Am Halterteil 4 kann zusätzlich noch in einer den Halterteil 4 durchdingenden Bohrung 30 eine Gewindehülse 32 befestigt, ausgebildet oder angeformt sein. Das Ende der Gewindehülse 32 liegt bündig in der Ebene der Halteelemente 23,25 und dient nach dem Ausschalen der Wand als Verankerung für einen Ankerstab (Ankerstab nicht dargestellt in Fig. 5).
Die geometrische Ausbildung des Halterteils 4, insbesondere des oberen Endes, ist an die verschiedenen, auf dem Markt erhältlichen Befestigungelemente 39 anpassbar, d.h. sie ist systemabhängig anpassbar.
Am Verankerungselement 1 bzw. an dessen Halterteil 4 können Markierungen zur Anzeige der Oberkante der zu erstellenden Wand in Gestalt von Strichen oder Vertiefungen angebracht sein. Es können weiter zusätzliche Markierungen am Halterteil 4 bzw. am Ankerteil 2 angebracht sein, welche die Deckenstärke d anzeigen (keine Abbildung).
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Setzen eines Verankerungselements (1) für wiederverwendbare und verlorene Deckenrand-Schalungsplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verankerungselement (1) an der Wandschalung (21) für die die später zu giessende Decke (26) tragende Wand (17) befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verankerungselement (1) vor dem Betonieren der die Decke (26) tragenden Wand (17) oder unmittelbar nach dem Betonieren der Wand (17) bei noch flüssiger Betonmasse an der Wandschalung (21) befestigt wird.
- Verankerungselement (1) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verankerungselement (1) einen zweischenkligen Profilstab umfasst, an dessen oberem, als Halterteil (4) ausgebildeten Teil Mittel (23,25) zum Befestigen an der Wandschalung (21) angebracht sind und dessen unterer Teil als Ankerteil (2) in der Wand (17) fungiert.
- Verankerungselement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Profilstab einen runden, eckigen, u-förmigen oder T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Verankerungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mittel zum Befestigen an der Wandschalung (21) am Halterteil (4) befestigte Halteelemente (23,25) angeordnet sind, an denen Laschen (27) zum Hindurchführen von Nägeln (31) angeformt sind.
- Verankerungselement nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteelemente (23,25) als Abstandhalter zur Wandoberfläche ausgebildet sind.
- Verankerungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ankerteil (2) und/oder am Halterteil (4) Markierungen zur Anzeige der Oberkante der zu erstellenden Wand (17) angebracht sind.
- Verankerungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Halterteil (4) eine Gewindehülse (32) befestigt, ausgebildet oder angeformt ist, deren eines Ende in der Ebene durch die Enden der Halteelemente 23,25 liegt.
- Verankerungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das Halterteil (4) eine geometrische Ausbildung aufweist, welche mit auf dem Markt erhältlichen Befestigungselementen (39) zusammenpasst.
