Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung für ein Gerüst mit Gerüstetagen (49, 50, 52) mit Vertikalstielen (26), Riegeln, Belägen (54) und Geländerholmen (24) zur Montage eines erforderlichen temporär vorhandenen Geländerholms (22) von einer bestehenden Gerüstetage (50) für eine noch zu erstellende, darüber zu montierende Gerüstetage (52) miteiner vorderseitig an einen Vertikalstiel (26) der bestehenden Gerüstetage (50) anschließbaren Geländerstütze (12, 200) miteiner ersten Anschlusseinrichtung (14),einer zweiten Anschlusseinrichtung (90),einer dritten Anschlusseinrichtung (100),die erste Anschlusseinrichtung (14) im oberen Endbereich der Gerüststütze (12) angeordnet ist und zum Anschließen des temporären Geländerholms (22) dient,die dritte Anschlusseinrichtung (100) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie im Bereich des Anschlusses des montierten Geländerholms (24) an den montierten Vertikalstiel (20) der bestehenden Etage (50) lösbar anschließbar beziehungsweise aufsetzbar beziehungsweise einhängbar ist und der Abstand (A4) zwischen der dritten Anschlusseinrichtung (100) und der ersten Anschlusseinrichtung (14) so gewählt ist, dass sich der temporäre Geländerholm (22) bei angeschlossener dritter Anschlusseinrichtung (100) auf einem vorgegebenen Höhenniveau (H) bezüglich der noch zu erstellenden Gerüstetage (52) befindet,die zweite Anschlusseinrichtung (90) zwischen der ersten und dritten Anschlusseinrichtung (14, 100) zum lösbaren Anschluss an den Vertikalstiel (26) positioniert ist,Mittel zum lösbaren Arretieren der Anschlusseinrichtungen (90) vorhanden sind,Mittel zum Betätigen der Mittel zum lösbaren Arretieren vorhanden sind, die am oberen und/oder unteren Ende der Geländerstütze (200, 300) manuell ergreifbar vorhanden sind,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass

die zweite und/oder dritte Anschlusseinrichtung (90) einen nach vorne offene, U-förmigen Aufnahmebereich (114) aufweist und die Mittel zum Arretieren ein unter der Wirkung eines elastischen Elements (116) stehendes Hebelelement (118) aufweisen, das zum Arretieren den U-förmigen Aufnahmebereich (114) verengt beziehungsweise zum Lösen freigibt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Hebelelement (118) um eine Drehachse (119) drehbar ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Mittel zum lösbaren Arretieren am oberen und/oder unteren Endbereich der Geländerstütze (200, 300) eine Handhabe, insbesondere einen Handgriff (122), ein an die Handhabe angeschlossenes, innerhalb der Geländerstütze (200, 300) um eine Drehachse (128) drehbar gelagertes Drehprofil (124) und einen an das Drehprofil (124) und an das Hebelelement (118) angeschlossenen Seilzug (126) aufweisen, wobei durch Drehung der Handhabe (122) das Hebelelement (118) entgegen der Wirkung des elastischen Elements (116) drehbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie zweite und/oder die dritte Anschlusseinrichtung (90) zwei parallel beabstandet angeordnete Vorsprungprofile (146) mit dem nach vorne offenen U-förmigen Aufnahmebereich (114) aufweisen,zwischen den Vorsprungprofilen (146) Stegprofile (148) angeordnet sind unddas Hebelelement (118) mit dem Seilzug (126) zwischen den Vorsprungprofilen (146) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die dritte Anschlusseinrichtung (100) eine, insbesondere zwei parallel zu ihrer Längsrichtung beabstandete Laschen (60, 102) mit schräg nach unten weisenden Laschenbereichen (32) aufweist, wobei die Anschlusseinrichtung (100) so ausgebildet ist, dass die Geländer-stütze beim Anschluss unter alleiniger Wirkung ihres Eigengewichts eine vertikale Montagestellung einnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine vierte Anschlusseinrichtung (110) vorhanden ist, die als Vorsprungeinheit (21) ausgebildet ist, deren freier Stirnendbereich in montiertem Zustand der Geländerstütze (12) zumindest bereichsweise außenseitig an dem montierten Vertikalstiel (26) anliegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die vierte Anschlusseinrichtung (110) zwei beabstandete Anlagevorsprünge (112) aufweist, die in montiertem Zustand jeweils innenseitig am montierten Gerüst im Anschlussbereich anliegen und dadurch eine Verdrehsicherung bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die dritte und vierte Anschlusseinrichtung (100,110) einstückig ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die zweite Anschlusseinrichtung (90) und/oder die dritte Anschlusseinrichtung (100) und/oder die vierte
Anschlusseinrichtung (110) einen Anlagequerschnittskonturbereich aufweisen, der in montiertem Zustand an der Außenkontur des montierten Vertikalstiels (26) bereichsweise formschlüssig anliegt. - Hilfsgerüstvorrichtung als temporäres Geländer für ein Gerüst mit Gerüstetagen (49, 50, 52) mit Vertikalstielen (26), Riegeln, Belägen (54) und Geländerholmen (24) zur Montage eines erforderlichen temporär vorhandenen Geländerholms (22) von einer bestehenden Gerüstetage (50) für eine noch zu erstellende, darüber zu montierende Gerüstetage (52),dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Vorrichtung zumindest zwei an beabstandet angeordneten Vertikalstielen (26) angeschlossene Geländerstützen (200, 300) mit zumindest einem an die jeweilige Geländerstütze (200, 300) über die erste Anschlusseinrichtung (14) lösbar angeschlossenen teleskopierbaren Geländerholm (22) aufweist.
