Claims (18)
- Vorrichtung zum Umreifen eines Packgutes mit einem Umreifungsband, umfassend wenigstens eine die Umreifung durchführende Umreifungsmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schutzeinrichtung (3, 3') mit einer Zugangsöffnung (13) vorgesehen ist, in die und aus der die Umreifungsmaschine (2, 2a, 2b) durch die Zugangsöffnung (13) bewegbar ist, wobei die Schutzeinrichtung (3, 3') zumindest teilweise das Maschinengestell (4) und den Arbeitsbereich der darin angeordneten Umreifungsmaschine (2, 2a, 2b) verkleidet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzeinrichtung (3) zur Aufnahme einer Umreifungsmaschine (2) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Umreifungsmaschine (2) im Bereich des Maschinengestells (4) an lediglich einer Seite eine Verkleidung (6) aufweist, während die anderen zu verkleidenden Seiten von der Schutzeinrichtung (3) verkleidet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzeinrichtung (3') zur Aufnahme zweier oder mehr Umreifungsmaschinen (2a, 2b) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Umreifungsmaschinen (2a, 2b) im Bereich der Maschinengestelle an lediglich einer Seite eine Verkleidung (6a, 6b) aufweisen, während die anderen zu verkleidenden Seiten von der Schutzeinrichtung (3') verkleidet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzeinrichtung (3, 3') im Bereich oberhalb der Maschinengestellverkleidung (6, 6a, 6b) eine oder mehrere verschließbare Zugangsöffnungen (14) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einen oder jeden Umreifungsmaschine (2, 2a, 2b) wenigstens ein Sicherheitsschalter (23) zugeordnet ist, der bei eingebrachter Umreifungsmaschine (2, 2a, 2b) automatisch geschlossen wird, und der automatisch geöffnet wird, wenn die Umreifungsmaschine (2, 2a, 2b) entfernt wird, wodurch der Betrieb der einen oder aller Umreifungsmaschinen (2, 2a, 2b) unterbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mehreren in der Schutzeinrichtung (3') einbringbaren Umreifungsmaschinen (2a, 2b) jede Umreifungsmaschine (2a, 2b) wenigstens einen die Position der Umreifungsmaschine (2a, 2b) in der Schutzeinrichtung (3') angebenden Codierschalter (25) aufweist, der bei Erreichen der Einbringstellung automatisch betätigt wird, wobei in Abhängigkeit der Position die Steuerung der Umreifungsmaschine (2a, 2b) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einen oder jeder Umreifungsmaschine (2, 2a, 2b) zugeordnet an der Schutzvorrichtung (3, 3') ein in den Bewegungsweg des Packguts bewegbarer Packgutanschlag (16) und/oder eine Presseinrichtung (17) für das Packgut vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Packgutanschlag (16) und/oder die Packgutpresse (17) an einem oberhalb der eingebrachten Umreifungsmaschine(n) (2, 2a, 2b) verlaufenden Träger (15) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung des Packgutanschlags (16) und/oder der Packgutpresse (17) über die Umreifungsmaschine (2, 2a, 2b) steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Umreifungsmaschine (2, 2a, 2b) und der Schutzeinrichtung (3, 3') zusammenwirkende Arretiermittel (18, 19, 28, 29) zum Arretieren einer Umreifungsmaschine (2, 2a, 2b) in der eingebrachten Stellung vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretiermittel (18, 19, 30, 31) als Klemm-, Rast- oder Haftmittel ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretiermittel (18, 19) in Form eines gegen eine Rückstellkraft bewegbaren Auflageelements (21, 21a, 21b), das zumindest in der eingebrachten Stellung mit einem an ihm angreifenden, es gegen die Rückstellkraft drängenden Druckelement (20, 20a, 20b) zusammenwirkt, ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Auflageelement (21, 21 a, 21 b) und ein Druckelement (20, 20a, 20b) derart an der Schutzeinrichtung (3, 3') und der Umreifungsmaschine (2, 2a, 2b) angeordnet sind, dass das Druckelement (20, 20a, 20b) beim Bewegen der Umreifungsmaschine (2, 2a, 2b) auf das Auflageelement (21, 21 a, 21 b) aufschiebbar bzw. davon abziehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusammenwirkende Arretiermittel (18, 19), insbesondere ein Druckelement und ein Auflageelement, an einer parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung liegenden Seite des Maschinengestells (4) und an einer gegenüberliegenden Seite der Schutzeinrichtung (3, 3') angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusammenwirkende Arretiermittel (30, 31), insbesondere ein Druckelement und ein Auflageelement, an der Stirnseite des Maschinengestells (4) und an der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Schutzeinrichtung (3, 3') angeordnet sind.
