Claims (18)

  1. Procédé de nettoyage de l'écran (2) d'une installation de sérigraphie au cours duquel une bande de papier (5) est placée sous l'écran pour une impression intermédiaire puis imprimée par une racle guidée au-dessus de ce dernier, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure de l'écran (2) est enduite d'un produit de nettoyage avant la réalisation de l'impression intermédiaire.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'imprégnation est réalisée au moyen d'un cylindre rotatif (9) ou d'une brosse plongé(e) dans le produit de nettoyage et mis(e) en contact avec la face inférieure de l'écran (2).
  3. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire pour une machine de sérigraphie pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, avec une bande de papier (5) et un cylindre d'impression intermédiaire (7), la bande de papier (5) pouvant être introduite sous l'écran (2) en vue du nettoyage de ce dernier, caractérisé par un corps rotatif (9) affecté au dispositif d'impression intermédiaire (1) et disposé transversalement par rapport au sens de mouvement (8) du dispositif d'impression intermédiaire (1), ledit corps pouvant être enduit d'un produit de nettoyage et pouvant longer la face inférieure de l'écran (2) avant l'impression intermédiaire en contact avec cette dernière.
  4. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps rotatif est un cylindre (9) plongeant dans un bain de produit de nettoyage.
  5. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le produit de nettoyage est contenu dans un récipient (10) enveloppant par le bas le cylindre (9) et adapté à la forme de ce dernier.
  6. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le produit de nettoyage est amené au récipient (10) en circuit fermé.
  7. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la surface du cylindre (9) est rugueuse.
  8. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (9) est pourvu d'un pignon (16) disposé latéralement, lequel s'engrène avec une crémaillère (3) disposée près de l'écran (2) et fixée sur le cadre mère de la machine de sérigraphie.
  9. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps rotatif (9) peut être abaissé et relevé.
  10. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de commande pour la détermination du cycle de nettoyage.
  11. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (9) et le récipient (10) pour le produit de nettoyage attribué sont disposés à l'extrémité d'un cylindre d'impression intermédiaire (7) déplaçable dans le sens du mouvement de la racle, ladite extrémité étant tournée vers l'écran (2).
  12. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (9) et le récipient (10) sont disposés sur une paire de leviers pivotants (13).
  13. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon l'une des revendications 8 et 12, caractérisé en ce que la paire de leviers pivotants (13) peut être sollicitée par des cylindres pneumatiques (15), de sorte que le pignon (16) s'engrène avec la crémaillère (3).
  14. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre d'impression intermédiaire (7) est pourvu d'une bande de papier (5) porté par des rouleaux et pouvant être déplacée au moins de la longueur de l'écran (2).
  15. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la bande de papier (5) est conçue sous la forme d'une bande continue servant à la réception de la couleur et du nettoyant.
  16. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque le produit de nettoyage est en circulation, la bande continue est débarrassée de la couleur et, lorsqu'elle est sèche, est à nouveau disponible à l'impression.
  17. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que la bande continue est nettoyée avec un nettoyant amené en circuit fermé à l'aide de brosses, de racles de nettoyage et de buses de pulvérisation.
  18. Dispositif d'impression intermédiaire selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'impression intermédiaire servant au nettoyage de l'écran se fait à l'aide d'un cylindre porte-plaque se déroulant sous le tamis, ledit cylindre étant automatiquement nettoyé selon la revendication 17.
