Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein system mit einem Geräbeträger, einer stationäre Aufnahmeeinheit und einem mobilen Gerätewagen wobei der Geräteträger durch einen Koppelmechanismus an die stationäre Aufnahmeeinheit oder an den mobilen Gerätewagen Koppelbar ist. Ein mit dem mobilen Gerätewagen anzukoppelnder Geräteträger kann beispielsweise eine Infusionseinheit sein, die Pumpenstangen aufweist, an denen in der Regel mehrere motorbetriebene Infusionspumpen oder Spritzenpumpen oder auch nur einfache Infusionsflaschen für eine Schwerkraft-Infusion befestigt sind.
- Solche Infusionseinheiten können sich sowohl im Operationssaal als auch auf Intensivstationen befinden. Dort sind sie zum Beispiel an entsprechenden Decken- bzw. Wandstativen abnehmbar angebracht.
- Um den Patienten während eines innerklinischen Transports weiter zu versorgen, müssen die Patienten weiter mit den medizinischen Geräten verbunden bleiben. Dazu muß zum Beispiel der Geräteträger in Form der Infusionseinheit von dem Decken- bzw. Wandstativ abgenommen und zusammen mit einem Krankenbett, in dem sich der Patient befindet, bewegt werden.
- Aus der WO 00/09061 ist ein System zum Übertragen eines Geräteträgers zwischen einem Krankenbett und einem mobilen Gerätewagen bekannt. Der Gerätewagen der WO 00/09061 weist ein Kopplungsbauteil auf, das vertikal bewegbar an dem Gerätewagen montiert ist. An dem Krankbett und an dem Geräteträger sind Kopplungsvorrichtungen vorgesehen, so dass der Geräteträger wahlweise an das Krankenbett bzw. an den mobilen Gerätewagen koppelbar ist. Ferner ist an dem Gerätewagen eine Kurbel zum Anheben und Absenken des Kopplungsbauteils vorgesehen, so dass ein Koppeln und Entkoppeln des Geräteträgers an das Krankenbett bzw. an den mobilen Gerätewagen durch Drehen der Kurbel durchführbar ist.
- Aus dem deutschen Patentdokument P 39 17 892 ist eine Infusionsversorgungseinrichtung bekannt, die eine Versorgungsanschlüsse aufweisende Ablageplatte besitzt, die jeweils eine lösbare Verbindung einerseits mit einem stationären Stativ und andererseits mit einem mobilen Wagen aufweist.
- Der mobile Wagen weist einen Ausleger auf, auf dem die Ablageplatte der Infusionsversorgungseinrichtung gelagert werden kann. Die Übergabe der Infusionsversorgungseinrichtung von dem stationären Stativ auf den mobilen Wagen erfolgt, indem der Ausleger des fahrbaren Wagens unter die Ablageplatte der Infusionsversorgungseinrichtung gebracht wird und die Ablageplatte untergreift und aufnimmt. Der Ausleger wird anschließend etwas angehoben, so dass er die Ablageplatte mitsamt der Infusionsversorgungseinrichtung trägt. Das Prinzip entspricht der Arbeitsweise eines Gabelstaplers. Diese Lösung ist jedoch aufwändig in der Konstruktion und in der Handhabung.
- Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Koppelmechanismus eines mobilen Gerätewagens vorzusehen, der sich durch eine einfache Handhabung und Konstruktion auszeichnet.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
- Das Vorsehen eines Hebelmechanismus sorgt für eine einfache Konstruktion und niedrige Bedienkräfte. Die einfache Mechanik ist nicht störanfällig und somit kann eine dauerhafte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise gewährleistet werden.
- Die vorteilhafte Weiterbildung durch eine vertikale Verschiebbarkeit einer Aufnahme, die beweglich in einer Säule des mobilen Gerätewagens gelagert ist, sorgt für eine definierte Führung der beweglichen Aufnahme, wodurch der Koppelvorgang vereinfacht wird.
- Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist eine Querstrebe am Geräteträger als Einhängevorrichtung vorgesehen. Das Vorsehen eines Aufnahmeelementes an einer stationären Aufnahmeinheit, z. B. einem medizinischen Deckenstativ, und/oder an dem mobilen Gerätewagen zur Aufnahme der Querstrebe sorgt für einen einfachen Koppelvorgang.
