Abstract
Claims (10)
- Culbuteur (1) d'un mécanisme de soupapes d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant deux parois latérales (2, 3) qui sont connectées l'une à l'autre par une poutre transversale (4), laquelle poutre transversale (4) agit sur son côté inférieur (5) à une extrémité (6) sur au moins une soupape d'échange gazeux (7), et est montée à l'autre extrémité (8) par le biais d'une formation de type calotte (9) sur une tête (10) d'un élément de support (11), une pince (12) étant appliquée à l'autre extrémité (8), par le biais de laquelle le culbuteur (1) est fixé en position de manière mobile sur la tête (10) dans sa direction de pivotement, caractérisé en ce qu'une portion centrale (13) de la pince (12) constituée de matériau plat s'applique contre le côté inférieur (5) de la poutre transversale (4) à l'autre extrémité (8), et présente un évidement (14) en dessous de la formation (9), derrière le bord (15) duquel la tête (10) de l'élément de support (11) est maintenue, chaque paroi latérale (2, 3) étant entourée par une pièce (16, 17) en forme de languette sur sa surface extérieure (18, 19), cette pièce partant latéralement depuis la portion centrale (13) et s'encliquetant à son extrémité (20, 21) sur un côté supérieur (22, 23) ou sur une surface d'appui (24) sensiblement parallèle au côté supérieur, de telle sorte que l'extrémité (20, 21) de la pièce (16, 17) vienne en prise par le dessus avec au moins plus de la moitié d'une largeur du côté supérieur (22, 23) ou de la surface d'appui (24).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une paroi latérale (2, 3) présente sur sa surface extérieure (18, 19) un évidement (25) en forme de fente s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale du culbuteur, pour former la surface d'appui (24), dans laquelle l'extrémité (20, 21) de la pièce correspondante (16, 17) de la pince (12) est encliquetée (figure 2).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une paroi latérale (2, 3) présente sur son côté supérieur (22, 23) un rehaussement qui, vu dans la direction longitudinale du culbuteur, est entouré d'un côté ou des deux côtés par l'extrémité (20, 21) de la pièce respective (16, 17) de la pince (12).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une paroi latérale (2, 3) présente sur son côté supérieur (22, 23) un renfoncement ou deux rehaussements (26, 27), dans lequel ou entre lesquels est guidée une extrémité (20, 21) de la pièce respective (16, 17) de la pince (12) (figures 1, 4).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une pièce (16, 17) de la pince (12) est encliquetée avec son extrémité (20, 21) avec un embout (28) derrière une surface intérieure (29) de la paroi latérale (2, 3), en venant en prise complètement par le dessus avec le côté supérieur (22, 23) de la paroi latérale correspondante (2, 3) (figure 5).
- Culbuteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une pièce (16, 17) de la pince (12), partant de son extrémité (20, 21) s'étendant sur le côté supérieur (22, 23), respectivement sur la surface d'appui (24), présente une portion (29) recourbée dans la direction de la surface extérieure (18, 19) de la paroi latérale (2, 3), qui est espacée de l'extrémité (20, 21) s'étendant sur le côté supérieur (22, 23), respectivement la surface d'appui (24).
- Culbuteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pince (12) se compose d'un matériau élastique comme de la tôle d'acier ou du plastique ou d'un plastique renforcé par des fibres ou des particules.
- Culbuteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le culbuteur (1) possède une section transversale essentiellement en forme de U et est fabriqué en matériau en tôle.
- Culbuteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (14) de la portion centrale (13), vu dans la direction longitudinale du culbuteur, est ovale au niveau du côté inférieur (5) de la poutre transversale (4), la tête (10) de l'élément de support (11) étant enclipsée ou encliquetée derrière le bord (15) de l'évidement (14).
- Culbuteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (14) de la portion centrale (13) est fendu sous forme circulaire au niveau du côté inférieur (5) de la poutre transversale (4) ou est pourvu d'évidements de type langues élastiques sous forme circulaire, la tête (10) de l'élément de support (11) étant enclipsée ou encliquetée derrière le bord (15) de l'évidement (14).
