Claims (12)
- Culbuteur (1) en tôle d'acier à parois minces destiné à être disposé de manière suspendue et mobile en pivotement sous un support (2) de type barre d'une commande de soupape d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant deux parois latérales (3) qui forment, conjointement avec une barre transversale (4) reliant ces dernières, essentiellement un profilé en forme de U inversé en section transversale, une butée (7) pour une soupape d'échange de gaz (7a) comprenant des sections de guidage formées par des côtés intérieurs (8) des parois latérales (3) s'étendant sur un côté inférieur (5) de la barre transversale (4) à une extrémité (6), un côté supérieur (9) de la barre transversale (4) étant enfoncé dans la région de la butée (7) par une opération d'estampage et d'extrusion en direction du côté inférieur (5), de telle sorte qu'il existe une section transversale similaire à un M comprenant un canal longitudinal (10) formé sur le côté supérieur (9), et le culbuteur (1) se prolongeant à son autre extrémité (11) ouverte de type fourche en une région (12) coudée en direction du côté inférieur (5), contre laquelle région est appliqué un galet (13) en tant que surface de contact de came.
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la région (12) du culbuteur (1) à l'autre extrémité (11) est coudée de telle sorte qu'une ligne axiale du galet (13) se situe sur un prolongement imaginaire de côtés inférieurs (14) des parois latérales (3) ou en dessous de ce dernier.
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le canal longitudinal (10) présente, dans le côté supérieur (9) de la barre transversale (4) à une extrémité (6), des parois latérales (15) essentiellement droites et une surface de base plane (16).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la barre transversale (4) est représentée essentiellement de manière fermée et avec une surface lisse à partir d'une extrémité (6) jusqu'à la région coudée (12) à l'autre extrémité (11).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la barre transversale (4) a, sur son côté supérieur (9) entre les extrémités (6, 11), une formation (17) en forme de calotte destinée à être disposée sur une pièce de tête (18) partant du support (2).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 5, dans lequel une pince à ressort (19) à parois minces vient en prise par le dessus avec la formation (17) pour le montage du culbuteur (1) sur la pièce de tête (18) du support (2), laquelle pince à ressort (19) est accrochée à une extrémité dans un évidement (20) de la barre transversale (4) et à l'autre extrémité sur un côté frontal (21) de la barre transversale (4) sur la région coudée (12) et a un évidement (22) comprenant des languettes élastiques optionnelles qui, en cas de montage, viennent en prise dans une contre-dépouille (23) de la pièce de tête (18).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le galet (13) dépasse au-delà de l'autre extrémité (11) ainsi qu'au-delà d'un côté supérieur et inférieur (14a, 14) des parois latérales (3).
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 5, le culbuteur (1) présentant sa plus grande largeur dans la région de la formation (17) en forme de calotte dans la barre transversale (4), alors qu'il est représenté, dans la section des ses extrémités (6, 11), de manière plus étroite ou de manière à se terminer de façon étroite.
- Culbuteur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le galet (13) est disposé sur une goupille (24) au moyen d'un palier à roulement ou d'un palier lisse (23a), laquelle goupille s'étend du côté frontal dans les parois latérales (3) dans la région coudée (12).
- Support de type barre comprenant au moins une rangée de culbuteurs, disposés sur ce dernier, selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.
- Support de type barre selon la revendication 9, pour autant qu'elle se rapporte à la revendication 5 ou 6, la pièce de tête (18) pour chaque culbuteur (1) faisant partie d'un piston de pression (25) d'un élément hydraulique de compensation du jeu (26), lequel élément de compensation du jeu respectif (26) peut être sollicité par un fluide hydraulique par le biais d'au moins un canal (27) s'étendant longitudinalement à travers le support (2).
- Support de type barre selon la revendication 9, pour autant qu'elle se rapporte à la revendication 5 ou 6, la pièce de tête (18) pour chaque culbuteur (1) faisant partie d'un dispositif mécanique de compensation du jeu (28).