- Eine weitere vorteilhafte Weiterbildung wird durch das Vorsehen von zwei vertikal beabstandeten Querstreben als Einhängevorrichtungen und von zwei entsprechenden Aufnahmen am mobilen Gerätewagen oder an der stationären Aufnahmeeinheit realisiert, da dadurch ein Verkippen der mobilen Infusionseinheit während des Ein- oder Auskoppelns vermieden werden kann.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Schwenkmechanik ist vorteilhaft, da dadurch eine kreisförmige Schwenkbewegung in eine vertikale Auf- und Abbewegung umgesetzt wird, wobei das Schwenkelement als Hebel dient, der die notwendigen Kräfte zum Anheben der beweglichen Aufnahme reduziert und die Handhabung vereinfacht.
- Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Weiterbildung nach Anspruch 14 kann verhindert werden, daß ein labiles Gleichgewicht entstehen kann, wodurch die bewegliche Aufnahme leicht versehentlich aus der angehobenen Position in die abgesenkte Position gebracht werden könnte. Die Vertiefung in der Kulisse sorgt vielmehr dafür, daß der Bolzen durch teilweisen Formschluß in dieser Position verbleibt und nur durch Überwinden eines Widerstands durch einen erhöhten Kraftaufwand aus dieser Position gebracht werden kann.
- Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung eines derzeit bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren.

- In Figur 1 sind eine stationäre Aufnahmeeinheit 3 in Form eines Stativkopfes eines medizinischen Deckenstatives, ein mobiler Gerätewagen 15, und ein Krankenbett 33 schematisch dargestellt.
Die stationäre Aufnahmeeinheit 3 weist auf einer Vorderseite 1a stationäre Aufnahmeelemente 1 auf, die hakenförmig ausgebildet sind. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel sind insgesamt vier hakenförmigen Aufnahmeelemente 1 vorgesehen, wobei jeweils zwei nebeneinander zu einem Paar angeordnet sind und zwei Paar nebeneinander angeordneter Haken in einem Abstand senkrecht zueinander vorgesehen sind. Die Haken sind leicht nach oben gebogen, um ein sicheres Einhaken zu gewährleisten. - Der mobile Gerätewagen 15 weist ein Fahrgestell 31 auf, auf dem eine Säule 4 befestigt ist. An der Säule ist eine Andockvorrichtung 32 vorgesehen, um den mobilen Gerätewagen an das Krankenbett 33 anzudocken.
- In Figur 2 ist der mobile Gerätewagen 15 von der anderen Seite zu sehen. An der Säule 4 ist ein Pumpenstangenträger 2 angekoppelt. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel besteht der Pumpenstangenträger aus zwei Trägerprofilen 29 und 30, die über Querstreben 10, 12 miteinander verbunden sind. An den nach außen zeigenden Seiten der Trägerprofile 29 und 30 sind waagrecht Haltearme 7 montiert, die wiederum Pumpenstangen 8 halten, wie sowohl in Figur 1 als auch 2 zu sehen ist. An der Pumpenstange 8 sind im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel Spritzenpumpen 9, die hier nur schematisch dargestellt sind, befestigt. Die nach außen zeigende Seite der Trägerprofile 29 und 30 ist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel mit Steckdosen 11 versehen. Der elektrische Anschluss des Pumpenstangenträgers muß dann nur noch über einen oder zwei Anschlüsse mit der externen Versorgung erfolgen. Fer-ner können am Pumpenstangenträger Batterien vorgesehen sein, die einen Batteriebetrieb der mobilen Infusionseinheit ermöglichen, wenn die Motorspritzen, etc. von der externen Stromversorgung vorübergehend getrennt werden.
- In den Figuren 3 bis 5 sind im Einzelnen die bewegliche Aufnahme 5 und die Säule 4 gezeigt, die im Folgenden detailliert erläutert werden.
