Claims (10)
- Stapelgerät (1) für Lasten, insbesondere zur Aufnahme flach liegender Matratzen von einem Niveau und Weitergabe der flach liegenden Matratzen auf ein anderes Niveau, mit einem vertikal beweglichen Hubtisch (2) an mindestens drei mit Abstand zueinander stehenden Stützen (3, 4, 5, 6) und einem Ketten- oder Seilhubmechanismus (7, 8, 9, 10) für den Hubtisch (2),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Gewichte an den Stützen (3, 4, 5, 6) vorgesehen sind, die über den Ketten- oder Seilhubmechanismus (7, 8, 9, 10) so mit dem Hubtisch (2) verbunden sind, dass die Gewichte den Hubtisch (2) an den Stützen (3, 4, 5, 6) nach oben ziehen, wobei die Gewichte schwerer wiegen als der Hubtisch (2) plus Last und mindestens ein Transportgurt (23, 24) an dem Hubtisch (2) vorgesehen ist, der den Abstand zwischen mindestens zwei Stützen (3, 4, 5, 6) abdeckt und mit einem Antrieb (28) verbunden ist, der den Hubtisch (2) am Transportgurt (23, 24) vertikal nach unten zieht. - Stapelgerät (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubtisch (2) im wesentlichen rechteckig ist und vier Stützen (3, 4, 5, 6) an den Eckpunkten des Hubtischs (2) vorgesehen sind.
- Stapelgerät (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Transportgurte (23, 24) an dem Hubtisch (2) vorgesehen sind.
- Stapelgerät (1) gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Transportgurte (23, 24) an dem Hubtisch (2) gegenüberliegend vorgesehen sind.
- Stapelgerät (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vorzugsweise zwei sich gegenüberliegende Rollen (25) am Umfang des Hubtischs (2) vorgesehen sind zum Aufrollen der Transportgurte (23, 24).
- Stapelgerät (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Antriebswelle (27) unter dem Hubtisch (2) vorgesehen ist zum Aufrollen des Transportgurtes (23, 24).
- Stapelgerät (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewichte schwerer wiegen als der Hubtisch (2) plus eine Matratze und eine Person.
- Stapelgerät (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kippelement (36) des Hubtischs (2) schwenkbar ist.
- Stapelgerät (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil des Hubtisches (2) den Eintransport der Lasten durch quer zur Ausschubrichtung angeordnete Rollen bewirkt.
- Stapelgerät (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über dem Hubtisch (2) eine horizontal bewegliche Schubeinheit (37) vorgesehen ist.
