Definitions
- the invention relates to a coupling mechanism of a mobile equipment cart for coupling a device carrier for medical Equipment.
- a device carrier to be coupled with the mobile equipment cart For example, it may be an infusion unit, the pump rods which usually has several motorized Infusion pumps or syringe pumps or even simple Infusion bottles are attached for gravity infusion.
- Such infusion units can be located both in the operating room as well as in intensive care units. There they are, for example removably attached to appropriate ceiling or wall tripods.
- the device carrier in the form of the infusion unit of the ceiling or wall stand removed and together with a hospital bed in which the Patient is moving.
- German patent document P 39 17 892 is an infusion supply device known to have a supply connections having a support plate, each having a detachable connection on the one hand with a stationary tripod and on the other hand with a mobile cart.
- the mobile cart has a boom on which the tray the infusion device can be stored.
- the transfer of the infusion device from the stationary Tripod on the mobile cart is done by the boom of the mobile carriage under the shelf of the infusion device is brought and the shelf plate engages under and picks up. The boom is then raised slightly, so that he the tray with the infusion device wearing.
- the principle corresponds to the operation of a Forklift.
- this solution is expensive in construction and in handling.
- lever mechanism ensures a simple construction and low operating forces.
- the simple mechanics is not susceptible to interference and thus can be a permanent and reliable Working method can be guaranteed.
- a cross strut on the equipment rack is provided as a suspension device.
- a medical ceiling stand, and / or on the mobile equipment cart for receiving the crossbar ensures a simple coupling process.
- a further advantageous development is provided by the provision of two vertically spaced crossbars as suspension devices and two corresponding shots on the mobile equipment cart or realized at the stationary receiving unit because thereby tilting the mobile infusion unit during the Coupling or decoupling can be avoided.
- pivoting mechanism characterized by a circular pivoting movement is converted into a vertical up and down movement, wherein the pivoting element serves as a lever, the necessary Forces reduced to lift the movable receptacle and the Handling simplified.

- the pivoting element 19 has Furthermore, a bolt 21 which extends through the link 17.
- the bolt 21 and the pivot axis 20 are at a distance d shown in Fig. 7 is spaced from each other.
- FIG. 6 shows the pivoting element 19 in a position in which the handle 22 points upwards. This is the position in which the mobile equipment cart 15 for coupling to the on the tripod head. 3 mounted pump rod support 2 is moved up. The recording elements 25 are in the lowest position, as can be seen in comparison with Figures 7 and 8.
- the Pivot axis 20 and the bolt 21 are perpendicular to each other arranged. The bolt 21 is located at the outer left end the backdrop 17 in the recess 17a (see Figure 3). This position corresponds to the situation shown in Figure 9b.
- the handle 22 is pivoted by another 90 ° down, the position is reached, as shown in Figure 8.
- the pivot axis 20 and the bolt 21 are now back in one arranged common vertical plane.
- the bolt 21 is located back in the leftmost position the scenery 17, more specifically in the recess 17b.
- the gate element 16 still needs to are moved upwards, together with the movable receptacle 5 and the attached receiving elements 25, as shown in Figure 8 is.
- the receiving elements 25 are in one higher position than the receiving elements 1 of the tripod head 3. This position corresponds to the position shown in FIG. 9d is shown.
- the lifting movement is through supports the force of a gas spring 24, shown in Figure 5 is.
- the gas spring 24 is on both the column 4 and on the movable receptacle 5 is fixed and urges the movable receptacle 5 upwards.
- the upward movement will help with the receiving elements 25 on the mobile equipment cart the rear Cross struts 10 and 27 of the pump rod support 2 from the receiving elements 1 lifted on the tripod head 3 and the front cross struts 12 and 26 are only on the receiving elements 25.
- a labile balance through which the intake 5 undesirably could be brought from the raised position, is provided by the provision of the recess 17 b in the gate 17 of the Gate element 16 and the resulting partial Positive locking prevented.
- the pump rod carrier 2 can after the separation of the electric Supplying the devices mounted on it from the tripod head 3 wegrion and coupled to the hospital bed 33.
- the coupling mechanism on the opposite Side of the shots for the pump rod carrier 2 is it not required, the mobile equipment cart around its vertical axis to turn so that the supply lines going to the patient do not have to be led around the mobile equipment cart.