- Wie in Figur 3 zu sehen ist, besteht die bewegliche Aufnahme 5 aus einem C-Profil mit breiter Basis 5a und kurzen Schenkeln 5b. Gemäß Figur 3 sind auf der den Schenkeln 5b abgewandten Seite der Basis 5a Aufnahmeelemente 25 vorgesehen. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel handelt es sich auch hier um die gleichen hakenförmigen Aufnahmeelemente wie die bereits zuvor beschriebenen hakenförmigen Aufnahmeelemente 1, die am Stativkopf 3 befestigt sind. Auf deren Erläuterung wird verwiesen. Dementsprechend sind auch an der beweglichen Aufnahme 5 zwei jeweils horizontal nebeneinander angeordnete Paare von Aufnahmeelementen 25 vorgesehen. Ferner sind an den kurzen Schenkeln 5b auf den zueinander zeigenden Seiten Rollen 23 vorgesehen, die drehbar gelagert sind. Des Weiteren sind Rollen 34 an der Basis 5a des C-Profils der beweglichen Aufnahme 5 vorgesehen. Diese sind so gelagert, dass ihre Drehachsen parallel zu den kurzen Schenkeln ausgerichtet sind.
- Wie in Figur 3 zu sehen ist, erstreckt sich entlang der Mittelachse der beweglichen Aufnahme 5 ein Kulissenelement 16 senkrecht zur Basis 5a des C-Profils bzw. parallel zu den kurzen Schenkeln 5b. Das Kulissenelement 16 ist laschenförmig und besitzt eine Kulisse 17 in Form eines horizontal verlaufenden Langloches. Die Kulisse 17 besitzt an der der Basis 5a des C-Profils abgewandten Seite zwei Vertiefungen 17a und 17b, die im montierten Zustand in Fig 3 nach oben und unten zeigen.
- Wie in Figur 4 zu erkennen ist, dienen die Rollen 23 zur Führung der beweglichen Aufnahme 5 in der Säule 4. Die Säule 4 besitzt ein hierfür geeignetes Profil, das im Querschnitt mehrere rechtwinklige Rippen 35 aufweist, an denen die Rollen 23 entlang laufen. Ferner weist die Säule 4 auf jeder Seite im mittleren Bereich eine sich rechtwinklig erstreckende Rippe 36 auf. Diese, zusammen mit einer Rückseite einer Rippe 35, dienen zur Führung der Rollen 34. Durch diese ineinander greifenden Profile der beweglichen Aufnahme 5 und der Säule 4 wird eine stabile und gleichmäßige Führung der beweglichen Aufnahme 5 bei ihrer Auf- und Abbewegung erzielt.
- Gemäß Figur 6 ist an der Säule 4 ein Abstandselement 18 befestigt, das ebenfalls laschenförmig ausgebildet ist und sich parallel zu dem Kulissenelement 16 erstreckt. An dem Abstandselement 18 ist ein mit einem Handgriff 22 versehenes Schwenkelement 19 drehbar gelagert. Die drehbare Lagerung erfolgt über eine Schwenkachse 20. Wie in Figur 4 erkennbar ist, ragt das Kulissenelement 16 durch einen nicht dargestellten Schlitz in der Säule 4. Dieser Schlitz erstreckt sich vertikal mittig in der Säule 4. Er ist länger als das Kulissenelement 16, so daß das Kulissenelement 16 und damit die gesamte bewegliche Aufnahme 5 in dem Schlitz verschiebbar ist. Das Schwenkelement 19 weist ferner einen Bolzen 21 auf, der sich durch die Kulisse 17 erstreckt. Der Bolzen 21 und die Schwenkachse 20 sind in einem Abstand d, der in Figur 7 gezeigt ist, voneinander beabstandet.
- Im Folgenden wird die Schwenkbewegung des Schwenkelements 19 und die damit verbundene Hubbewegung der beweglichen Aufnahme 5 anhand der Figuren 6 bis 8 und 9a bis 9e näher erläutert.
- Figur 6 zeigt das Schwenkelement 19 in einer Position, in der der Handgriff 22 nach oben zeigt. Dies ist die Stellung, in der der mobile Gerätewagen 15 zum Ankoppeln an den am Stativkopf 3 angebrachten Pumpenstangenträger 2 herangefahren wird. Die Aufnahmeelemente 25 befinden sich dabei in der niedrigsten Position, wie im Vergleich mit den Figuren 7 und 8 erkennbar ist. Die Schwenkachse 20 und der Bolzen 21 sind senkrecht übereinander angeordnet. Der Bolzen 21 befindet sich am äußeren linken Ende der Kulisse 17 in der Vertiefung 17a (siehe Figur 3). Diese Position entspricht der in Figur 9b dargestellten Situation.
