Claims (8)
- Gummituch mit einer Metall- oder Kunststoffträgerplatte bestehend aus mehreren Schichten insbesondere zum Bespannen eines Übertragungszylinders einer Offsetdruckmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckschicht (4) und die unterhalb der Deckschicht (4) angeordnete nicht dehnbare Schicht (3) mindestens eines Ende des Gummituches (10) einführbar sind und zumindest ein Teil (5) der übrigen Schichten (2) nicht in die Zylindergruben eingeführt werden und im Bereich der abgewinkelten Trägerplatte (1) enden.
- Gummituch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckschicht (4) und die obere Gewebeschicht (3) zusammen mit der Trägerplatte (1) in abgewinkelter Form in eine Zylindergrube einführbar sind, während die kompressible Schicht (2) vorher im abgewinkelten Bereich endet.
- Gummituch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusammen mit der Trägerplatte (1) die kompressible Schicht (2), die obere Gewebeschicht (3) und die Deckschicht abgewinkelt und in die Zylindergrube einführbar sind, während die untere Trägerschicht (5) am abgewinkelten Bereich enden (Fig. 2)
- Gummituch nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckschicht aus Gummi oder Polyurethan bzw. vergleichbaren Materialien besteht.
- Gummituch nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewebeschicht alternativ aus Hartgummi bzw. Polyurethan und vergleichbaren Materialien besteht.
- Gummituch nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kompressible Schicht aus Gummi, Polyurethan oder vergleichbaren Materialien besteht.
- Gummituch nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht aus metallischen oder nichtmetallischen Materialien besteht.
- Gummituch nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung aus einer PET-Folie vergleichbaren Folien, Gummierung, Polyurethan, Lack oder vergleichbaren Materialien besteht.
