Claims (18)
- Kühlung (60) für eine Führungswand (64, 66, 68, 70) zum Führen eines Strangs der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie,
gekennzeichnet durch ein Kühlelement (73, 74, 76, 78a, 78b, 78c, 78d) zum indirekten Kühlen der Führungswand (64, 66, 68, 70). - Kühlung (60) nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Kühlelement (73, 74, 76, 78a, 78b, 78c, 78d) mindestens eine Kontaktfläche (74, 76) zum Herstellen eines flächigen Kontakts zwischen Führungswand (64, 66, 68, 70) und Kühlelement (73, 74, 76, 78a, 78b, 78c, 78d) aufweist. - Kühlung (60) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
wobei die Kühlung (60) Kühlleitungen (72) zum Kühlen der Kontaktfläche (74, 76) aufweist. - Kühlung (60) nach einem der beiden vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Kontaktfläche (74, 76) an die Form der Führungswand (64, 66, 68, 70) angepasst ist. - Kühlung (60) nach einem der drei vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Kontaktfläche (74, 76) an die Form einer Deckleiste (70) und/oder eines Fingers (66) der Führungswand (64, 66, 68, 70) angepasst ist. - Kühlung (60) nach einem der vier vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei eine mindestens erste Kontaktfläche (74, 76) für die Deckleiste (70) und mindestens eine zweite Kontaktfläche (74, 76) für den Finger (66) vorgesehen ist. - Kühlung (60) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
wobei die erste Kontaktfläche (74, 76) für die Deckleiste (70) im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der zweiten Kontaktfläche (74, 76) für den Finger (66) angeordnet ist. - Kühlung (60) nach einem der beiden vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die erste Kontaktfläche (74, 76) für die Deckleiste (70) im wesentlichen parallel zu einer dem Strang abgewandten Oberfläche der Deckleiste (70) ausgebildet ist, um die Deckleiste (70) von einer dem Strang abgewandten Seite her zu kühlen. - Kühlung (60) nach einem der drei vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die zweite Kontaktfläche (74, 76) im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Seitenfläche des Fingers (66) ausgebildet ist, um den Finger (66) von der Seite her zu kühlen. - Kühlung (60) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
wobei zwei zweite Kontaktflächen (74, 76) im wesentlichen parallel zu Seitenflächen des Fingers (66) vorgesehen sind, um den Finger (66) von der Seite her zu kühlen, wobei die beiden zweiten Kontaktflächen (74, 76) im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen, ein minimaler Abstand zwischen den beiden zweiten Kontaktflächen (74, 76) jedoch kleiner ist als die Dicke des Fingers (66) an dieser Stelle. - Kühlung (60) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
wobei die beiden zweiten Kontaktflächen (74, 76) als einseitig befestigte und im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufende Stäbe (78a, 78b, 78c, 78d) ausgebildet sind, die jedoch in Richtung auf ihre freien Enden (80) leicht auseinander laufen. - Kühlung (60) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 11,
wobei die beiden zweiten Kontaktflächen (74, 76) konisch ausgebildet sind. - Kühlung (60) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 12,
wobei die mindestens eine Kontaktfläche (74, 76) federbelastet ist, um den Kontakt zwischen Kontaktfläche (74, 76) und Führungswand (64, 66, 68, 70) zu verbessern. - Kühlung (60) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei das Kühlelement (73, 74, 76, 78a, 78b, 78c, 78d) um eine bevorzugt parallel zum Strang verlaufende Schwenkachse (82) schwenkbar gelagert ist. - Kühlung (60) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei das Kühlelement (73, 74, 76, 78a, 78b, 78c, 78d) ausgebildet ist, um eine gewünschte Temperatur der Führungswand (64, 66, 68, 70) zwischen Umgebungstemperatur und 100°C konstant halten zu können. - Führungswand (64, 66, 68, 70) zum Führen eines Strangs der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, mit einer Kühlung (60) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
- Zigarettenstrangmaschine (50), mit einer Führungswand (64, 66, 68, 70) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch.
- Mehrstrangmaschine zur gleichzeitigen Herstellung von mindestens zwei Strängen der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit einer Kühlung (60) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, wobei für jede Deckleiste (70) jedes Stranges jeweils eine erste Kontaktfläche (74, 76) vorgesehen ist, und wobei für jeden Finger (66) jedes Stranges jeweils zwei zweite Kontaktflächen (74, 76) vorgesehen sind.