- Wird der Handgriff 22 um 90° im Gegenuhrzeigersinn gedreht, erreicht man die waagrechte Position, die in Figur 7 dargestellt ist. In dieser Position befinden sich der Bolzen 21 und die Schwenkachse 20 in einer horizontalen Ebene, die durch die Kulisse 17 geht. Der Bolzen 21 bewegt sich dabei in der Kulisse 17 gezwungenermaßen aus seiner ganz linken Position in Figur 6 in die äußerste rechte Position gemäß Figur 7. Um eine solche Bewegung überhaupt ermöglichen zu können, ist es notwendig, dass das Kulissenelement 16 vertikal beweglich ist. Dies wird durch den bereits erwähnten Schlitz in der Säule 4 ermöglicht, so daß sich das Kulissenelement 16 und damit die gesamte bewegliche Aufnahme 5 auf und ab bewegen kann. Diese Position entspricht der in Figur 9c dargestellten Situation.
- Wird nun der Handgriff 22 um weitere 90° nach unten geschwenkt, wird die Position erreicht, wie sie in Figur 8 dargestellt ist. Die Schwenkachse 20 und der Bolzen 21 sind nun wieder in einer gemeinsamen senkrechten Ebene angeordnet. Der Bolzen 21 befindet sich wieder in der am weitesten außen gelegenen linken Position der Kulisse 17, genauer gesagt in der Vertiefung 17b. Um diese Bewegung zu ermöglichen, muss das Kulissenelement 16 noch weiter nach oben bewegt werden, mitsamt der beweglichen Aufnahme 5 und den daran angebrachten Aufnahmeelementen 25, wie in Figur 8 gezeigt ist. Nun befinden sich die Aufnahmeelemente 25 in einer höher gelegenen Position als die Aufnahmeelemente 1 des Stativkopfs 3. Diese Position entspricht der Position, die in Figur 9d gezeigt ist.
- Wie in den Figuren 9b bis 9d zu sehen ist, wird dadurch der Pumpenstangenträger 2 aus der Position, in der er in den Aufnahmeelementen 1 am Stativkopf 3 eingehängt ist, in eine Position gebracht, in der er an den Aufnahmeelementen 25 der mobilen Infusionseinheit 15 eingehängt ist. Wie in Figur 9e gezeigt ist, kann der mobile Gerätewagen nun von dem Stativkopf 3 entfernt werden. Die Übergabe des Pumpenstangenträgers 2 an den mobilen Gerätewagen 15 erfolgt also durch eine Schwenkbewegung des Schwenkelementes 19 an dem Handgriff 22 um 180° von oben nach unten, wobei die Rotationsbewegung über die beschriebene Schwenkmechanik in eine geradlinige Hubbewegung umgewandelt wird.
- Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel wird die Hubbewegung durch die Kraft einer Gasfeder 24 unterstützt, die in Figur 5 gezeigt ist. Die Gasfeder 24 ist sowohl an der Säule 4 als auch an der beweglichen Aufnahme 5 befestigt und drängt die bewegliche Aufnahme 5 nach oben. Durch die Aufwärtsbewegung werden mit Hilfe der Aufnahmeelemente 25 am mobilen Gerätewagen die hinteren Querstreben 10 und 27 des Pumpenstangenträgers 2 aus den Aufnahmeelementen 1 am Stativkopf 3 gehoben und die vorderen Querstreben 12 und 26 liegen nur noch auf den Aufnahmeelementen 25 auf.
- Ein labiles Gleichgewicht, durch das die Aufnahme 5 unerwünschterweise aus der angehobenen Position gebracht werden könnte, wird durch das Vorsehen der Vertiefung 17b in der Kulisse 17 des Kulissenelementes 16 und den dadurch entstehenden teilweisen Formschluss verhindert.
- Es besteht außerdem die Möglichkeit, an dem mobilen Gerätewagen weitere Geräte, wie beispielsweise ein Beatmungsgerät, O2-Flaschen, einen Notfallkoffer, einen Trenntrafo, etc., anzubringen.
