstile.
- the rotary star preferably has only one blocking arm.
- the axis of rotation of the turnstile can be arranged vertically, but for space reasons, preferably a rotary star is used, the axis of rotation relative to the horizontal by 30 ° to 60 °, preferably 40 ° to 50 °, is inclined.
- the angle of the blocking arm with respect to the axis of rotation of the rotary star is preferably 30 ° to 60 °, in particular 40 ° to 50 °. In its downwardly turned release position, the locking arm extends at an angle of at most 10 ° to the vertical in the passageway. If the rotary star has two rotating arms, the two pivot arms enclose an angle of approximately 120 ° with each other.
- the locking arm is rotated in each case by 360 ° between two locking positions. With valid reading of an access authorization so that a locking arm is rotated in a first partial rotation of the blocking position from top to bottom in the release position.
- the angle of rotation of the first partial rotation may be 90 ° to 270 °, in particular 110 ° to 250 °.
- a pushing a stroller or a wheelchair person is determined by simultaneous or in quick succession response of the sensor for wheelchair and / or stroller detection and the person sensor, so that the locking arm in the Release position remains until the pushing person has reached at least the position in which they can push the locking arm at the second partial rotation. Namely, it is not necessary to exclude that the locking arm does not come into contact with the person pushing during the second partial rotation, in particular when the rotational speed of the second partial rotation is limited.
- a slight touch of the pushing person leads namely hardly to a comfort impairment, but has the advantage that the passage speed of the person pushing the wheelchair or stroller is increased for psychological reasons. For the same reason, a wheelchair user can be pushed by the lock arm at the second partial rotation.
- the locking arm takes the release position until it has been determined by the person sensor that the person has reached at least the position in which they the locking arm at most during the second partial rotation touched to move on.
- the access authorization reader can be formed by a non-contact reader, in particular for the reading of RFID transponders with pass-through authorization stored thereon. However, it may also be a plug-in reader, for example, for magnetic, barcode, chip or the like cards.
- the personal sensor can be designed, for example, as an optoelectronic sensor.
- the access control device designed as a rotary star barrier member 1, which is driven by an electric motor, not shown, as an actuator.
- the locking member 1 is provided with a locking arm 2 for locking the access 3, which is passed in the direction of arrow 4.
- the blocking member 1 has an axis of rotation 5, which is inclined relative to the horizontal by approximately 45 °.
- the angle which the blocking arm 2 encloses with the axis of rotation 5 is approximately 45 °. While the locking arm 2 is pivoted in the locked position of Figure 1 approximately in the horizontal position and thus blocks the access 3, it is pivoted in the release position of Figure 2 approximately vertically down, so that the access 3 is released.
- the access control device has a frame with a housing 6, in which the actuator or rotary drive, so the electric motor and the drive gear, and the electronic control are arranged.
- a further housing 7 is arranged, in which a plug-in reader as access authorization reader eg for magnetic cards with it stored access authorization is provided, which are inserted via the card jaw 8 in the insert reader.
- a display 9 in the housing 7 provides information to the user, eg "access free”.
- an optoelectronic sensor is also provided as a person sensor 11, the detection area 12 shown in Figure 3a, 3c and 3d, however, omitted in Figure 3b for reasons of clarity.
- a first and a second induction loop as the first sensor 13 and second sensor 14 for wheelchair and stroller detection are recessed.
- the blocking arm 2 When the wheelchair user 15 approaches the access 3 according to FIG. 3a, the blocking arm 2 is in the blocking position (FIG. 1). After insertion of the card in the card mouth 8 according to Figure 3b is valid reading of the card by the reading device of the engine or the transmission so controlled that the locking arm 2 in a first partial rotation according to the arrow 16 forward and downward to the release position is pivoted ( Figure 2).
- the wheelchair user 15 is in accordance with Figure 3c on the first sensor 13 for wheelchair and stroller detection, which controls the motor or the motor gear so that the locking arm 2 remains in the release position.
- the blocking member 1 When the wheelchair user 15 according to FIG. 3d leaves the first sensor 13 and reaches the second sensor 14, the blocking member 1 is activated such that the blocking arm 2 is rotated in a second partial rotation from the release position according to the arrow 17 upwards into the new blocking position.
- the detection area 12 is designed so that the locking arm 2 remains in the release position until the pushing person has reached at least the position in which they can push the locking arm 2 at the second partial rotation.
- the locking arm 2 remains after valid reading the access authorization in the release position until the person has reached at least the position in which they can push the locking arm 2 at the second partial rotation ,