- Der Pumpenstangenträger 2 kann nach der Trennung der elektrischen Versorgung der auf ihm befestigten Geräte vom Stativkopf 3 weggefahren und an das Krankenbett 33 angekoppelt werden. Durch die Positionierung des Ankoppelmechanismus auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Aufnahmen für den Pumpenstangenträger 2 ist es nicht erforderlich, den mobilen Gerätewagen um seine Hochachse zu drehen, so dass die zum Patienten gehenden Versorgungsleitungen nicht um den mobilen Gerätewagen herumgeführt werden müssen.
- Die Übergabe an die Aufnahmeelemente 1 am Stativkopf 3 erfolgt sinngemäß in der umgekehrten Reihenfolge.
Claims (14)
- System mit einem Geräteträger (2), einer stationären Aufnahmeeinheit und einem mobilen Gerätewagen (15), wobei der Geräteträger durch einen koppel mechanismus an die stationäre Aufnahmeeinheit oder an den mobilen Gerätewagen koppelbar ist,- der Geräteträger (2) mindestens eine Einhängevorrichtung (10, 12) aufweist, und- die stationäre Aufnahmeeinheit mindestens ein Aufnahmeelement (1) zur Aufnahme der Einhängevorrichtung (10) aufweist,- der mobile Gerätewagen (15) eine Säule (4) und eine relativ dazu bewegliche Aufnahme (5) mit mindestens einem Aufnahmeelement (25) zur Aufnahme der Einhängevorrichtung (10, 12) aufweist, und- der Koppelmechanismus, eine Bewegungsvorrichtung zum Bewegen der beweglichen Aufnahme (5) umfasst, wobei an der beweglichen Aufnahme (5) ein Kulissenelement (16) mit einer sich im wesentlichen horizontal erstreckenden Kulisse (17) vorgesehen ist, - an der Säule (4) ein sich parallel zu dem Kulissenelement (16) erstreckendes Abstandselement (18) vorgesehen ist, an dem ein Schwenkelement (19) über eine Schwenkachse (20) drehbar gelagert ist, wobei das Schwenkelement in einem gewissen Abstand (d) zur Schwenkachse einen sich in wesentlichen horizontal erstreckenden Bolzen (21) aufweist, der sich durch die Kulisse erstreckt.
- System nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einhängevorrichtung (10, 12) eine im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende Querstrebe ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei, die bewegliche Aufnahme (5) im wesentlichen vertikal bewegbar ist.
- System gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei an dem Schwenkelement (13) ein Handgriff (22) vorgesehen ist.
- System gemäß einem dervorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei in der Säule (4) ein vertikaler Schlitz vorgesehen ist.
- System gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die bewegliche Aufnahme (5) und/oder die Säule (4) Rollen (23, 34) zur gegenseitigen Führung bei der vertikalen Verschiebung beider Teile zueinander aufweist
- System gemäß einem der Vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Gasdruckfeder (24) vorgesehen ist, die an der Säule (4) und der beweglichen Aufnahme (5) befestigt ist und die vertikale Bewegung der beweglichen Aufnahme (5)unterstützt.
- System gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die bewegliche Aufnahme (5) zwei vertikal übereinander angeordnete Aufnahmeelemente (25) aufweist.
- System gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Aufnahmeelement (1, 25) hakenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- System gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der eine erste vordere Querstrebe (12) für die kopplung mit dem Aufnahmeelement (25) an dem mobilen Gerätewagen (15) und eine erste hintere Querstrebe (10) für die Kopplung mit der Aufnahmeelement (1) an der stationaren Aufnahmeeinheit (3) aufweist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 10, wobei die Einhängevorrichtung eine zweite vordere Querstrebe (26) aufweist, die vertikal beabstandet zur ersten vorderen Querstrebe (12) angeordnet ist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, wobei die Einhängevorrichtung eine zweite hintere Querstrebe (27) aufweist, die vertikal beabstandet zur ersten hinteren Querstrebe (10) angeordnet ist.
- System gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2-12, wobei der Geräteträger (2) zwei Trägerprofile (29, 30) aufweist, die über die Querstreben (10, 12, 26, 27) miteinander verbunden sind.
- System gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kulisse (17) an einem Ende, an dem sich der Bolzen (21) befindet, wenn sich die Aufnahme (5) im angehobenen Zustand befindet, eine Vertiefung (17b) aufweist.
